Black Creek Events is a husband-and-wife wedding team serving Northeast Florida. We help couples enjoy their wedding day without having to manage every detail themselves. Our services include wedding day management, styling and setup, décor support, and custom artificial florals. We love bringing the pieces together, keeping things organized, and making sure each celebration feels intentional, personal, and true to the couple.

What sets Black Creek Events apart is our hands-on, husband-and-wife approach. Couples get two people working together to keep the day organized, styled, and moving smoothly. We combine wedding day management with setup, décor support, and access to our rental inventory, giving couples practical help beyond just a timeline. Our goal is to be the team quietly handling the details so our couples can stay present and actually enjoy their wedding day.

Black Creek Events steps in 4–6 weeks before your wedding to take over the final details, vendor communication, timeline, rehearsal coordination, and wedding-day management. On the day, we keep everything moving, handle questions and problems behind the scenes, cue the ceremony and reception, and help ensure setup and details are exactly where they need to be.

Black Creek Events helps bring your wedding vision to life through styling, setup, and thoughtful décor placement. We work with your chosen colors, inspiration, and personal details to create a cohesive look, then handle setup so everything is ready before your celebration begins. Décor from our existing inventory may also be incorporated based on availability.

We typically step in 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding to review the details you have already planned, build and manage the timeline, communicate with vendors, coordinate ceremony and reception flow, oversee setup, and handle the behind-the-scenes problems that pop up so you do not have to.
Yes! We offer styling and setup and have a growing inventory of décor including vases, flameless candles, table numbers, easels, greenery and more. We can also create custom artificial florals. Specialty or newly purchased items may be added separately depending on your vision.
Absolutely. Travel within 30 minutes is included with our packages. We are also happy to travel farther throughout Northeast and North Central Florida, including Gainesville and Ocala. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the location.
Once we confirm your date and the package that fits your wedding, a 30% retainer reserves your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the wedding. We only accept one wedding per day so your event has our full attention.
