“We hired Katie as our coordinator for our October 2026 wedding, and we absolutely loved working with her! It was her first time working with our venue, but you truly never would have known it with how prepared and on top of everything she was. Katie was so supportive throughout the entire planning process. As someone who likes to get into the details, I really appreciated that she always made sure we knew what was happening, what was coming next, and what she needed from us. As a Type A person, it was so comforting to know we could fully count on her to execute our vision and make sure everything went smoothly leading up to the wedding and on the day itself. “Linsey and Leah are definitely an amazing dynamic duo. I am in the wedding industry and have had the privilege of working with these two as a photographer while they have been the planners. It has always been amazing working with them so when looking for a coordination team for my wedding, I knew I wanted to reach out to them. “Brittney was amazing! So we started our wedding planning journey by spending TWO, just TWO days trying to save money and do it ourselves, and by the second day our heads were hurting and we were exhausted. We gave in and decided to search for a wedding planner. We tried over a few days, and she was the third and final interview. We booked her that night! She was SO professional and worth the investment! Before we had even paid her, the night we booked her, she even messaged a venue for us that we had already booked but changed our minds about! Brittney was so efficient, we booked her at the end of January of 2022, by mid February she already found and helped us book our ideal venue, by the beginning of March she booked our photographer! By mid-April, she helped me find and design my dream wedding dress all in one visit! In-between, we had all the big and small details done, and our wedding wasn’t going to be until November! She even helped us find an all-inclusive venue to have our secret ceremony before the big wedding, and kept it a secret the whole time! She was even so gracious and patient with us during difficult seasons in our personal lives, and help take on difficult dealings with the venue, as well as when we ended up pushing our wedding out to the following year instead of the year we originally wanted. She listens to your vision, executes it without fail, and leaves no stone unturned when it comes to making sure your event is exactly what you want, even down to ensuring you’re getting your money’s worth with vendors and overseeing if you’re being overcharged. She truly builds her business in caring about the level of service she provides, making everything leading up to and including your special day as stress-free as possible. Even on the wedding day when I as the bride was feeling down, she sat with me as a friend and helped encourage me throughout the moments leading up to me walking down the aisle. We already told her to get ready to plan our vow renewal in a few years, as well as any other events we wanna do! Brittney was not only the BEST professionally and worth the investment, but in the process, she has become a true personal friend that we still talk to, who we value and care for. “I want to thank Mandy , Doris and their team for all their hard work over the past few months. I cannot have such an amazing wedding without their help. They delivered beyond my expectation on every single detail. When I was looking for planners/coordinators, Mandy and Doris explained to all my lengthy questions patiently and timely. I know I am a picky person. ;) They made the conversation very warm from the beginning, I could feel they put all their hearts into it , they are trying to help a friend of them, instead of just a client. I also had questions if it really worth to hire wedding planner or should I just DIY since I have time. YES, it worth every ! During our planning process to the end of the wedding. I realize Mandy can quickly get what we want for our wedding, and communicate with vendors more efficiently more accurately using their wedding professional languages. :) this will avoid a lot of unnecessary back and forth discussion, and most importantly, to avoid any miscommunication. We didn’t choose the usual wedding venues. I didn’t realize this later add a lot of extra work for them to plan for the logistics, to coordinate and to execute the plan. But they made it! Every single detail… I cannot love more I was joking this with my friends— while my husband was tied up on his job, I felt I was marrying Mandy and Doris , I felt they were holding my hands, gave me more support and made me relaxed when we need to make 1000 decisions on the wedding details within 2 months. The wedding day has been unbelievably smooth!!! I have been to many weddings and I told myself, if anything happens, it is okay! If we run late for something, it is okay! But my concern was unnecessary, my day has been so smooth so relaxed!!! This cannot be achieved without Doris and her coordination team. Even my other vendors who worked with Doris first time, told me “your coordination is the best I have worked with. “My husband and I got married at Disney's Grand Californian this year and we are beyond grateful that Kimberly was a big part of our wedding. We found out during the planning stages that Disney does not handle personal items and décor and we would have to reach out to an outside vendor. I heard about Kimberly's Ever After Planning in the Disneyland Wedding Community and I reached out to her when I realized that we would have quite a few personal items. She responded swiftly and we were able to discuss Outside Coordination services. She is absolutely so kind, very responsive, and is on top of it. As a former Disney bride herself, she knows how Disney Weddings work and understands how stressful the wedding planning process is. After we received our BEO, Kimberly was able to arrange a meeting promptly and we went over great detail on the BEO, including which items do we DIY and items we pay Disney to provide. My husband was unsure at first if we needed an outside coordinator, but after our first meeting, he was 100% on board that we needed an outside coordinator. I wish we did this earlier, but we realized the planning stress was a little too much, so we hired Kimberly as a partial planner on top of outside coordination. She made a personalized custom planning package and was able to help take a good chunk of wedding planning stress off of us. We were in constant contact until the big day and had bi-weekly or monthly meetings on various topics in wedding, including signage, floral, and personal item décor. On the day of, Kimberly and Travis were just absolutely amazing and we didn't have to worry about a thing! We had our personal items in boxes and we gave them creative freedom to arrange our personal items. They were able to set up all of our personal items so beautifully and were able to move everything to reception on time. They were so attentive and helped us throughout the night. One of my aunts lost her earrings in the Dressing Room, and Kimberly was able to hold onto and return it to her after it was found. Additionally, Travis noticed my husband's boutonniere was starting to fall off during the reception, and he stepped in and reattached his boutonniere. Kimberly and Travis offered and were able to get me our signature drinks while I was getting touch-ups. I'm so glad they did because I did not have a chance to try our signature drinks. They were able to get all of the items in both the reception room and the dressing room and returned everything back to us before the night ended! :) If it was not for them, our wedding would have been 30x more stressful. We absolutely cannot recommend Kimberly's Ever After Planning enough for planning and coordination services!”

“I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! McKenna was amazing at time management throughout the day, and she was so helpful to not only us, but our families, wedding party and guests as well. Everything went perfectly on schedule and all the crazy ideas that we had came to life with no issues! It was truly the best day of our lives and it wouldn’t have been possible without McKenna’s help! I could write so much more on how incredible Events by McKenna is, but to sum it all up, they are the best choice for your wedding planning and coordinating needs and you will not regret choosing them for your big day!!”

“I was almost not going to choose Ingrid as a wedding coordinator and that would have been one of my biggest regrets as a bride for my wedding. I actually had already put a small deposit down for another wedding coordinator, but once I met Ingrid, she stole my heart. She was my calm to my storm, my ying to my yang, my Robin to my Batman…etc Ingrid is not only an amazing wedding coordinator, but she is also an amazing wedding officiant. She took our love story and crazy ceremony ideas (such as taking a shot with us along with our guests before we sealed the deal or taping our ring box underneath one of the chairs for a surprise ring bearer) and created the ceremony of our dreams. To hear from multiple guests that it was the best ceremony they attended was the best compliment we could receive because the ceremony is the most important part of a wedding. It was my favorite part of my wedding. Then she can amazingly switch gears from officiant to wedding coordinator and rock that too. She can do it all (literally). I always have other couples tell us that their wedding day goes by very fast and they didn’t really get to enjoy all the little things. However, my husband and I felt like our special day did not go by so fast and we most definitely got to enjoy the little things mainly because Ingrid took care of everything behind the scenes that no one sees. She created an amazing timeline for us, took charge of our vendors, made sure we were right on schedule with everything, was super communicative along the way… the list goes on and on. She is everything you would want in a wedding coordinator. I am very sad I won’t get to work with her anymore unless I get married again lol, but I would recommend her to anyone I know and hopefully get to see her in action again.”

“We recently had the pleasure of working with Love and Life Events for our wedding, and they did an incredible job! We got the Wedding Day Management Service (2-month countdown) package and it was the perfect amount of support. From start to finish, their team was professional, attentive, and truly dedicated to making our special day perfect. We worked directly with Chiell, Makayla, and Dalavy. They were so kind, patient, and genuinely cared about our vision and helped bring it to life. We personally did not use the provided Aisle Planner account to its fullest capability (Google Sheets ftw!), however it would have been a great tool since it has everything you need to keep organized, and more. The planning process was seamless, thanks to the team’s attention to detail and creative ideas. Every element, from the little decor decisions to the coordination of the event, was executed with precision and care. On the day of the wedding, the team was on top of everything, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. We were able to fully enjoy our day without worrying about any of the logistics. “Kate was an absolutely incredible wedding coordinator. We hired her as our day-of coordinator for our wedding at Falkner Winery in Temecula, and she went far above and beyond what I expected from a day-of coordinator. From the moment we booked her, she put me completely at ease. She is reliable, communicative, organized, kind, and exceptionally good at what she does. As an event planner in my professional life, planning the wedding itself came naturally to me, but I was nervous about handing over all of the details on the actual wedding day. Kate made that transition effortless. Her attention to detail and ability to execute allowed me to be fully present and enjoy my wedding. I never once worried about whether the welcome table was set up correctly, if the dessert menu made it out, or if all of the little details I had spent months planning were being handled. I trusted her completely, and she delivered on every level. One thing that really stood out was her judgment and professionalism. For example, our wedding day was extremely windy, and our welcome sign kept blowing over. Rather than interrupting me with a minor decision, she reached out to my mom to discuss moving it indoors because she knew how important the placement was to me. She kept my family informed when necessary, solved problems proactively, and protected me from having to think about any logistical issues throughout the day. Kate gave me the gift of being able to enjoy my wedding without worrying about a single detail. I truly cannot recommend her highly enough. If you're considering hiring her, do it.
