    An Unforgettable Rehearsal Dinner on the Water

    We couldn't have asked for a better venue than the Schooner Liberty Clipper. From start to finish, the team was helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind—they made us feel taken care of every step of the way. They went out of their way to accommodate our older guests, helped us create a special cocktail, and even provided a quiet space for us to get ready before the big moment. The boat itself was absolutely gorgeous and looked exactly as described online. Our guests couldn't stop taking photos because the backdrop was just phenomenal, and honestly, it's such a unique experience being out on the water that everyone was talking about it for weeks after. We'd recommend the Schooner Liberty Clipper to any couple looking for something truly special.

    WOW! I am so grateful to the owner of The Spice & Tea Exchange. He told me about the Liberty Clipper, and I knew it would be the perfect surprise for my husband's birthday celebration. We couldn't have had better weather for our sunset cruise! And the sunset did NOT disappoint! Just when we thought we'd captured the perfect sunrise, mother Earth outdid herself. Hubby even helped raise the sails. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. And the ship is absolutely gorgeous!!! They mentioned Port Jefferson could become their ongoing summer spot. I hope so! I'd gladly do this cruise again and highly recommend it! They even keep blankets (should you get chilly as the sun goes down). I'd give this experience 10 stars if I could! <3

    A group of 8 of us went out on the sunset cruise on 8/23. It was an awesome experience. The crew was the highlight of the whole night - they made the cruise interactive, would answer any questions about the boat and sailing you could come up with, and were always enthusiastic to talk about it. The bar is always a plus. Highly recommend for anyone looking to do something different during the summer months!

    We had a great time on the sunset cruise with the Liberty Clipper. All the crew as so welcoming and helpful. They really help make the experience the best. Highly recommend this trip!! We look forward to them staying in Port Jefferson!!

We don't sail in January, February, March, April, and December
No all alcohol consumed onboard must be served by our crew.
Harborfront park has on-site parking, and Danfords Hotel and Marina also has plenty of parking nearby with a valet option.
Unfortunately not - due to operational constraints in boarding passengers we are not wheelchair accessible. To board the vessel guests must walk down a ramp and up 3 stairs to step onto the boat. Our crew are always there to board guests safely onto the boat and will make sure anyone with walkers, or those who need assistance are helped onboard.
Our starting rate is a 2 hour sail, with an extra 15 minutes at the beginning and end to board guests.
No, our venue is fully insured.
