I have been planning events for the last 20 years, on the side. I have always loved hosting people, and I've done a few bridal and baby showers. At my previous job, I helped plan several employee luncheons and holiday parties, with about 100-150 employees attending. I even led the planning a few times. In the summers of 2021 and 2022, I became an on-site wedding coordinator for a local venue, with 5 weddings each summer. In 2023, I coordinated 11 weddings, and in 2024, I coordinated and planned 17 weddings. I'm halfway booked up for 2025!

“Paige was an incredible (or dare I say, perfect) wedding coordinator for our August 2026 wedding at Rocky Hill Events in White Salmon. From our very first call, we connected with Paige due to her warmth, confidence, experience, and passion for working with couples to execute their dream wedding days. Throughout our year and a half engagement, Paige was kind, caring, organized, and supportive. In the month leading up to our wedding, she was punctual and on top of every call and was always quick to respond to any questions or requests. We had a few small hiccups at our wedding that Paige was able to help remedy. She was compassionate when my mom received an unexpected breast cancer diagnosis, offering ideas of ways to support her on the big day. She also helped workshop solutions to small family and friend dynamic problems we encountered along the way, always centering us as the couple in her work. She also brought along a wedding day assistant, Jillian, who was wonderful as well! Paige is more than just a coordinator, she truly becomes your friend in the process, which is exactly what we were hoping for. While we unfortunately will only have one wedding day, we’d hire Paige and Silver and Sunlight Events a hundred times again if we could. We highly recommend other Oregon or Southwest Washington couples do the same. ️”

“Olivia is worth her weight in gold! My partner and I got married at the end of June and had a wonderful wedding thanks to Olivia and her care, enthusiasm, patience, and attention to detail. Wedding planning is not for the faint of heart and early on in the wedding planning process my partner and I realized we were way in over our heads and needed help. I stumbled across Olivia’s day of coordination services, Round Pearl Events. She was happy to answer our questions before we even officially booked with her. Throughout the next ten months, we met with Olivia for our formal meetings, but she was also so responsive via email and text to any questions we had. She was very patient and compassionate in helping us navigate some tricky family situations and provided insights into making our vision of the day really come true.Olivia helped us coordinate challenges that we weren’t expecting, like how to plan childcare for all of the nieces and nephews we were excited to have on our special day. “When I was a teenager, I spent hours talking about and planning my dream wedding. Unfortunately, I didn’t keep that energy rolling into my 20s. When my fiancé and I finally got engaged, I checked my old Pinterest board and found nothing but tacky, out of date, “a teenager definitely planned this in 2010” ideas. “Hiring Ashley at Rose Event Co as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. I thought I was going to be able to manage planning our entire wedding myself, but as the day crept closer and closer, I realized that I was definitely going to need a hand. We spoke with a dozen different coordinators, and Ashley just stood out SO strongly amongst the rest. To put it as simply as possible, she saw our vision, she understood it, she stood in and shared in it with us. She knew exactly how to support us in making it happen, and she was easily able to make us feel that. We initially had concerns about her being located so far away from us (we're in Oakland, CA), but she put those concerns to rest so quickly! Throughout my months of planning after hiring Ashley, she was always there to answer my questions, and provide support and reassurance in all of the little things that I just wasn't sure how to handle myself, and she did so with such grace, patience, and an air of calm that was so extremely helpful and reassuring. When the month of our wedding arrived, Ashley quickly got to work on communicating with and organizing all of our vendors and laying out the structure for the day. She traveled to Monte Rio to be with us the day before our big day, walked us through the ceremony, went over all of the details, and left us so confident and comfortable in her extremely capable hands. The day of the wedding, Ashley handled EVERYTHING and EVERYONE with such care and tranquility. All of our wedding vendors absolutely loved her, and we never stopped hearing about how great she was to work with! Ashley is an absolute BOSS in all of the best ways that you can imagine! She is supportive, encouraging, communicative, active, helpful, caring, the list just goes on and on. She wants you to succeed, and you can FEEL it. She remembered and double checked on all of the little details, before, during, and after our wedding, and words simply cannot express our gratitude. She did so many things automatically, that I hadn't even thought to discuss with her, but was so grateful that we had her there to do. Thank you Ashley!! She did so many little things that I didn't even realize until I started looking through all of our photos, and noticed that they had all been done. On top of all of that, she basically packed up the entirety of our decor with the assistance of her extremely helpful husband, which was such a huge relief for us and for our wedding party who had put so much into the day. So many coordinators that we had talked to before Ashley had a big list of things that they would NOT do, but not Ashley. HUGE bonus, she brought along her Super 8 camera, and we CANNOT WAIT to see the footage!! “Kaila is really great! We hired her as our day-of coordinator for our recent micro wedding and it was absolutely one of the best decisions we made. She was able to advise us on the event timeline, toast procedure, etc. in the months leading up to the big day, which was incredibly helpful since we'd never done this before. She also attended our rehearsal and helped make sure everything ran smoothly and everyone knew the plan. She was great at collaborating with our officiant during this process as well. But it was the day of the event when she really shined. As the bride, I didn't want to have to think about any logistics at the venue while I was getting ready and with Kaila, I didn't have to! She sent me one quick question via text that morning that I was glad to weigh in and otherwise, she totally took care of the rest. The venue looked amazing, everything ran like clockwork, and she made sure to keep us in the loop when (and only when) it was necessary. She even brought us some appetizers to snack on while we were waiting on a vendor to arrive to bustle my dress so that we didn't miss out on our own food! If you're looking for a great partner to provide just that little extra coordination the day of your event, I highly recommend Kaila!”

“Rattan Events made our special day absolutely perfect. From the beginning, Miranda’s communication was consistently encouraging and honest, putting us at ease throughout the entire planning process. Her dedication and professionalism were evident in every aspect of her work - she truly was our rock and a miracle worker. When a calamity broke out in the kitchen, she and her assistant made sure it didn't ruin our enjoyment of the reception. Throughout the day, they were able to make smaller decisions for us while we enjoyed getting ready with our loved ones. Their prep work communicating with us allowed them to make choices that aligned perfectly with what was important to us. Miranda and Tyler completely transformed our wedding day from a that could have been a terrible stressful affair to the most delightful, perfect, joyful celebration we could have imagined. I was in tears the next day with gratitude. We are so grateful for their incredible service.”

“Mailee is AMAZING! I had the joy of working alongside her at a wedding in October 2024. She is so organized, and did a great job managing all of the busy pieces of a wedding day with grace and a calm demeanor. (The wedding turned out amazing!) I've worked about 100 weddings during the last few years, and have had the opportunity to work alongside many different vendors. Mailee's work truly stands out! “Would give higher than 5 stars if we could! We worked with McKenzie at TIB and we could not have had a more seamless and wonderful experience. McKenzie took over all of the small details leading up to and including the big day, and most importantly, allowed us to actually live in the moment during our wedding. During the wedding itself, McKenzie was somehow simultaneously out of sight and everywhere we needed her to be. It was the most magical and stress-free day and it was all because of her and her team. Communication was easy, ultra responsive, and constantly reassuring (which was SO needed!). We would recommend TIB to anyone who is looking for their offered services. - Harry & Julie”

“I was the Mother of the Bride. We had the wedding at our house, and Jenny was absolutely fantastic. She took care of everything before the wedding with a couple of visits to the house and via calls and email. On the day of, Jenny took care of everything- it wasn't the smoothest day because we had rain (Oregon), but Jenny was flawless in handling it. She also recommended a wonderful waitstaff that I will definitely hire again. I highly recommend Jenny with Daisy May Events”

“The best thing I did for my wedding was hire Jodie and her team! We came from out of state to have our wedding in Oregon, and I truly don’t know how we would have managed without them. Jodie helped keep me sane! From the very beginning I felt like she really understood the vision for our special day and went above and beyond in more ways than one to make it come true. Sometimes it’s the little details that matter, and she thought of all of them. I was thoroughly impressed by her professionalism and ability to manage all the moving parts with such grace and poise. I hired Jodie under her Wedding Management package, so I did most of the planning myself; during my planning I was stressed about how certain things would get executed since our venue was an intimate “DIY” type, but Jodie was so reassuring and when it came down to the weeks leading up to our wedding, I was able to fully relax knowing that she would have everything under control. And on wedding day I was able to turn my brain off and just enjoy being a bride! I am so grateful for Jodie, Hannah, and Autumn for making our special day run so seamlessly and for being so kind and professional. They were such a joy to have around! “We absolutely loved having Kacie as our wedding coordinator and cannot recommend her enough! She was incredibly professional, organized, and on top of every detail throughout our entire wedding day. Everything stayed on schedule and everything went exactly as planned. Kacie worked incredibly hard and made our lives so much easier. We were pretty "low-maintenance" and were happy to delegate things to her, and she took care of everything, even little details like how we wanted the napkins folded. She took our decor from us in advance so we didn't have to worry about it on the day. Another small thing we appreciated was that she immediately brought plates of food from the buffet to the bride and groom so we could actually eat without having to think about it. At the end of the night, she carefully boxed up and labeled everything for us, did a full sweep of the venue, and even found items we had accidentally left behind. We had a Jewish wedding, and she draped the huppah fabric so it looked gorgeous and made sure the glass was in place and ready for us to break during the ceremony. Having a coordinator made a huge difference in our wedding experience. We didn't have one for our welcome party, and we regretted it. Kacie is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend hiring her! (We don't have professional photos back yet, but wanted to share these!)”

“Working with Sam at Bloom Events Portland was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From our first conversation, she was warm and professional and always made sure every detail was covered. Sam took some of the stress out of planning and let us actually enjoy the lead-up to our big day, then executed everything flawlessly on the day itself. Her attention to detail was unmatched and she cared about our vision as much as we did. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how wonderful she was, and we didn't have a single worry the entire time because Sam had it all handled. “If you have a vision you need made into reality, look no further than the amazing planner that is Gina! My husband and I had a very unique and specific vision for our wedding that was out of the ordinary and a challenge. It’s not very often you encounter a gothic wedding after all. After meeting with several planners, Gina stood out as the one that could realize what we had planned. Gina was incredibly organized, calming, and detail-oriented from start to finish. She coordinated with us and vendors flawlessly with ample communication and expert guidance. Through vendor troubles and venue changes, she made it all happen.
