Your family was absolutely amazing, and the love between the two of you could be felt throughout the ceremony and carried right into the room for your celebration. Kaitlyn, after receiving your initial complaint, I responded & asked that you give me time to review your concerns, planning records, & speak with the staff & vendors who worked your wedding. During the following week, I continued receiving additional messages, allegations, & one-star reviews from you & family members. Each new allegation required additional review. I was not ignoring you; I was verifying the facts before responding. Since these allegations have now been made public, the factual record also deserves a response. Your final in-person planning/rehearsal meeting lasted approximately 2½ hours. We reviewed your timeline line by line, including ceremony, music, photography, flowers, reception & formalities. I again reviewed the ceremony with your wedding party on the wedding day, when you made additional changes that I hand-documented. A rehearsal was not refused. Your standard bridal-suite access was 10:00 a.m.; at your request, we provided 9:00 a.m. access. Your independently contracted hair/makeup professional was already inside & our team was in the building preparing the venue. Your 5:00 ceremony began approximately 20 minutes late while the wedding party was still preparing to depart. You were not rushed off the beach for another bride. Your ceremony and photography continued, and the following 6:00 wedding began on time. The ceremony DJ had been removed during budget reductions. Your three ceremony songs were provided as one continuous track despite my recommendation that they be separated for processional timing. Music played during the bridesmaids' processional & continued through your entrance. Your $300 bouquet was not reduced because of budget cuts. Your written floral selections included sunflower, pink, coral, butter yellow, orange & hot-pink roses. We specifically reviewed those colors during our final meeting, at which point the flowers had already been delivered. You are entitled not to have liked your bouquet, but it was not downgraded because of your budget. Your photography had been reduced from four hours to three during budget reductions; however, I personally paid Ashley for the fourth hour anyway. Your final timeline states 4:00–8:00 p.m., and Ashley stayed the fourth hour. I also provided Amber Lee as a second photographer at no charge. Your outside cake was accommodated at no additional charge. Once we learned it was considerably more elaborate than originally described, we rearranged refrigeration already allocated for Sun. wedding specifically to accommodate your cake. Every item selected on your final dinner menu was served. The buffet remained available beyond the first serving. The contracted ice cream service was provided & began slightly early; guests were served, the DJ announced it. The bar did not close at 9:00. Last call occurred at approximately 9:10, service continued until approximately 9:20, & the contracted reception ended at 9:30. You and Brandon remained in the building until approximately 10:00. We also cannot substantiate that our staff threw away your dress bag, veil bag or dress form or damaged your extensions. We do not know who packed those items & will not accuse someone without evidence. I personally observed your extensions present while you were going through your belongings at the end of the evening. Your wedding was not treated as less important because other weddings were scheduled that day. I personally coordinated your ceremony, our reception team coordinated your reception, & I returned upstairs to close out your evening. I also personally observed Brandon thank and tip members of our team and thank me for what we had done. You are entitled to your feelings about your wedding. However, several factual allegations in this review are inconsistent with the written planning record & first accounts of those who provided the services. We have thoroughly reviewed these matters, provided a comprehensive private response, and consider our response to these allegation
