    Best in the Biz — Can’t Recommend Highly Enough

    From our first meeting with Samantha and Katie at COVEN, we felt such relief that our event was going to be in good hands with them. Over the months we worked together, it really felt like a friendship and we genuinely looked forward to our planning meetings with them. They guided us through every detail of our wedding with thoughtful suggestions that never felt pushy, and their willingness to be flexible worked perfectly with our admittedly very difficult schedules. Their meticulous attention to design and constant ear for listening to what we truly wanted made the run up to our day feel genuinely personal and stress-free. On the day of our wedding, they orchestrated everything so seamlessly behind the scenes that it honestly felt like there were a hundred of them running around taking care of everything. In reality it was just a testament to both their thoughtful hard work and obvious enthusiasm for the work that they do. We cannot recommend the coven team highly enough; they're fantastic and we will be telling everyone we know about them. If you want to throw someone else’s wedding/party and have to fuss over details all along the way then go with a different planner. If you want a fun, stress-free experience planning an event that’s perfect for you, please book with coven. You absolutely won’t regret it.     Beyond Our Expectations

    If you’re debating whether to hire Coven Events, do it. They were hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, having a team of three coordinators made such a huge difference, especially since we had a Catholic church ceremony with a gap before the reception. They attended our rehearsal, were incredibly organized, and were genuinely some of the sweetest people to work with. My entire family loved them. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, they completely took the stress off my shoulders. They took over communication with all of our vendors, finalized the timeline, and even handled all of the final vendor payments on the wedding day so I didn’t have to think about a single thing. They truly went above and beyond. They picked up my two dogs from our apartment, brought them to the church for photos, and then safely brought them back home afterward. They made sure every single DIY detail I had spent months putting together was perfectly set up at the reception. They worked so seamlessly with every vendor that you would’ve thought they had all been working together for years. What I appreciated most was that they handled every little task behind the scenes so my family could actually enjoy the day instead of working. At the end of the night, they helped organize and pack everything up, allowing me to spend those last few special moments with my guests instead of worrying about cleanup. One of the sweetest surprises was when they gifted us a little photo album filled with Polaroids from throughout the day. Since we’re still waiting for our professional photos, being able to relive our wedding immediately through those pictures meant so much to us. It was such a thoughtful, personal touch that I’ll never forget. I can honestly say our wedding would not have been the same without Coven Events. They are single-handedly the reason our day ran so smoothly and was such a success. I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment because I knew they had everything under control. I cannot recommend them enough. They are truly amazing at what they do and some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet.

    I *enjoyed* myself because of Coven!!

    Coven Events handled my bridal events and introduced me to a whole new level of being detail oriented! From the smallest decor touches to the overarching event flow, these ladies brought a special touch that made all the difference. The Coven team worked invisibly behind the scenes to make sure everything was 100% perfect, so I had the luxury of just being focused on enjoying myself and making memories with loved ones. To protect the integrity of our planning process and the time dedicated to your production, our initial retainer is non-refundable. Should your plans change, we offer a tiered cancellation schedule and rescheduling options to ensure the best possible transition of services. Detailed terms are provided within our Service Agreement.
While a venue coordinator oversees the building’s staff and logistics (like catering and facility rules), COVEN oversees your vision. We manage the entire creative team, advocate for your specific design, and own the comprehensive timeline from start to finish. We are your dedicated partners; the venue coordinator is a partner to the venue.
Absolutely. Our team is well-versed in Bespoke Production Touchpoints. We are happy to add creative curation and assembly hours to any package to help ideate, source, and handy-style those unique elements that make an event memorable.
Yes, For all event types, we oversee the final run-through to ensure the team and key participants are comfortable with the flow and transitions of the upcoming production.
Our base rates reflect the standard scope of our tiers. Factors that may adjust the final quote include extensive travel (beyond 50 miles), the complexity of logistical “build-outs” (such as a fully DIY venue), and the scale of the guest list.
We act as true partners in the planning process. While communication is ongoing, our structure meeting schedule is guided by your selected package: “Day of” Execution - Initial Onboarding, 8 Weeks pre-event, In person venue walkthrough*, and final meeting 1-2 weeks pre-event Planning & Production/Signature Package - Initial Meeting, Contract sign until two months out is monthly, 2 months out biweekly meetings, and in person venue walkthrough*
