“Hiring Ashley at Rose Event Co as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. I thought I was going to be able to manage planning our entire wedding myself, but as the day crept closer and closer, I realized that I was definitely going to need a hand. We spoke with a dozen different coordinators, and Ashley just stood out SO strongly amongst the rest. To put it as simply as possible, she saw our vision, she understood it, she stood in and shared in it with us. She knew exactly how to support us in making it happen, and she was easily able to make us feel that. We initially had concerns about her being located so far away from us (we're in Oakland, CA), but she put those concerns to rest so quickly! Throughout my months of planning after hiring Ashley, she was always there to answer my questions, and provide support and reassurance in all of the little things that I just wasn't sure how to handle myself, and she did so with such grace, patience, and an air of calm that was so extremely helpful and reassuring. When the month of our wedding arrived, Ashley quickly got to work on communicating with and organizing all of our vendors and laying out the structure for the day. She traveled to Monte Rio to be with us the day before our big day, walked us through the ceremony, went over all of the details, and left us so confident and comfortable in her extremely capable hands. The day of the wedding, Ashley handled EVERYTHING and EVERYONE with such care and tranquility. “Zoe put in so much hard work leading up to the wedding and especially on the day of. She pulled off a huge afternoon tea wedding with grace, good cheer, and patience. Everything was just so beautiful, I didn’t want it to end! Every time I talk to my mama about what an incredible job she did she says Zoe never stopped working so quickly and efficiently the whole day!! From the moment I spoke with Zoe, I knew I wanted her to be the one to make my afternoon tea wedding reception come true! She is so kind and organized and quick to respond to questions. She made a timeline for the wedding and added teacups, teapots, and a cute cart to the timeline so it wasn't just text on white paper. She really is more of a months-before-coordinator instead of a day-of-coordinator. She responded to texts and emails quickly and helped me stay calm leading up to the wedding day. Zoe met me, my then future husband, my mama and dad, and our caterer at the bridge club about two weeks before the big day. She helped figure out where everything was going to go and had a contingency plan in case it rained (which it did) She timed out how long it would take for my parents to walk me down the aisle so we knew how long we could let the processional song play. On the big day, it was raining but that didn't spoil Zoe's mood or ability to put everything together in a timely manner. She worked alongside our tea service person to set 14 tables with different color tablecloths, mismatched teacups, saucers, bread plates, luncheon plates, 3-tiered stands, water glasses, coupe glasses, napkins, decorative books, table numbers, bud vases, and wedding favors for 52 people. She also set-up our welcome table with bread and butter, water dispensers, guest book, and library card catalog for the seating chart. In addition to all this, she made sure I had my bouquet and was ready to walk down the aisle on-time, played the 3 different songs we had for the ceremony, and wrangled the guests to be seated and placed our floral arrangements on either side of the alter. During the afternoon tea she poured water, Prosecco, and sparkling apple cider for everyone. She played our Spotify playlist from her phone and brought out the wedding cake for us to cut. Once the reception was over, she and our tea server packed up all of the items so our Taskrabbit person could take everything back to our condo. She did this so quickly and efficiently and told me and my husband we didn't need to help. I really don't think we could have pulled off such a huge event without her!! Oh! and she was so sweet during the getting ready portion of the day, she gave me a glass teapot ornament as a wedding day gift (((*warm fuzzies*)))”

“Paige was an incredible (or dare I say, perfect) wedding coordinator for our August 2026 wedding at Rocky Hill Events in White Salmon. From our very first call, we connected with Paige due to her warmth, confidence, experience, and passion for working with couples to execute their dream wedding days. Throughout our year and a half engagement, Paige was kind, caring, organized, and supportive. In the month leading up to our wedding, she was punctual and on top of every call and was always quick to respond to any questions or requests. We had a few small hiccups at our wedding that Paige was able to help remedy. She was compassionate when my mom received an unexpected breast cancer diagnosis, offering ideas of ways to support her on the big day. She also helped workshop solutions to small family and friend dynamic problems we encountered along the way, always centering us as the couple in her work. The beach vibe was executed perfectly—from the stunning driftwood bridal arch to the custom driftwood tea light holders that lit up the evening with a romantic glow. The balloon arch photo booth was a huge hit with our guests! We loved when the little ones played with giant balloons on the dancefloor all night, what great videos we have! I’ve been working in the wedding industry since before I had a driver’s license. My father is a SoCal based wedding videographer of 20 years. Starting as a young teen, he would let me tag along to weddings to help haul equipment. I fell in love with the hustle and I ended up working 15+ weddings as his assistant videographer before I left for college. Professionally, I have been working as a stage manager in events and entertainment for 9 years, mostly in the SLC, Utah area. I always felt the wedding industry calling me back, so about 3 years ago I began applying my events management skills to wedding planning and never looked back.
