Mike was responsive and very patient with our back and forth leading up to the wedding - my fiance and I left song decisions to the last minute, but Mike was extremely flexible. My fiance and I have specific taste in music and gave Mike a long list of "must plays" and "do not plays" but again, he was super flexible and kept our guests on the dance floor until the last dance. He was even willing to throw down when our guests pushed back on exiting the dance floor for the private last dance - they had a different idea of a send off, which ended up perfect, but he stood ground until I said it was good by us. If you want someone who is experienced and is there to make your day as special as possible, then you have to go with Excite Mobile DJs and Event Lighting”

“Justin did an INCREDIBLE job at our wedding. His preparation and attention to detail beforehand was immaculate, as he spent over an hour with my partner and me going over the entire wedding day step by step. The sound systems were flawless- everyone could hear our vows during the ceremony and the quality of the sound during the entire day and night was exceptional. He kept our wedding very organized and was the perfect host. Regarding the music selection, he allowed us to make playlists for the cocktail hour and reception which he stuck to using beautiful transitions between songs. Our guests were dancing the entire night! All of our guests said it was the most fun wedding they had ever attended. 10/10 DJ, would definitely recommend him for any event. I included a pic of me doing the worm in my wedding dress. The dance floor was too packed so I had to do it on the side!”

“The DJ was the thing that I didn't want to worry about on our special day, and I have to admit I was slightly underwhelmed by Wedding Pro DJS. Robert, the man who owns WPDJs, was initially very communicative and enthusiastic but after a couple months of him being booked his communication completely stopped. Roughly a MONTH before the wedding he told me he was having an impromptu hip replacement. I get that these things happen but I wasn't born yesterday and I think there was an opportunity to let me know prior to a month before. He assured us that his replacement was top tier and that he djd his own wedding, and his replacement was indeed a very nice guy, but on the day of the wedding during the reception there was a LOT of feedback from the mics during peoples speeches which actually led to us completely losing audio recording from the best man. Super bummer. You just don't expect things like that from professionals. I'm sure this was a one off but I probably wouldn't book them again.”

“CP was a dream to work with! From our first inquiry with Chris to the follow up after, he was attentive, professional, and determined to make our special day everything we wanted and more. He played a great acoustic set that all our guests loved--including my parents who were able to take at least one song off from wedding day duties. Chris MC'd the night flawlessly and worked with the other vendors to make everything go so smoothly. He followed up dessert with some rocking DJ skills to get everyone on the dance floor. “Overall, we had a good experience with our DJ. He arrived on time, was professional throughout the evening, and kept our guests on the dance floor for most of the night. The music flowed well, and everyone seemed to have a great time. That said, I did spend a lot of time carefully selecting songs that were meaningful to us, and I was a little disappointed that many of those selections weren't played. Some of our requested songs were included, but I had hoped more of our playlist would be incorporated into the evening. The only other issue was that, just before our grand exit, he approached us to mention that he hadn't received enough food. We had paid for a vendor meal for him, so I wasn't sure what had happened, and it didn't feel like the best time to bring it up while we were in the middle of such a special moment. Despite those concerns, he was friendly, punctual, and our guests clearly enjoyed themselves. If having a lively dance floor is your top priority, he does a good job creating a fun atmosphere.”

We used Bright Set for our wedding at Mountain View Grand in May 2026 and hired them for our DJ, photo booth, ceremony and reception audio, and piano music. We spent over a year planning together, and she was organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and always willing to hop on a call, answer questions, or help think through ideas. One thing that really stood out was how invested Cassandra was in making sure everything ran smoothly. She wasn't just someone behind the scenes coordinating logistics — she was actually onsite for our wedding day and felt like part of our team. Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected fire alarm interruption immediately following our first dance that temporarily paused our reception and forced guests outside. Cassandra, alongside our day-of coordinator, immediately jumped into problem-solving mode. When we were finally able to return to the ballroom, she creatively had us reintroduced to "Fire Burning" by Sean Kingston, which turned a stressful situation into a funny and memorable moment that had everyone laughing. “Alan C was easy and great to work with! We had a music range from Bad Bunny, Creed, The Killers and more! We shared with him a playlist of some of our favorite songs, a list of "do not play" whether they were styles of music, artists or specific songs and a "must play" list. His online forum was easy to navigate and use. We loved the uplighting and the audio guestbook (phone)!! Also I appreciate that he read and followed through with all the small notes we left for him (specifically we asked for father/daughter, mother/son and first dance to end after the chorus and not play the entire 3-4 minutes). Such a great time. We received so many compliments on our music and the dance floor was busy all night long! He was always very responsive and quick to work with any last minute changes (we had a rainy day).”

They really took the time to understand our vision and preferences. On the day of, they fed off the energy of the crowd and kept the dance floor packed all night with their fun, musically talented performance that spanned all generations. One of the highlights was when they split my father-daughter dance, playing a sweet song for the first half and then transitioning into our favorite upbeat song "All Star" by Smashmouth, which got the whole wedding up and dancing. We couldn't have asked for a better band to make our special day so memorable.The morning after so many guests came up to us raving about how fun they had dancing and singing. From the B52’s Love Shack, Zombie by Cranberries, to Chapelle Roan Pink Pony club- Business Time absolutely rocked it. Not to mention the acoustics for the ceremony made my husband cry. “Brian is one of the best wedding DJs in the business. In the past two years I’ve been to eight different weddings. Brian was the DJ for three of the eight, and the party/reception component of the events was never more fun than when Brian was driving the bus. He is an east coast DJ, but he spun tracks at both of my sister-in-laws’ weddings and as we were searching for a DJ for our own wedding we reached out just to see what he would charge for a wedding in Chicago. Turns out the price was right. Brian traveled to Chicago, MC’d our entire wedding, brought all of the equipment necessary and made our day exceptional in every way. I think there are a few things that really set Brian apart from other wedding DJs. Anyone can stand there and run through a playlist, but Brian went off book a few times to match and capture the energy of the guests. As we were in the midst of the planning process he added zero stress, and just calmly walked us through the process of selecting songs. He had suggestions and recommendations along the way. He even brought an extra speaker so that we could plug our digital piano in and the pianist would be able to play loudly enough. Overall, we can’t recommend Brian highly enough. You will not regret choosing him to DJ at your wedding, party, event. Whatever it is, Brian is a huge value add and a pleasure to work with.”

“The Dave Macklin Band had us dancing all night long at my son's wedding. The vocalists and musicians, including horn players, had everyone dancing to funk, R&B, and disco. I have not had so much fun dancing since my own wedding. And Irene made it all happen with great communication and thorough organization. Such a pleasure to work with.”

“Where to even begin!!! My husband and I came across Champagne Casanova while out at a bar in Portland, Maine and had the most fantastic night ever jamming out with them. Without even being engaged yet, I asked them for their business card because we thought they'd be fabulous as a wedding band! Years later when we got engaged, they were our first and only call when we were looking for music for our wedding. They happily agreed to join us all the way out in the western New York farm country for our wedding, and put on an incredible show. Our guests were blown away by their energy, attitude and talent!! They were interactive with the crowd, did so many great songs and even joined us in a DJ capacity for our after-party. They were incredibly easy to work with, responsive and flexible with all our requests. We love Champagne Casanova and hope to see them soon out in Maine!”

From the ceremony to cocktail hour to first dance, Jonathan enthralled our guest with an amazing voice and he is really talented on the keys. We requested 1000 years for our first dance, and his custom arrangement was really unique. We were able to practice our choreo with it because he recorded it professionally and sent it to us ahead of time. From day one, he was super professional, accommodating and asked all the right questions to understand our vision. Having live piano elevated our wedding and our guests really noticed!”
