The Harbor Room can open onto our beautiful Sun Deck for direct access to its lively outdoor area. This venue perfectly marries indoor sophistication with outdoor grace, accommodating up to 350 guests for a seated dinner or 500 for a standing reception.

Situated on the hotel's second floor, this 900-square-foot indoor venue offers versatility for pre-function events, rehearsal dinners, cocktail hours, and more, accommodating 40 guests seated or 70 standing. An intimate space, it boasts floor-to-ceiling windows for abundant natural light and opens onto the Sun Deck.

Lined with greenery and overlooking The Pool, The Sun Deck is nuzzled on the second floor of the hotel, right off from the Harbor & McGuire Rooms. Throughout the day welcoming natural sunlight, and moonlight by night, this outdoor space is the perfect add on to your event to give guests some fresh air under the sun or stars.

The Rooftop is perched at the apex of the hotel on the 6th floor and accessible by four elevators, easily transporting up to 350 guests for cocktail receptions overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Jamaica Bay, Brooklyn, and Manhattan Skylines. The indoor bar area is haloed by beautiful natural skylight. The Rooftop sets quite the scene. Here, crafted cocktails and gourmet bites enhance the altitude and attitude. With its inherent cool factor, The Rooftop ensures exclusivity and sophistication.

A private outdoor area of the Southern rooftop, the Ocean Terrace offers uninterrupted views of the Atlantic ocean above the coastal bungalows below. This space can flex to hold a multitude of types of events ranging from cocktail hours, seated dinners, and more.
