Letting Love In 365
Rating: 5.0 (4 reviews)
·Ratings include Zola and Google reviews
  • Offers 10 ceremony types
  • Starts at $400
  • Serves Roseburg, OR

Letting Love In is a business based in Redding, California that offers wedding officiant services, resilient relationship coaching, trauma-informed yoga, and soulful photography. This business creates a space for connections where to-be-weds and their loved ones can experience deeper levels of joy, peace, and love. Jess will assist in curating your special day with an authentic and open heart to design a ceremony that you will remember forever. B4 Monday Photographer, Dennis, will be there to honor your love story through authentic and meaningful photos that document your big day.

“We met Jess at a local wedding expo, and my now-husband and I felt an immediate connection with her. After a discussion about the services she offered, we did a lap around the expo to discuss our thoughts and both agreed Jess felt like the right fit for our wedding. We immediately returned and booked her for our desired date, which was the first reservation we made for our wedding (even before the venue!). I am so glad we did! Jess has been amazing to work with. She is so kind and communicative. She wrote us a beautiful ceremony that really fit us and our wants. She gave great options for things that we could include in the ceremony if we wanted and even created a special hand blessing for us based on a different tradition we had mentioned we thought was cool. I loved that she kept some of the ceremony script a surprise until the ceremony itself as it made it feel even more special and impactful to me. We invited Jess to stay for the remainder of our wedding, and she fit right in with our family and friends. She added a lot of positive energy and love to a magical day. Our guests all loved her and made many positive comments about her ceremony and her as a person. In addition to officiating, we also asked Jess to lead a morning yoga class on the morning of the wedding. Again, we are so happy we did! I enjoy yoga but don't do it as frequently as I should, and I was on the fence about attending because I was starting to get stressed about wedding logistics. I decided to go, and it was exactly what I needed. Her class was appropriate for all levels, so I didn't feel pressured to do something that was too difficult. Those who are more advanced had options to do things at their level too. After I felt so calm and ready to take on anything that came my way, which significantly helped with my ability to be in the moment for the wedding and let go of control of all the logistics (something I struggle with). All our family in attendance loved the class, including my Mother in Law that is a yoga teacher herself. If you are considering taking her class or having her lead one at your event, do it! We also have been working with Jess on resilient relationship coaching. It has been very helpful so far in deepening our understanding of each other, supporting each other’s personal growth, and improving the communication issues we have struggled with over the years. It can be very hard for me to be vulnerable in front of others, but Jess creates a loving and accepting space that makes it possible to be open and honest in our sessions. Since we are not in the area, we have been able to do the sessions via Zoom, which has been very convenient. Our experience with Jess has been very positive and we would both highly recommend her to anyone looking for officiating, coaching, or yoga. In fact, I have already recommended her coaching to a family member”

Zaira Flores Marin, Bilingual Ceremony Officiant
Rating: 5.0 (1 review)
  • Offers 10 ceremony types
  • Starts at $200
  • Serves Roseburg, OR

I’m passionate about working with diverse and interfaith couples who want their ceremonies to reflect who they are in full color. Love is not one-size-fits-all, and neither should be the moment you say “I do.” I collaborate to ensure your ceremony feels personal, flexible, and true to your hearts. Every ceremony I craft is designed to make couples feel seen, celebrated, and supported. Some include bilingual vows, English, Spanish, or Spanglish, so family feels included. Others honor traditions like arras, lazo, or unity candles. Still others create new rituals unique to their story. Let’s create a ceremony that reflects your unique love.

“Choosing Zaira as our wedding officiant was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. From our very first conversation, she made us feel comfortable and supported. She was professional, thoughtful, informative, and always willing to answer our questions and guide us through every step of the process. Our bilingual ceremony was everything we hoped for and more. She made both languages flow so naturally, making everyone feel included and connected. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine positive energy made the ceremony feel so personal and full of love. After the wedding, so many of our family and friends told us how beautiful the ceremony was and how much they loved Zaira. They kept mentioning her positive vibes, how engaging she was, and how she made the ceremony feel heartfelt and memorable. We're so thankful that Zaira was such an important part of our special day. She helped create one of our favorite memories, and we truly couldn't imagine anyone else marrying us. We wholeheartedly recommend her to any couple looking for an officiant who genuinely cares and brings so much love and joy to your wedding.”

EC Matrimony

A Portland native, and founder of EC Matrimony, Ernie has become an expert in all things weddings. Having recently stepped away from a career in Marketing/Public Relations, Ernie has taken his business from part-time to full-time in 2021 to help more couples realize their wedding dreams. Throughout his 18 years in the industry, and having performed over 3,000 weddings, it’s easy to see why he’s been featured in bridal magazines, national IG posts, and been featured in Huffington Post twice, and on realty TV. Add to that the dozens of national awards he’s won over the years, and you can tell why he’s in demand as a wedding officiant.

“Ernie Claeson was exceptional as our wedding officiant for our August 30th wedding at Rocky Hill Events in White Salmon. From our very first call with him, we felt a warmth and kindness that put us at ease and made our decision to hire him so clear and easy to make. Ernie was organized, communicative, punctual, and on top of everything leading up to our wedding. On the wedding day, he delivered a heartfelt ceremony and message that resonated with us as the couple and our families. Our planning meeting in his office in Beaverton was so helpful and detailed. He asked a lot of questions and really sought to better understand us as people and as a couple. He really captured our story in the ceremony script and allowed us to shine on such an important day. He was a calming presence and voice, and you can tell he truly loves his job and cares about working with his couples. Would 10/10 recommend him and we want to sincerely thank Ernie and EC Matrimony for giving us the wedding ceremony of our dreams!”

Soco & Co

  • Offers 8 ceremony types
  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Roseburg, OR for additional fees

Hi! My name is Anna Soco (she/her) and I'm the PNW's premiere Queer wedding officiant and believer in love. My work is rooted in the belief that love is alive, communal, and transformative - and because of that, your wedding ceremony should be, too! I work with soulmates of all kinds to create ceremonies that reflect what truly matters most to you. My clients (y'all!) are my "co" - each new client relationship is an opportunity to learn more about love, together. I adore, appreciate, and learn from each and every one of you. And I never quit rooting for my couples!

“Anna Socolofsky was such a dream officiant. She brought the kind of mature, strong, knowing presence to our time working together and to our wedding that made us feel so held and allowed us to stand in our power. Any wedding nerves fell away because it was like walking into this next season of life with someone who was there to support and help you trust your own strength. She not only worked with our psychotically short time frame but brought a focus on queer love and joy to our wedding that was so vital and important to us. We did a very intimate small casual wedding but having her presence brought the cohesion that the ceremony needed to make it feel like a ritual and not just a backyard party. We will always remember working with her with fondness and recommend her to so many in our community.”

Anthony is a licensed attorney who started officiating weddings in Oregon as a Judge (hence our company’s former name, The Wedding Judge). Matrimony Northwest has expanded in the 15 years since Anthony officiated his first wedding and has added two additional officiants—Emily and Henry. The three of them have officiated thousands of weddings in the Pacific Northwest in all different types of venues - back yards, courtrooms, coffee shops, beaches, mountain vistas, and more. Anthony is only the second person to have officiated a wedding in the Oregon State Capitol Building, and the only person to do so in modern times.

“Let me start by saying I was completely unprepared for my own wedding! I was several hours late because I nearly fainted and couldn't walk. We almost had to cancel after the ceremony had already been delayed for hours. My parents were literally holding me up so I wouldn't collapse, and after convincing the venue owner and wedding planner that I still wanted to get married, a golf cart was brought in to get me to the aisle! At the top of the stairs my parents immediately started bickering, and my dad finally said, "Just grab her other hand, I can't get her down the aisle by myself!" I couldn't help but laugh. Looking back, I must have looked like I'd had one wild bachelorette party the night before! I was pale, wobbly, and clumsy. My veil was even pulled right out of my hair on the way down the aisle, and all I could do was laugh and say, "Oops! Oh well!" The moment I reached the altar and took my husband's hands, everything else faded away. It was the most magical moment of my life. Anthony was our officiant, and despite my late email replies, endless questions, and all of my chaotic ideas, he handled everything with kindness, patience, and professionalism. He created a beautiful ceremony that included both a handfasting and Las Arras (the Hispanic tradition of 13 wedding coins), honoring both my husband's Irish heritage and my Hispanic heritage. He also blended Spanish and English beautifully throughout the ceremony without simply repeating everything twice. It felt natural, meaningful, and welcoming for everyone. After the ceremony he stayed for dinner and cake, and we even got to chat afterward. Then came the cake cutting...which quickly turned into cake demolition because I had no idea how to cut a three-tier cake! I finally looked at everyone and joked, "Well...I guess we only have three slices of cake!" Everyone burst into laughter. Also when I mean demolished, I mean the cake looked like a sugar crazied army of toddlers got ahold of it! If you're looking for an officiant who is thoughtful, flexible, rolls with the punches, handles chaos well, genuinely caring, and able to make your ceremony feel completely personal, Anthony is your person. He took every crazy idea I had and made our wedding unforgettable. I truly cannot recommend him enough!!! Thank you, Anthony, for giving us the perfect ceremony despite all the chaos surrounding it! I wouldn't have had it any other way!! I attached some of our wedding photos below :)”
