I’m based in Connecticut and in 2025 I picked up a camcorder and started filming any event I could, including bachelorettes, weddings, and more. I turned them into nostalgic, at-home style videos for friends and family, and what started as a hobby quickly became something I truly love alongside my full-time job. After filming a cousin’s wedding in 2026, the response I received made me stop and think about what this could become. Since then, I’ve been building Rainey Day Films into something more intentional, a wedding videography approach that blends the warmth and authenticity of home videos with the storytelling of wedding films.

Our style of videography is very candid. We find that getting those candid shots of the day unfolding and putting them all together is what we like best. You generally will not see fast paced speed ramps' or all slow motion. Our editing style is 'real time' - we like to be as classic as we possibly can to create a film that will always be 'in style'. I’ve been filming weddings for over half a decade, but storytelling has been part of who I am for as long as I can remember. I’m a natural observer drawn to the quiet moments, the unscripted laughter, and the deep connections that make each couple’s story completely their own. My approach is deeply personal: I don’t just press record, I tune in. I want your film to feel like a reflection of your love, not just what happened on your wedding day, but how it felt. When you watch it back, I want you to feel like you’re right there again... and maybe even notice moments you didn’t see the first time.

I produce everything from weddings to television commercials to property tours. My experience includes NBC, Sony, MTV and WWE.
