He double-checked our chosen songs and made suggestions if he thought one of them wouldn't work. He really brought the party to the wedding day! Our MC Matt was top-notch. He made sure that he had everyone's names correct, that our timeline was on schedule, and was able to work on his feet when something didn't happen exactly in the timeline. He was professional and kind and brought the energy to the wedding day! This team was incredible and made our wedding a night we will never forget!! Pictures don't capture just how much fun we had! With guests flying in from across the country and around the world, we heard nonstop praise about how cozy, elegant, and effortlessly chic the hotel felt (plus the cocktails and cookies were top notch). The staff was incredibly accommodating--helping with porterage, clear communication, and even a few lost-and-found rescues (thank you Amber!). Allene and Elisa were standout stars throughout the weekend helping us host several events at the hotel over three days - and stepping in to address curveballs from vendors and weather. When a once-in-a-blue-moon monsoon forced us to pivot from our planned rooftop events, the Casa Loma team handled the change with grace and creativity, preserving the overall vibe we envisioned. Guests-both locals and out-of-towners-couldn't stop raving about the views and the unbeatable location. Some spent time in the cute nooks and crannies throughout the hotel or relaxed on their balconies with those unmatched ocean views (when the rain finally let up), while others wandered over to Marine Room for late-night drinks thanks to the perfect location. And of course, the food via Sapphire was amazing! We were able to check off all our boxes when it came to cuisine and transport our guests to all ends of the earth with food from the Mediterranean, Malaysia, and South America. The Late Night Bites of sliders, fries and chicken tenders were crowd MVPs at our Afters. Thank you to the entire team for transforming a rained-out wedding weekend into the intimate, romantic wedding of our dreams.”

“Working with Hannah was one of the best parts of our wedding planning experience. We hired her for partial planning, and from the very beginning, she made everything feel so manageable and stress-free. She really took the time to understand our preferences and helped us find the perfect vendors that matched our vision and vibe. Hannah was always organized, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Whether it was hopping on frequent Zoom calls, keeping us on track with timelines, or replying to texts with thoughtful advice (even for the tiniest of questions). Her calm and kind energy made the whole process not only smoother but also more fun. One huge bonus: her team also offers wedding rentals! We rented candles, décor, and a large seating chart from them, which was such a lifesaver. We didn’t want to deal with sourcing all of those items or figuring out what to do with them afterward, so being able to rent directly through her made everything so much easier. Our wedding day went so smoothly, nothing went wrong (or if it did, I had no idea, because Hannah was on top of everything!). I wouldn't change a single thing about it. It was truly perfect, and a big part of that is thanks to her. Now that the wedding is over, I honestly feel sad I won’t get to work with Hannah anymore! “DJ Dominiq was THE highlight of our wedding. My husband first met Dominiq at a friend’s wedding, and he came home saying he found our DJ. We feel so lucky his schedule was open on our date. My husband and I couldn’t narrow down our list of songs we wanted to hear, and somehow Dominiq managed to get every single one in, plus some other bangers not on our list during the reception. She kept us on track with our schedule and attended all of our meetings, as well as the wedding rehearsal. Not only did she lead the rehearsal seamlessly, but she also executed the procession beautifully. We received countless compliments from friends, family, and even other vendors about how smoothly everything went, all thanks to her expertise. I received a text from my florist stating, “She’s great by the way. There’s a lot of terrible ones. She’s a good one.” Aside from all the bigger tasks she also took care of so many “smaller tasks” (that were actually quite a lot!) and made sure everything was done to perfection. Her creative ideas brought our vision to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined on our own. Her great communication and time management ensured us a stress-free planning. She was prompt, clear, and kept us in the loop on every detail. She communicated with the venue staff throughout the entire process and worked incredibly well with everyone involved, which made everything run seamlessly. She was extremely organized, reaching out to all our other vendors to ensure that all necessary documents for the venue were submitted on time and coordinating set-up times, locations, and details with everyone involved. On our big day, she arrived with so much enthusiasm. From the morning until the very end, she worked her butt off to ensure everything was going well. She made sure everything was set up exactly how we wanted it and if something wasn’t working out (inclement weather) she was a quick problem solver. She also checked in on us regularly to make sure we were doing okay, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was a perfect day, and we owe it all to her! She went above and beyond in ways we didn’t expect. Although it wasn’t part of her job, she took it upon herself to capture some of our special moments during the day and shared those pictures with us afterward. It was a small detail, but one of our favorites, and it really showed her dedication and care for us as clients. By the end of it all, we truly felt like we had gained a friend. It was hard to say goodbye after everything she did to make our day so special. “If you’re looking for a wedding planner who is equal parts calm, brilliant, kind, organized, and downright magical — look no further than Ashley. From the moment we started planning, Ashley saved us both time and money in ways we didn’t even know were possible. She sourced incredible vendors within our budget, presented thoughtful options that actually aligned with our vision, and somehow managed to keep track of every tiny detail along the way. Her resourcefulness alone paid for itself ten times over. Ashley also had the unique ability to navigate and balance our very different planning styles — my Type A tendencies and my husband’s more last-minute approach — with so much grace, humor, and patience. We often joked that we wished we could keep her in our lives forever to make all our daily decisions, because she made everything feel lighter and easier. There were a couple moments when certain vendors didn’t follow through according to their contracts, and Ashley stepped in immediately, handled everything professionally, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. She was our advocate in every sense. Her attention to detail was unparalleled. She monitored the weather for weeks leading up to the big day, and she was absolutely right — though it was gorgeous, the wind changed several elements of our ceremony and décor. Because she anticipated it, planned for it, and had contingencies ready, everything went more smoothly than it ever could have without her preparation. She also helped coordinate the other events throughout our wedding weekend, making each one feel special and seamless. Even the bathroom baskets she curated for guests were thoughtful and beautifully done. Every single guest has told us how wonderful the wedding and the entire experience felt — and we couldn’t agree more. Weddings will always have at least some chaos, but with Ashley by our side we were protected from most of it, and we remained calm even in the moments that could have easily unraveled.
