Valentina has that rare combination of being incredibly capable and incredibly human. From the beginning, we felt that she understood not only what we wanted our wedding to look like, but how we wanted the whole experience to feel for us and for our guests. She is organized, fast, resourceful, and always several steps ahead. There was never a moment when we felt lost in the process or unsure of what was happening. She explained things clearly, gave us honest advice, handled difficult conversations when needed, and somehow made complicated decisions feel manageable. But what made working with her so special was everything beyond the planning itself. She is warm, funny, direct, and genuinely enjoyable to be around. We laughed constantly. Even during stressful moments, she had a way of keeping the atmosphere light without ever losing control of what needed to happen. By the time the wedding arrived, she felt less like someone we had hired and more like someone we completely trusted to protect the day for us. She is exceptionally good at what she does, but she also brings heart, personality, and a real sense of care to the entire experience. We would choose her again without hesitation.

The best choice you could ever make

I can't recommend Valentina enough. We found her almost by accident, though I've come to believe accidents don't really exist, and she turned out to be the best discovery we could have made. What struck us right away was how clearly and confidently she laid out the way we would work together. We had our hearts set on Tuscany at first, but once we saw her work, the feeling of Lake Maggiore pulled us in completely, and I still don't have the words for what we lived that day. Our guests came from everywhere. I'm American, my husband is Argentine, my mom lives in Costa Rica, and his family is in Japan. It sounds like the setup to a joke, and somehow Valentina brought every one of them to the same place to share the most beautiful experience of our lives. She paid attention to everything. On the wedding day she thought of things we never would have imagined, and in every detail she kept the promise she made to us on our very first call. She made real what had only lived in our heads, and she went far beyond anything we expected. If you're even thinking about it, trust her. You won't regret it.

Words cannot describe the incredible experience that Valentina provided for us. She is the most dedicated and thoughtful wedding planner to ever exist. I found myself asking my fiance multiple times “do you think she has any other clients” because that is how dedicated of a wedding planner she is. Valentina went above and beyond to plan an incredible experience for my 120 person wedding in Stresa. Not only did she plan every event flawlessly (welcome drinks with 2 boats, rehearsal at a winery, wedding at Villa Muggia, cooking class the day after) she also helped us arrange private transfers for many of our guests and even made dinner reservations for us. Being from Chicago, I am used to wedding planners treating weddings as nothing more than a business. Valentina treated my wedding as if it were her own. At the end of the weekend, she planned the most beautiful and moving farewell surprise I could have ever imagined. Her entire team is just as dedicated and thoughtful as she is. She advocated for us with all of the vendors, ensuring that we were getting the best possible price at all times. Valentina is well connected, well organized, and well versed in communicating with Americans. She is one of the most responsive people I have ever met! I could go on and on but at the end of the day I gained not only a husband in Stresa, but a friend in Valentina as well.
