Jaus Of Vern
Rating: 5.0 (4 reviews)
  • Starts at $10,000
  • Serves Los Alamos, CA

Low Intervention Floristry Our designs follow what I call, "nature's code." There's a rhythm to the way the flowers ungulate and group themselves, always drifting toward the sun. It is my goal for the flowers to feel connected to their location, to make your guest wonder, did this grow here? Going forward, my goal is to continue to lean heavily into the environments our clients have chosen for their vows, working to enhance what is already there. Please visit our website to inquire Best, Jausalynn King creative direction

Awarded Best of Zola
“We cannot say enough great things about Jaus! Everything about Jausalynn and her work was completely aligned with our wedding style. She's extremely experienced, thorough, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Her and her brother came out to our ranch venue in Santa Ynez and totally transformed it into the wedding of our dreams. We were so happy with how all of the floral arrangements turned out, especially the table of honor, my bouquet, the custom hanging arrangement she made for inside the barn, and the gorgeous table arrangements. She even decorated our cake which turned out adorable. She totally understood the assignment and we wish her nothing but the absolute best moving forward into her own as an independent florist! Feeling so lucky to have found her. Still waiting on the rest of our wedding photos, but attaching what we have from our friends photographer, Cara Robbins. Go with Jaus! You will not be disappointed :')”

A California Native living in Santa Barbara, CA enjoying the beauty of the mountains and beaches. Gracie founded Boho Chic Dreams to follow her passion of florals, creating customized designs for her clients, sharing the love and vibes of how special florals are.

“Right off the bat -- Boho Chic Dreams DELIVERS. STUNNING. WORK!!! Gracie was such AN AMAZING designer to work with and leading up to the wedding weekend. Come wedding day, I could not not believe she was able to take all of my flower dreams and turn them into a reality! I honestly have no words for my bouquet, except it was breath taking!!! Her attention to detail shows through in every flower! What I loved most about working with Boho Chic is that the designer does not limit to just a "boho" style but she expands on any style or mood the bride has envision. My "muted tropical flower" exploration was most definitely executed so wonderfully, I can not stop looking at all of our photos from the wedding day! Thank you Gracie!!”

Wild West Florals
Rating: 5.0 (2 reviews)
  • Starts at $5,000
  • Serves Los Alamos, CA

Sarah began her design career at Parsons School of Design in New York City, earning a BFA in Interior Design. Moving on to Boston, Sarah helped to create some of the city's most celebrated galas, weddings, and events with a leading event planning & design firm. Later she joined Boston's top florist—Winston Flowers—where she found her calling by collaborating with other artists to create floral masterpieces for private residences, weddings, and fundraisers.

“Hiring Sarah of Wild West Floral was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The moment I saw her work, I knew she was exactly who I wanted to work with, but she still managed to exceed my expectations. She turned around a proposal quickly, thoughtfully inspired by the Pinterest board I'd shared, and it gave me full confidence right away that she truly understood my vision. There's something surreal about carrying a vision in your head for months and months, and then walking into your wedding to find it brought to life exactly as you'd imagined. That's what Sarah gave us. Her florals were quintessentially Californian — airy, loose arrangements that looked as though they'd sprung straight from the ground. Nothing was tight or overly "weddingy." What made her even more special was how generously she worked within our budget. She was wonderfully creative about repurposing arrangements throughout the evening — moving pieces from one part of the night to another — so that we got the fullest possible impact without the added cost. I just got some of the photos back, and they are beyond my wildest dreams. If you want a florist who will honor your vision, bring real artistry to it, and take genuine care with your budget, hire Sarah. We are so grateful we did.”

From the start, she totally got what we were going for and made it even better than we imagined. The flowers were gorgeous—romantic, natural, and a perfect match for the vineyard setting. The bouquet and the centerpieces were all thoughtfully designed with the prettiest blooms and little details that made everything feel so personal. Julia planned, created, and set everything up by herself, and the results were just incredible. On the wedding day, she showed up early and turned the space into a perfect vineyard wedding setting. Our guests kept commenting on how beautiful the flowers were, and we can’t stop looking at the pictures! Thank you Julia for the unforgettable wedding florals!!”

Design work is unique, texturally driven, and rooted in nature. Harmonious and balanced, each creation tells a thoughtful interpretation of clients individual stories. In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

“We chose to go with the hybrid DIY kit and it was perfect! Doing your own flowers is no joke but all the tutorials and education moxie provides is very helpful! We also bought individual bunches for bud vases and everything looked AMAZING!”

The Faux Bouquets
Rating: 5.0 (44 reviews)
  • Serves Los Alamos, CA

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

Awarded Best of Zola
“I was so impressed with The Faux Bouquets for our wedding! Brittany, the owner, was incredibly quick to respond, thorough in her communication, and had such a friendly and fun personality. She really went above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect faux floral arrangements for our big day. The quality of their work is truly unique and you can tell they are so passionate about what they do. We were able to take advantage of a special deal on the flowers I wanted, and they even upgraded some of the pieces for free! Compared to other faux floral companies in the area, we were able to get much more for our money. I'm so glad I took the time for the 15 minute consultation with Brittany - it was so helpful to see the items at scale and she customized our order perfectly. Our wedding is not until 2027 but we got them early and I LOVE them. I also like that the suites aren’t cookie cutter so each of my bridesmaids have their own style.”

“I was so grateful to have found Jen while going through our flower-picking-process. We got a quote for real flowers to start and it was way out of our budget. When we started looking for 'fake' flowers, I knew I wanted them to look as real as possible. I must have looked at 10 different vendors across CT and MA, and as soon as I saw Wood & Word Blooms website I was sold! Her bouquets are one of a kind, each and every piece was perfect for our wedding. She was so supportive and helpful in the color picking process, I changed my mind a few times but she never batted an eye. She got us to the finish line and we couldn't be happier. If you're on the fence, just go with Jen!”

“The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!”
