What started as a passion for creating beautiful celebrations has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of. I have been planning and coordinating events for 12 years, and in 2018, I officially turned that passion into my own business, K&L Events. I’ve had the incredible opportunity to be part of so many important moments in people’s lives. For me, event planning has never been just about putting together a pretty table or making sure everything looks good in photos. It’s about creating an experience and helping people celebrate the moments that matter most.

We take pride in curating the detail of your event, and we love doing it! Our team is your team now, and there will always be someone available to help you make a decision, walk through a design choice, or help calm your big day jitters.     Thanks to Erica, a Dream Wedding comes true!

    I'm the father of a bride who had her wedding in August of this year. She had originally planned her wedding by herself. When her venue abruptly went out of business 6 months prior to her wedding date, her life was thrown into chaos. My wife and I had recently retired so we offered to hire her a wedding planner and it was the best decision we made. I quickly did some research to find the best wedding planners. I called venues and asked for their top three list, then read through lots of reviews. The same 5-6 names kept showing up so I called them all and quickly narrowed it down to 3. Erica was our top choice and we were so lucky that she was willing to go out of her way to work with my daughter on such short notice. She quickly jumped into action and called my daughter (who was understandably upset) and was so kind and supportive of her. She first helped her secure a great venue. Unfortunately the original date had to be changed and Erica worked with my daughter to rearrange vendors and reorganize what had to be done. Incidentally we had just attended two weddings prior to our daughters so we were able to watch their wedding planners in action. As the day of the wedding arrived, it was obvious that Erica was so much more polished, professional, and prepared than these other planners. When we arrived at the venue, it was clear that they were behind schedule. Erica immediately took charge and lit a fire under them so things got whipped into shape. But she did it in such a way that created calm out of chaos and didn't distract from the specialness of the day. Through out the rest of the day and evening, she was always there when you needed her and her attention to detail was amazing. The venue itself was multi level. She could have easily coasted after a while but I observed Erica moving decorations and flowers from the upper floors to the lower floors just to make them look more festive. When midnight hit and we went to clean up, Erica had already arranged the flowers, vases and decorations in boxes, so most of the hard work was already done. Erica is a consummate professional and a tireless worker. Even more importantly she is kind and supportive and really cares about making the day special. Thanks to her my daughter was able to have her dream wedding and we can't thank her enough!

    K&L gets it done!!

    Working with K&L Events & Decor was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Erica was fantastic to work with from start to finish—she stayed in touch, answered questions quickly, and always knew what was happening with our plans. Her suggestions really helped us shape our vision, and on the day of the wedding, she made sure every decoration was perfect and kept everything on schedule even when a few small issues popped up. We have so much respect for what wedding coordinators do; the amount of work behind the scenes is honestly incredible. K&L's team made our day special and stress-free, and we felt like they truly cared about making it perfect.

    Erica planned our wedding beautifully!

    My wife and I reached out to Erica to plan our wedding at a botanical garden, and she was absolutely vital to ensuring the day and everything leading up to it went as planned. She gave us a detailed timeline of what needed to be done and when leading up to the ceremony, and helped with vendor recommendations when we were stumped or when last minute changes had to be made. Erica was professional, calm, and absolutely amazing the day of to keep things running. As a queer couple, Erica was inclusive and wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend her!

    Jillian was AMAZING!!

    I can't say enough good things about KNL and especially Jillian. From the very start of planning, she was incredibly helpful with every question I had, always responded quickly, and was so kind throughout the entire process. She led an amazing rehearsal walkthrough that made everyone feel prepared and confident. On the wedding day, she truly took care of everything. She set up the tables, put all the details together, and made sure every vendor showed up and did exactly what they were supposed to. She checked on me often, which meant so much. Somehow she kept everything running right on my timeline, which honestly felt like a miracle! She helped with so much cleanup and transition items in my wedding. She was such a hard worker! Because of Jillian, my family didn't have to step in or worry about a thing. They got to simply enjoy the day with me. I highly recommend Jillian at KNL Events to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator. It was a seamless and truly wonderful experience!

Yes we charge a percentage of the package price at booking to secure your date and coordinator
K&L has been in buisness for 7 years but I have been a planner in the industry for 12 years
In person depends on the Package you book anywhere from 3 hours to 6 Hours. Plus the phone calls/zoom chats which is an additional 2-6hours dependent the Package you book.
Each coordinator has 1 wedding per weekend on most weekends. On occasions they may have 2 events in a weekend but never more than 1 per day. Each couple has their coordinator for their entire event.
