The Veranda seats 150 for dinner under soaring wooden ceilings, open along one side to the Courtyard and Lawn. A long meal can drift outside and back without anyone deciding to. It sits alongside the Gallerie, making 2,850 square feet when you want one room for everything.

Twelve hundred square feet of poured concrete and salvaged steel, with the Italian leather-tiled bar running along one wall. It can host a seated dinner, a ceremony when the weather turns, and hours of dancing.

Weather permitting, the Courtyard and Lawn do it all. A ceremony against the black barn under open sky, cocktail hour straight off the Veranda, and dancing as the evening turns into night. Stone underfoot and grass beyond, just steps from everything else.

The Potter's House is an 1880s country house, newly restored with the same care as the rest of the property. Four bedrooms sleep up to ten, with two bathrooms and a clawfoot tub made for slowing down. It is steps from the venue, so the wedding party gets ready here, the rehearsal dinner can start here, and nobody has to drive anywhere at the end of the night.

Hartlot Happening is a 19th-century property restored over more than a decade by two makers. Slipform concrete, salvaged steel, and Italian leather, with the Gallerie, Veranda, Courtyard and Lawn, and the Potter's House steps away. Every space is yours for the weekend.
