Couples choose their own caterer and vendors. Music ends at 9:45 PM. Summer weddings have 120 onsite parking spaces, with no street parking. Weekday weddings are $6,000; May and October weekends are $10,000; June through September weekends are $15,000. Nearby homes are available for $3,500 for three nights each.
