“Megan was our wedding day hero! We were originally matched with a different day of coordinator that wasn’t the right fit. YPB took time to hear what we wanted and needed, and re-matched us with Megan. After our first meeting with Megan, our stress levels drastically decreased. She immediately got to work sending us customized recommendations and resources tailored to our vision. She provided creative solutions to help us stay within our budget and was on board with all of our ideas. YPB offered a plethora of resources that addressed every detail imaginable, which was super helpful while we planned from states away. When stress would inevitably heighten throughout the planning process, Megan was a calm and steady source of reassurance and confidence. All the front end work allowed us to mentally clock out and be fully present on our wedding day. As a type A bride, I wasn’t sure I needed a day of coordinator. “I never expected to get married, let alone plan a wedding, so when it came time to figure things out I felt completely overwhelmed. All I knew was that we wanted something intimate in San Clemente with about 20 guests and a small budget. What I didn’t realize was that I didn’t just need a planner - I needed a true event designer. Enter Stacy. She was the first and only person I met with, and I was sold immediately. She took the time to understand my vibe and created beautiful design presentations with everything from color palettes to candles, greenery, and table details. She made decisions feel easy instead of overwhelming and somehow translated my scattered thoughts into a cohesive vision that felt deeply personal to me and my husband. Because we don’t live in San Clemente, I was especially stressed about vendors and venues. Stacy handled ALL of it - photography, videography, catering, rentals, transportation, and a gorgeous ceremony space overlooking the beach. I barely communicated with anyone directly; I just signed where needed and trusted her completely. “We had Spellman Weddings as our day-of coordinator, and they truly made sure everything went off without a hitch. They even took care of the decorating, which was a huge help, and the entire day ran incredibly smoothly. One of the biggest weights off my shoulders was how they handled all vendor logistics. Weeks before the wedding, Brianna took over communication with every vendor, confirmed arrival times, and managed all the details so I didn’t have to. It made such a difference, and multiple vendors even commented on how professional and on top of everything she and her team were. We also had multiple planning meetings leading up to the wedding, which is not typical for a day-of coordinator. That was such a huge benefit of working with Brianna, her unlimited communication and willingness to meet made us feel so supported throughout the entire process. She is as accommodating as they come and truly made our day not only magical, but beyond our wildest dreams. Her vision for the décor was absolutely perfect. I gave her the freedom to take some creative liberties, and when I arrived, everything looked even better than I imagined. Her team did a phenomenal job, remained extremely professional & positive, and created such a seamless experience. Nothing went wrong on our wedding day, which feels unheard of. The only exception was a bizarre situation with our photographer (which was out of everyone’s control) and Brianna handled it with so much grace that we were still able to have the most amazing day. I would use them 1,000 times over if I could and will be recommending them to anyone looking for coordination, planning, or anything wedding related. Not only did they blow us away at the wedding, but they definitely became friends. You don’t only get a professional team, but a fun and loving one that truly cares about you and your day. “From the very first zoom meeting to see if we were a good fit, we had an instant connection. Angela is communicative, warm, and quite honestly a force to be reckoned with. I worked with Angela for about a year planning our wedding, which was on March 13th. She understood the assignment without me having to tell her what to do or explain my thought process. Their communication style summarized conversations, was direct, and inquisitive to vendors, primarily through email, and they were assertive in keeping us on track. “We absolutely loved working with Liz for our wedding. She was hired to be our day-of-coordinator and was amazing to work with. We had meetings every few weeks about 3-4 months prior to the wedding and she helped us shape our wedding vision, color scheme, and offered a lot of helpful advice and suggestions to make sure we had all facets of the wedding covered. I had a magical forest theme for my wedding and she knew exactly how I can convert our wedding venue to that theme and also offered suggestions on what decor I can buy to bring the vision to life. She is also such a kind and beautiful person that also represented me and my husband's best interests and would express our wishes to our vendors. On the day before and on the day of our wedding, she and her wonderful team of assistants helped us decorate our venue to match our vision. We had quite an extensive decor list and her and her team knocked it out of the park! Not only that, but she worked very well behind the scenes throughout the wedding to make sure everything was taken care of and so we didn't have to worry about anything. The one time when there was an issue, we had a vendor that showed up quite late, Liz quietly pulled us aside and helped us contact the vendor and took care of the details so we didn't have to worry about it anymore. “We are so grateful for Kimberley and her incredible team- they were a huge part of what made our wedding day so special. While she wasn't technically our wedding planner (we chose to not hire one)- she absolutely filled that role and so much more, helping us create a personalized and unforgettable wedding night. From our very first call, Kimberley was warm, excited and genuinely interested in hearing our vision. Her experience in the event space was clear from the start. She helped us plan every detail- from celebratory champagne while getting ready, to beautiful florals (including my dream bouquet, which she made), coordinating all rentals through her vendors, and even picking up our wedding cake. After our Oregon coast ceremony, we had appetizers and a private chef dinner at our airbnb for our 14 guests- and the food experience was truly unforgettable. Kimberley's chef and sous chef, were incredible! The chef built a thoughtful, elegant menu that felt perfectly tailored to the setting and the occasion. Appetizers included fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail and ceviche- all beautifully prepared and displayed. Dinner was perfectly cooked steak, butter garlic mashed potatoes, tender asparagus and scallops, paired with a curated selection of local OR wines. Every dish was crafted with care and brought a sense of luxury and warmth to the evening. The chef and sous chef not only prepared everything to perfection but were also professional, friendly and seamlessly integrated into the flow of the night. The tablescape that Kimberley created was another unforgettable highlight- elegant, timeless and even more beautiful than what we imagined. It brought everything together in the most stunning way. Communication throughout the planning process was consistent and reassuring, especially because we live in Colorado and the wedding weekend took place in Oregon. Kimberley regularly checked in to make sure every detail aligned with our vision and because of her thoroughness and care, we felt completely at ease leading into the big weekend. On the day of, her team executed everything with precision and heart. They were warm, attentive, and brought such a calm, grounding energy to the space. Everything was timed perfectly and we were free to enjoy the experience of getting married without any stress. We truly can't thank Kimberley, Chef Michael, and the team enough! My husband and I, as well as our family and friends would absolutely recommend this team for any event. They created a wedding night that was intimate, elegant and deeply personal - a celebration we'll never forget!”
