The vendor we had originally planned to use for our mothers and the wedding party's hair & makeup raised all of their prices on us at the last minute and Lauren agreed to price match. She was kind and helpful every step of the way, going with the flow, adjusting timing as needed, and providing a sense of calm in the getting ready room. Somebody asked to borrow a diffuser and she was happy to provide without charging any extra. I needed a lipstick touchup after my artist had left and she was happy to assist. We found out day of that our wedding date was her birthday and she had still agreed to work with us, celebrate us, and match the prices we needed that day! She was kind, supportive, generous, and very good at what she did all day long and we're so grateful to have found her for our special day!”

Ne’Kea was super responsive to my questions and responded extremely quick! Ne'Kea and Katlyn were on time and professional. We had a great time with them as we all got our hair and makeup done. For my makeup and really met my preferences. I do not normally wear makeup so she went lighter on me, but still enough to come through in pictures. Christine was able to help answer any questions and made suggestions for me and my skincare routine during my trial run for the makeup. Because of her suggestions, I ended up with a healthy glow on my skin and less wrinkles so I didn't have to wear concealer at all for my wedding! I was thrilled about that since I wanted to have my freckles still show through and have a more natural look for the pictures. Even my husband, who prefers when I don't wear makeup, said I looked like me while highlighting my best features. “I came to your team 6 weeks out from my wedding after a bad experience at a previous hair and makeup trial with another vendor, feeling very sensitive and nervous about how hair and makeup with another team would go. After a perfect trial with Heather and Suzy, I was so relieved and confident about working with them on my wedding day. After the trial, I made a last minute change on my hairstyle for the wedding by deciding I wanted a flower crown, and took a leap of faith in hoping that Suzy would be able to help put it on me during a very tight window as a surprise for the ceremony. I mean it to my core when I say that I could not be more elated about how it all turned out. Suzy absolutely crushed it. Heather completely understood what I was asking for and flawlessly executed it. They both listened to my requests and feedback without judgement and did an amazing job. I also really appreciated that they both heard me when I let them know I was introverted and probably would want to use my hair and makeup time as a social battery recharge opportunity rather than engaging. I really felt like they respected this and did not take it personally, and I never had to remind them of it. I even noticed how they adapted their engagement depending on which people in my wedding party they were working on.
