“Hiring Katie was THE BEST wedding planning decision we made! When we started planning our wedding, I really thought I was going to do everything myself (LOL). We found our venue first and they told us that they require at least a day of coordinator. After communicating with the venue for a bit we soon realized why, and after trying to do everything myself and realizing that was insane, I am SO grateful that we hired a coordinator and even more grateful that it was Katie. I found Katie on Zola and from our first virtual meeting with her we knew that she was the perfect person to help with our wedding! Katie was incredibly warm & friendly, super detail oriented, and I could immediately tell that she is very experienced in her craft. Katie starts working with you 12 weeks before the wedding & allows unlimited communication which I think is quite rare for coordinators but enables you to build a connection with her. Anything we needed help with, Katie was there to advise us along the way! At our venue walk-through Katie spotted some more red flags from our venue and quietly noted them, reassuring us that she would prepare and make sure everything went smoothly the day of. She made us feel so at ease knowing our wedding day was in her hands. During the planning process she helped with everything from reading our venue contract, ensuring they had the correct numbers for tables/chairs/linens, helping us with design details like linen colors and chair styles, answering all of our questions about how many songs we need for the ceremony, how long songs/speeches should be, etc. She gave us some really special & personal design ideas like having custom Mr & Mrs mugs made for our coffee at the reception since my husband and I don’t drink. She even introduced us to our photographer/videographer who was also incredible and so our style. Throughout the whole process she really got to know us and you can just tell she really cares about her couples and absolutely loves what she does. A few weeks before the wedding, Katie has you fill out a decor document where you put photos and describe each item you are bringing and where/how you would like it set up. Our document ended up being 26 pages long LOL. I had a very specific vision for my wedding day & Katie and her team executed it PERFECTLY!!! They were so sweet and even noticed that it was a bit windy of a day so they waited until the last moment to put out a special vase from my grandparents wedding to ensure that nothing happened to it. Just the thought and care and attention to detail from Katie and her team is unmatched. In addition to the setup, Katie coordinated the entire day, wrangling our families for the photos, ensuring everything with the venue ran smoothly, and even dealing with one of our other vendors who was incredibly difficult to work with (who we regretfully hired on our own - NOT a vendor recommend by Katie) and she handled it like a professional and a mom! At the end of the night, Katie and her team broke down and packed up all of our decor for us, again taking so much care to make sure that any of our delicate, special pieces were well taken care of. Our wedding day was genuinely the best day of our lives, much thanks to Katie and her team! At the end of the night I actually started feeling post wedding depression because I knew that our time with Katie as our wedding coordinator was coming to a close LOL. HIRE KATIE! You will absolutely not regret it. She is THE BEST.”

“Linsey and Leah are definitely an amazing dynamic duo. I am in the wedding industry and have had the privilege of working with these two as a photographer while they have been the planners. It has always been amazing working with them so when looking for a coordination team for my wedding, I knew I wanted to reach out to them. They were so helpful for my husband and I, guiding us on the planning and all of the last min details we needed! I was stressed leading into the wedding, but once the rehearsal hit and the two of them went to work, I was immediately at ease and able to just enjoy and be present. They handled everything from setup to cleanup and all the events in between, even making sure to have us hit the photo list I made and get into the photo booth before it closed. They are an amazing team and working with them as a bride and not just a photographer gave me even more appreciation for them!! I already recommended them highly to my brides, and now I will even more as someone who experienced their amazing work from the bride's side! “Brittney was amazing! So we started our wedding planning journey by spending TWO, just TWO days trying to save money and do it ourselves, and by the second day our heads were hurting and we were exhausted. We gave in and decided to search for a wedding planner. We tried over a few days, and she was the third and final interview. We booked her that night! She was SO professional and worth the investment! Before we had even paid her, the night we booked her, she even messaged a venue for us that we had already booked but changed our minds about! Brittney was so efficient, we booked her at the end of January of 2022, by mid February she already found and helped us book our ideal venue, by the beginning of March she booked our photographer! By mid-April, she helped me find and design my dream wedding dress all in one visit! In-between, we had all the big and small details done, and our wedding wasn’t going to be until November! She even helped us find an all-inclusive venue to have our secret ceremony before the big wedding, and kept it a secret the whole time! She was even so gracious and patient with us during difficult seasons in our personal lives, and help take on difficult dealings with the venue, as well as when we ended up pushing our wedding out to the following year instead of the year we originally wanted. She listens to your vision, executes it without fail, and leaves no stone unturned when it comes to making sure your event is exactly what you want, even down to ensuring you’re getting your money’s worth with vendors and overseeing if you’re being overcharged. She truly builds her business in caring about the level of service she provides, making everything leading up to and including your special day as stress-free as possible. Even on the wedding day when I as the bride was feeling down, she sat with me as a friend and helped encourage me throughout the moments leading up to me walking down the aisle. We already told her to get ready to plan our vow renewal in a few years, as well as any other events we wanna do! Brittney was not only the BEST professionally and worth the investment, but in the process, she has become a true personal friend that we still talk to, who we value and care for. “My husband and I got married at Disney's Grand Californian this year and we are beyond grateful that Kimberly was a big part of our wedding. We found out during the planning stages that Disney does not handle personal items and décor and we would have to reach out to an outside vendor. I heard about Kimberly's Ever After Planning in the Disneyland Wedding Community and I reached out to her when I realized that we would have quite a few personal items. She responded swiftly and we were able to discuss Outside Coordination services. She is absolutely so kind, very responsive, and is on top of it. As a former Disney bride herself, she knows how Disney Weddings work and understands how stressful the wedding planning process is. After we received our BEO, Kimberly was able to arrange a meeting promptly and we went over great detail on the BEO, including which items do we DIY and items we pay Disney to provide. My husband was unsure at first if we needed an outside coordinator, but after our first meeting, he was 100% on board that we needed an outside coordinator. I wish we did this earlier, but we realized the planning stress was a little too much, so we hired Kimberly as a partial planner on top of outside coordination. She made a personalized custom planning package and was able to help take a good chunk of wedding planning stress off of us. We were in constant contact until the big day and had bi-weekly or monthly meetings on various topics in wedding, including signage, floral, and personal item décor. On the day of, Kimberly and Travis were just absolutely amazing and we didn't have to worry about a thing! We had our personal items in boxes and we gave them creative freedom to arrange our personal items. They were able to set up all of our personal items so beautifully and were able to move everything to reception on time. They were so attentive and helped us throughout the night. One of my aunts lost her earrings in the Dressing Room, and Kimberly was able to hold onto and return it to her after it was found. Additionally, Travis noticed my husband's boutonniere was starting to fall off during the reception, and he stepped in and reattached his boutonniere. Kimberly and Travis offered and were able to get me our signature drinks while I was getting touch-ups. I'm so glad they did because I did not have a chance to try our signature drinks. They were able to get all of the items in both the reception room and the dressing room and returned everything back to us before the night ended! :) If it was not for them, our wedding would have been 30x more stressful. We absolutely cannot recommend Kimberly's Ever After Planning enough for planning and coordination services!”

“I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. “We booked the wedding day management service with Love and Life Events for our recent wedding and had an amazing experience! We had a backyard wedding so we knew we needed extra help with all the moving parts to avoid being overwhelmed on our wedding day. We worked with Giselle and she was so kind and such a pleasure to work with! She was super easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions we had. We felt that the team genuinely cared and was willing to step in anywhere needed to ensure we had a memorable day which helped put us at ease. “I was so lucky to meet Joey at one of the bridal expos. Out of all the vendors we met that day, she stood out the most—she was so genuine, and it was clear she’s truly passionate about what she does. At the time, I was already more than halfway through my wedding planning, and I honestly wish I had met her earlier. She’s a one-stop shop and offers such a wide range of services!
