Concert Sound Systems

Five stars for Concert Sound Systems! We used them for the first time for our Rotary District 6440 District Conference at the Westin Hotel in Itasca, and we could not have been more pleased. From the initial inquiry through the completion of the conference, the experience was seamless. Booking was easy, responses were prompt and thorough, and their team stayed connected with us throughout the planning process. Their consistent communication and attention to detail gave us tremendous confidence as the event came together. The entire staff delivered exceptional personal service, with special recognition to Tyler. His responsiveness, care, and commitment to understanding our needs made him a wonderful partner. We felt supported every step of the way. Concert Sound Systems helped make a busy conference feel manageable and well coordinated. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, attentive team that truly cares about the success of their event. Thank you, Tyler and the entire staff, for an outstanding experience!

From start to finish, both Tyler and Mike were super professionals, on time, attentive and also had to brave a thunderstorm while packing up their equipment and they did so without a frown. Additionally, a last-minute request for a podium was fulfilled without a fuss and they quoted very reasonable pricing across the board. Thanks again Tyler and Mike!

We recently contracted with Concert Sound Systems for our wedding. Working with Tyler and the team was extremely easy and seamless. In fact, during the wedding, when the DJ was having difficulty setting up a piece of equipment, Tyler came back out after having dropped off and set up the PA system to include one other piece of hardware at no extra cost. The event went off without a hitch, everyone had a great time, and I attribute a good portion of the night's success to Tyler and the team's willingness to help us out and make sure we were completely set up. Thanks again to the Concert Sound Systems team!!

Mike Patrick is my go-to sound designer for all theatrical and concert needs. He is extremely knowledgable and knows how to create an authentic, well balanced, and nuanced sonic experience for the audience regardless of genre or style of score. I have done orchestral concerts, rock and pop based musicals, and golden era shows with full orchestra with Mike and he is always able to capture and reinforce exactly what I'm looking for. You can always hear the vocalists with the orchestra and as a trained musician, he knows what conductors and music directors are looking for. Concert Sound Systems has a huge inventory of equipment for both audio and video capabilities and I can't recommend them enough!

Concert Sound Systems delivered an outstanding experience for our production of *The Addams Family Young@Part* at Daniel Wright Junior High School. Their expertise in technical direction, lighting, and sound truly elevated the entire show. Mike and Tyler were exceptional collaborators—professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the process. What stood out most was their commitment to working with our students. They didn’t just run the tech—they took the time to train our students on lighting cues and sound boards, empowering them with real-world skills and confidence behind the scenes. Their attention to detail and dedication made a huge difference in the success of our production. I would highly recommend Concert Sound Systems to any school or organization looking for top-tier technical support and a team that genuinely invests in students. Our team looks forward to utilizing them for future productions!
