Better Half Productions has been around since 2013, creating professional cinematic style wedding videos for all types of couples and in many locations. Better Half Productions offers a unique videography experience for brides and grooms by not only producing quality wedding videos, but also by building relationships with each couple.

Personality, we get so many weddings from previous client and vendor referrals, I wouldn't say it's just because we make beautiful videos, but more that we are fun and easy to work with. I have always made it my goal to focus on bringing a fun and positive energy to such an important day for you.

    Better Half Productions aka Priceless Productions

    Better Half Productions is, hands-down, bar-none, unequivocally the best of the best — and I don't say that lightly. I stand ten-toes down in my belief that you cannot find a better videographer in the entire New England area. From the first conversation to the final product, everything about working with this team felt effortless, personal, and genuinely fun. Ben and James are two of the kindest, most talented people I've had the privilege of working with. They have this rare gift of making you completely forget a camera is even there, while somehow capturing every moment that actually matters. Their eye for storytelling, their easygoing energy, and their obvious passion for the craft shine through in every frame. If you're on the fence about who to book for your wedding — stop scrolling. Book Better Half Productions. You will not regret it, and you'll be telling everyone you know about them for years to come.

    Big wedding regret

    Unfortunately I would not recommend hiring Ben/Better Half for your wedding videography if you are looking for someone who is professional and dependable to capture your day. We hired Better Half for the full service package (which was supposed to include the entire ceremony and all speeches) and were provided a video that was missing the entire father-of-the bride speech and part of another speech. Ben was not upfront about the missing footage and after several back-and-forth emails he finally admitted to what he called a “technical hiccup” with their equipment. He took no accountability and refused to provide a partial refund, citing that the contract mentions that “unforeseen technical issues” are not a basis for a refund (which is obviously ridiculous and upsetting). There was a second videographer present and it is unclear why there was not a backup system in place, but we will never know since Ben was not forthcoming with details. In addition, the full-length video we were provided has several distracting audio noises throughout it including during the ceremony. Overall, we were given a very poor quality product for the price we paid and I am deeply upset that I cannot rewatch my father’s speech for years to come. I would recommend avoiding this company – it is not worth the risk or cost.
