“We first met Island Creek Events at a bridal expo in Queenstown, and from that moment, we knew we were in good hands. After an initial Zoom call where they explained everything they offer, how the process would work with a day-of coordinator, and broke down all the pricing, we felt confident moving forward—and we’re so glad we did. We had Naomi as our day-of planner, and she was absolutely amazing. We truly could not have asked for a better person to help guide us through the final stretch leading up to our wedding on August 2nd. From the start, she made everything feel manageable. We Zoomed once a week to stay on track, and she walked us through what needed to be done on our end vs. what she would handle. She answered every question (big or small) and was always willing to schedule extra meetings if we needed them. Naomi was there for our dress rehearsal the night before and stayed with us all day on the wedding day. She took care of setup, made sure every guest got the right meal, and kept everything running smoothly—so much so that if any issues came up, we never even knew. She handled everything with such grace and calm, and because of her, we were able to truly enjoy our day without stress. Naomi was a total lifesaver, and we’re endlessly grateful for her dedication, professionalism, and care. Kellie came into the picture when I booked with DJ Signature and added on a wedding coordinator. I knew from our first zoom meeting with her and Brandon that she was the perfect match for me! I am not always the easiest to work with and a massive control freak but Kellie made giving that control over a breeze. I would email her throughout the year with little things I needed advice or help with and she would as there every step of the way. As we got closer to the wedding we had multiple 1 hour video sessions where she saw every side of me and helped keep my mind at ease. Every concern or worry I had she took the time to listen and make sure we had a plan for whatever happened. I always looked forward to our meetings as it was like two friends getting to catch up and share jokes. Part of her set up is a weekend wedding guide and seating chart. I cannot tell you how many times I changed things in this guide but Kellie never complained and always made updates in a timely manner. Not to mention she reached out to all my vendors and the owners of venue to communicate everything from contracts to arrival times. That alone lifted a huge weight off my shoulders as my anxiety started to go crazy in crunch time but Kellie made sure everything was squared away. The day before the wedding Kellie came to the venue and within 2 hours we had all the tables and decor done. We walked through the venue and made sure everything was taken care of and ready to go. We went through our rehearsal and she made it feel flawless. She had everyone in line and ready to walk at the correct times. On our actual wedding day we had Kellie and Abbie there to answer all the questions. When I say this was a BLESSING I 100% mean it. I was so overstimulated and anxious while trying to make sure things were ready to go that when someone would yell for me or ask questions, I would literally just yell for one of them and they would take care of whatever was being asked about. They both made sure when I asked for private time I was able to escape and had snacks and water. When it was time to clean up and go, Kellie literally shooed us out and said they got the clean up taken care of. Honestly, it was hard to say goodbye and there will never be enough words to thank her for making our wedding an absolute dream. She was able to source everything that we needed, with a mix of cost-effective party elements and high-end party elements where it counted. She also is an extremely talented floral designer, so it was nice to not have to outsource another vendor for that. The day of, she was at the venue early to make sure everything was set-up perfectly, then broke down/cleaned up everything when we were done with the luncheon. Overall, she took a huge load off my shoulders when it came to everything that needed to be sourced and set-up for this event - I was very much able to enjoy the party and be a proper host, and didn't have to spend my nights and weekends with coordination leading up to the event.”

“Katie and her team were amazing to work with! We had rented out a large vacation house as our venue, so we had to bring in everything ourselves as far as setting up tables/chairs, linens, decor, etc. Not only did Katie deliver on this and make sure everything I imagined in my head came to life, but her calming presence always made me feel like no matter what, everything was going to be ok and get done. “I have received over 1,000 images/videos in content, and still have even more coming! What’s crazy is half the time, we didn’t notice Katelyn there, but she still somehow captured every moment! I love that she wasn’t in our faces or constantly bothering us for photos/videos. This way, we were able to enjoy every aspect of our day! Katelyn truly embodied what being “behind the scenes” means! She was also always there when someone did want to ask for a photo, and always obliged, even when my mom was constantly asking her LOL. We got our raw footage back within 48 hours, and most of it after less than 24 hours. We are so grateful for Katelyn capturing all of our special moments!”

“Working with Dana and her team at Thyme & Details was such a relief from start to finish. We hired Thyme & Details late in the game for our wedding- about 4 months out when we realized we couldn't pull off the wedding we wanted by ourselves. She responded to every question right away and gave us thoughtful answers that showed they really understood what we wanted for our day. Her vendor recommendations are top notch and her relationships with vendors around the city made the booking processes much quicker and often more affordable. What impressed us most was how organized everything was behind the scenes. Dana & team solved every problem so quickly that we didn't even realize anything had gone wrong.
