“Kerri Ann was communicative from the start of the whole wedding process. She helped us, as we were wedding planning, make a mock schedule of how the day could flow. She was always willing to go the extra mile for us. She accomendated us when we said we wanted our engagement photos in Duluth, Minnesota. We met with her a couple of weeks before the wedding to make a plan of all the different photographs we wanted as a couple and she was attentive and made notes to ensure we got all the photos we wanted for our special day. On our wedding day, Kerri and Ava, helped so much with us staying on schedule and getting all the photos we wanted. Ava helped get all the groomsmen photos while Kerri got all the bridal party ones. Having 2 photographers helped so much on the day of. We got our photos back really quickly and they all turned out amazing. “Maurissa was without a doubt the BEST DECISION we made for our wedding day! I literally cannot say enough good things to do her and her services justice. Even our whole wedding party and family that interacted with Maurissa throughout wedding day have also shared how awesome she was. She was fantastic from the moment we had our first introduction – she was so communicative and reassuring and worked with us to make sure we knew everything about Mind of Mo services prior to booking. That first impression is what helped us make our choice with booking her, and boy-oh-boy did she follow-through more than we could have imagined! Maurissa was also extremely patient with me - as a Type A Bride, I had sent her a lengthy list of desired photos prior to wedding day. I joked that it was a lot and she made me feel like it was totally normal. I know now that I never had to do this because her vision was magical - our favorite and featured photo is from our Sneak Peeks and was all her! What you want in a photographer is not only someone who will capture amazing photos, but also someone who will guide you through your wedding day. This is the person you will have the most interaction with all day long. Maurissa made the day fun, breezy, and even when we did have those anticipated mishaps occur (we knew there’d be at least one) she swooped in and literally saved the day. I am not being dramatic – my false eyelashes fell off not once but TWICE. The first time was right before my first look with my husband which caused a delay in our Timeline, and Maurissa flawlessly pivoted to make sure we stayed on track with time while they were re-glued onto my face. Then the second time the eyelashes came off, it was Maurissa herself who stepped up to the plate to make sure those babies were glued on right before I walked down the aisle. In this moment of panic for me, Maurissa had a confidence and calm demeanor that quickly put me at ease (and those eyelashes didn’t move again the whole night). On top of everything, our wedding was also on the far East side of Michigan, and Maurissa is based in Minnesota. We are extremely thankful that her services were offered at this distance! Our Sneak Peek photos are STUNNING and we are so excited to see the rest of them when they are ready!”

“Our story is a little complicated. I am actually the mother of the groom. Both groom and bride are serving in the military overseas at 2 different bases. Between them, the bride's mother and I, we were dealing with planning a wedding with 4 different time zones. They asked me to find a photographer, which was in a different time zone from me (2 hours difference). I reached out to three photographers online, and Autumn was the only one to respond. Autumn was very helpful from the start. She was patient in dealing with all the different time zones, the busy-ness of military life, and even some procrastination on the part of the bride and groom. She helped develop a timeline for the pictures, but was flexible, making is easy to regroup and still get all the special pictures. She made sure to print out the questionnaire regarding certain desired photos so that none were missed. My son and daughter-in-law are thrilled with the pictures that Autumn captured. Even I’m still trying to choose which ones I want to print and which ones I want to make into an album. This leads me to one more thing that I love about Autumn. Our pictures are ours. We are not required to choose only a certain number of pictures, and then pay more if we want above and beyond. That was a huge plus in my book. I highly recommend Autumn for your wedding photography needs.”

“WOW, where do I begin. Kasey and Tyler are masters at what they do! From two different engagement sessions to our wedding day, they knew exactly how to get the "perfect shot". Our wedding day came with a small amount of "conveniently timed" rain (during our first look and wedding party photos!), and they knew exactly how to work with what we had (a tall tree to hide under and an umbrella..). The attached photo was taken during a downpour rain and it STILL looks beautiful!! They were incredibly organized and all photos were pre-planned so they had a set plan in order to avoid wasting time. They listened to what my husband and I wanted, and made sure we were taking care of ourselves (eh-hem, reminding us to eat multiple times throughout the day..). They were so easy going but didn't have a problem putting their foot down if a random family member or other vendor were "problematic" (per the brides request!!).
