In the months leading up to the wedding, we had the pleasure of working with Diana, who is an absolute gem. She’s professional, responsive, and pays close attention to every detail. She truly understood how important this day was for us and made sure we felt calm and confident at every step. Diana reassured us that everything would run smoothly, and it absolutely did—her organization and experience made the planning process seamless and enjoyable. In the final days before the wedding, Brianna also stepped in and was incredibly helpful with a few last-minute changes that, admittedly, felt quite stressful for me. But she handled everything with such ease and positivity, and her reassurance meant so much. Thanks to her support, everything fell into place perfectly. On the day of the wedding, we were lucky enough to be taken care of by Terrance, who we had heard amazing things about—and now we completely understand why. From the second we arrived at Stonebridge after our offsite ceremony, Terrance made sure we were comfortable and that our families were well taken care of. He kept us hydrated, made sure we tasted all of our cocktail hour and dinner selections, and was constantly one step ahead of our needs. One of the most memorable moments of the night was when Terrance ran onto the dance floor with a cold towel and wrapped it around my husband’s head to cool him down. That kind of attentiveness and care is something we’ll never forget. He is truly exceptional! Aside from the incredible service, the venue itself is absolutely stunning. The ballroom features two full walls of floor-to-ceiling windows, giving the room a bright, open feel that made for a beautiful atmosphere all night long. It felt elegant, inviting, and unlike any traditional catering hall. And the food—our guests can’t stop raving about it. From cocktail hour to dinner, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. If you’re still deciding on a venue, I highly recommend taking the time to visit Stonebridge and meet their team. You’ll be in the best hands, and your wedding day will be everything you dreamed of and more.
