Today, Tiffin Farm continues to be a working farm as we raise a herd of Red Devon cattle and steward the land. With abundant natural lighting, the barn is immersed in the center of the farm with views to the Blue Ridge mountains, our pond, and surrounding pasture. We set up the ceremony chairs for our couples as well as the tables and chairs for the reception area before you arrive for your wedding day to reduce stress. Any decor items you need are set up by us such as shepherd hooks, easels, signs and much more. We also include lawn games and we have a firepit for use to add extra ambience. Best part we are across the road from the nearest hotel so guests can walk to our venue AND up to 18 guests can sleep over at Greenock for the whole weekend - so many more happy memories. We can include a planner to manage your wedding on your wedding day too!

With all of our packages we include 2 nights at our historic 1906 farmhouse and charming log cabin. These spaces allow for up to 16 guests to stay on property with you throughout the weekend. In addition, there are sweeping views of mountains, vineyards, pastures, and pond that can be viewed from our ceremony sites. When it's time for dinner, you can take a beautiful stroll to our newly constructed Tupelo House. This reception space allows for you to take in the setting sun while enjoying the high end touches like chandeliers, open frame timber, and a massive 8' wide fireplace. The Estate at River Run offers a dream setting to host a variety of elegant affairs.
