“We got married at Bartlett Hills Golf Club in April 2026 and had the BEST experience with them. Bartlett has really great staff, amazing flexibility, and a world of experience making a wedding day run smoothly. We felt taken care of every step of the way, like our requests were taken seriously and easy for them to accommodate (including serious guest allergies, changing the start/end time, having signature drinks, bringing in our own sweets for a sweets table, etc). Our guests were telling us all night how much they loved the staff and bartenders. Evan, the manager who has been doing weddings for over a decade, made us feel so taken care of, and made the day run as smoothly as it possibly could. He worked with us and our vision for the day, and made me feel appreciated for the organizing and planning we did before the wedding. Zac, the assistant manager, was so kind and thoughtful--he went out of his way to compliment little things that we did for our guests and I felt so touched and seen as a bride. We also loved the transparent pricing (their packages are on their website for anyone to see, even without a tour), the lack of hidden fees, the clear communication, and the incredibly generous off season package. The contract was simple, easy to understand, and fair. We knew exactly what was expected of us, what we were getting, when we were expected to pay/give final counts, what we were getting, and how to request any changes. And it constantly felt like Evan and the team were working with us to make our day special, and never like we were a bother. Bartlett Hills also handles all of the set up, take down, staffing, catering, real flowers for the centerpieces, and even the cake (partnered with a local bakery). We didn't have to worry about any logistics except for photo/video, music, and getting our decor to the venue. They even solved problems we hadn't considered/known about--the attention to detail was incredible! It was such an easy day and I'm so grateful to the team at Bartlett Hills for letting us focus on celebrating with our loved ones.”

“We wanted a more casual wedding and pinstripes was perfect for that. The weather was perfect so we were able to have our ceremony outside on the patio and that area was perfect for the pictures! We had bowling during cocktail hour which our guests loved. The food was incredible and they did a great job managing our cake, decor, and everything we dropped off. The whole staff was so easy to work with and all of the meetings went so smooth.”

“We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Seven Bridges and it was truly magical! Everything was absolutely beautiful from start to finish, giving us the Winter Wonderland wedding of our dreams! Roisin provided us with tremendous guidance and support as we navigated through the craziness of wedding planning. She was always quick to respond to emails and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Jen was also extremely helpful with returning emails, assisting with our rehearsal, and making sure our wedding day ran smoothly. She was there for anything and everything that we may have needed during our big day. Overall, the entire staff was just amazing, from the day I requested information about the venue, all the way up to the last minute of our reception! The wedding packages provided us with options to be able to cater to all of our wants for our big day. They were flexible with some "non-traditional" aspects that we wanted to include, which was amazing! My family agreed that we chose the best venue! They told us how beautiful everything was and how the staff was impeccable! Our guests even expressed to us how it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to! “I will try to keep it condensed because I could go on forever raving about our experience. We toured a few locations before settling on Eaglewood. It was an easy decision because no other venue made us feel more at ease with the process. We met with Eileen during our tour and she was so detailed, organized, and wonderful to us. It was obvious that she knows exactly what she is doing and we wanted to go with a location where we could feel we were in good hands. Planning a wedding is the most stressful event we had ever planned and we wanted to trust the vendors we picked. Eileen was always so responsive and made helpful suggestions along the way. She kept detailed notes of everything we wanted and really helped us make our vision come to life within our budget. My husband and I wanted our wedding to be a blend of our Mexican/Indian culture and it was important that these details showed from the music, to the food, to the decor. Eaglewood helped make that happen, even helping is create a whole menu that represented both cultures. During our tasting, the chefs were very accommodating and personally came out to make sure we were happy with the food options. Our guests still rave about the food and many have said it was by far the best food they had at a wedding. This was very important to us. At times we would hang out at the bar after our meetings with Eileen and the bartenders were also super friendly. The front desk employees were always quick to greet us. We always felt so welcomed by everyone. The day of our wedding everything went perfectly. Absolutely nothing went wrong and Eileen was on top of things, even details that I hadn’t considered. Mind you, she was working two weddings at the same time, mine and someone else’s. But all our vendors said they received quick responses and were able to coordinate well with this venue. I can’t thank everyone enough at the Eaglewood for this experience. I tell everyone about the resort and have recommended them to people who are planning a wedding.”
