“Jaclyn and her team truly went above and beyond with the florals for our wedding day last weekend. She took what I had pictured in my head and somehow took it to even another level! I've been getting comments all week about how incredible the flowers were. From our first conversation (where we accidentally ended up talking and brainstorming for almost 2 hours!!) I had a feeling she would be just the right person for the job and I think that gut instinct was more than correct! From the altar pedestals and aisle meadows, to the ceiling greenery, to the wrapped columns, table designs, bouquets, etc it was all so stunning and really made our somewhat industrial-feeling raw space come alive and feel magical. Thank you again!”

I’ve been flowering events for almost half my life, and have experience slingin’ blooms in just about every setting you can imagine all across Long Island and beyond. I have witnessed cycles of trends and many changes in both the wedding and floral industry, all of which has shaped me as a designer and entrepreneur. I love to work with local farms and growers for both unique and traditional bloom options, while also growing flowers of my own that almost always make their way into my work. You'll notice that means my flowering style is often organic and whimsy, yet timeless.

“From the moment I reached out to Kristen at Clover and the Bees, I could tell she was truly passionate about her work and helping her clients' visions come to life. Her communication was personalized, timely, and professional throughout the entire process. Kristin is so detail-oriented and really listened to my thoughts and design ideas, crafting the most beautiful floral arrangements that perfectly complemented our wedding day and captured our vision. She was even flexible when I asked her to deliver the flowers a little early the day before the wedding. She came even earlier than asked with each piece packaged beautifully. I am also preserving my flowers from a company and Kirstin took the time to answer all of my questions and give me advice on how to package them which I so appreciated. I'm so grateful to Clover and the Bees for helping make our special day even more beautiful.”

Anchor & Bloom Floral Design
Rating: 5.0 (1 review)
  • Starts at $7,000
  • Serves Quogue, NY

Having grown up running around the lush acres of my family's bountiful nursery, I was born with a love and interest in flowers and plants. This developed into a passion for beauty and Art, which I studied then worked at for 15 years in NYC and The Hamptons. After soaking up all I could of the NYC floral industry, I returned to my home town of East Hampton to continue to grow by starting my own business, Anchor & Bloom. My passion is creating beauty by turning natures flowers into art, meeting clients visions, and bringing their floral dreams to life.

“We absolutely loved working with Lori for our wedding in May 2019. She is extremely talented, attentive to detail and easy to communicate with. She took our visions and made them a reality. We could not have been happier with the finished product. The centerpieces were stunning, my bouquet was AMAZING, the boutonnieres & bridal bouquets were perfect, and the little details throughout the tent brought it all together. We would recommend her over and over again.”

“Jen was AMAZING to work with! When it came to flowers for my wedding, I had NO IDEA what I wanted. She was very patient with me and helped talk me through my vision. She gave me flowers to pick from, talked about how big I wanted my bouquet and how much greenery I wanted, and then when I could find colors I liked in swatches, she color-matched the colors I wanted from an inspo pic I found online! She was very professional and patient with me, even when my plans changed or I needed to add to my order.  I am not the best at putting together a bouquet. I am also someone who likes control, especially when it came to planning my wedding. I was thankful that I was able to give Jen the reins, tell her what I wanted, and watch her make my dreams come true. When I first saw my flowers, I was speechless. She truly did make my floral dreams come true, and now I get to keep my bouquet for the rest of my life! A wooden flower bouquet from Jen is the way to go!”

“It was an absolute pleasure to work with Lorrie, and we loved the flowers and decor she created for our wedding. We weren't the easiest clients, as we were quite indecisive at the beginning. We bounced between wanting a minimalist all-white look and introducing various colors since we didn't have a strict theme. Finally, just a month before the big day, we settled on a complex palette with several specific colors. Despite the late change, Lorrie was calm and professional. Her support was invaluable; she sent timely follow-ups and was a grounding presence when we were scrambling behind the scenes to figure everything else out. She took our final color decisions and matched exactly what we had envisioned in terms of the colors and the ratios of each shade. Beyond the centerpieces and bouquets, Lorrie also provided a chuppah in a beautiful copper base. When the final florals and decor arrived, they were stunning and truly brought our whole aesthetic together. If you're looking for a florist who is patient, a dream to work with, and incredibly talented at executing complex color requests and providing crucial support, hire Style & Vine!”

“First Blush Weddings was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very first conversation, Emma was prompt, easy to communicate with, and incredibly kind. She listened closely to our vision for vibrant, wildflower-inspired florals for our beach ceremony and reception, and she delivered beautifully. The ceremony arch was stunning, with lush greenery and pops of color that perfectly complemented our setting. We received so many compliments from our guests on the gorgeous, high-quality flowers. Emma and her team's attention to detail and commitment to bringing our dream to life was apparent in every aspect of their work. We are thrilled with how everything turned out and would highly recommend First Blush Weddings to any couple planning their special day.”

I instinctually fell in love with the creativity of floral design and it wasn’t long until Willow & Grey was born. WG creates unique, romantic, and whimsical floral designs for weddings and events in New England. My desire is to curate florals that reflect and celebrate the beauty and magic in life’s most cherished moments.

“I wanted a florist who brought fresh ideas and a passion for their work. After speaking with several florists as well as Willow & Grey, I found that Renee was the perfect person for our wedding. She was extremely detail-oriented and thorough. Our arrangements from bouquets to centerpieces were so thoughtfully curated. Everyone loved them and so did we.”

Raving Flamingo Flowers creates wholly original floralscapes from live, dried, faux, and foraged blooms. Inspired by fine art, wild textures, and the natural world, I think of every floral work as a sculpture, crafted with care to celebrate the love and joy in your heart.

“From our first zoom call, Teresa at Raving Flamingo Flowers was so genuine and lovely to work with! She was so collaborative and worked alongside us every step of the way to bring our vision to life, creating florals that felt truly like a reflection of us. Her creativity and attention to detail showed in every aspect from my bouquet to the bud vases on the tables. On our wedding day, we got hit with unexpected rain, and Teresa spent hours outside making sure our ceremony flowers looked absolutely perfect despite the weather. We can't recommend Raving Flamingo Flowers enough to any couple looking for florals that are beautiful and uniquely your own!”
