David, Pierce, and the *entire* Red Table staff were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. They were professional, detail-oriented, and so so kind. As NYC residents who love to eat, our bar for a caterer was high. We wanted food to be the centerpiece of our wedding and leave our guests with something delicious to talk about. Our tasting blew us away, and things only continued to get better throughout the entire planning process and even through the execution of our big day. Pierce was completely on top of rental details for us, making suggestions and offering his professional opinion as needed, and on our wedding day each and every staff member was so accommodating and flexible (it rained toward the end of our event, derailing our original plan to have cake passed at outdoor tables, but they pivoted and nobody would have been the wiser). We truly cannot thank the Red Table team enough for making our wedding better than we could have hoped. Our guests were absolutely amazed with the food, and so were we

Red Table catered my wedding in April at a loft space in Flatiron, NYC and I can't say enough good things about them. Pierce, our catering coordinator from Red table is an absolute rockstar. We had a cocktail style wedding and I was nervous about space and making people comfortable and he was so sure that he had it under control, and he was right. SO MANY guests remarked about how friendly the servers were. We flipped the room midway between ceremony and reception and they didn’t so fast, no one even noticed it happened. The bartenders were real bartenders who moved fast and made good drinks. Also, the bar display was *chefs kiss* Wedding food is notoriously underwhelming, but not ours. Everyone RAVED about the apps, the stations, the service!!! The food was so plentiful there was never an opportunity to go hungry. The lambchops were a standout passed app. Everything was presented beautifully. 10/10!!!!

Best caterer hands down. Food is delicious. Owner and his staff are friendly and professional. They did my birthday party and my guests were blown away!
