From the beginning, Summer was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive, helpful, and always quick to answer our questions throughout the planning process.
Our photographer, Ash, was amazing. He was extremely professional, attentive, and so easy to work with. You can really see how devoted and passionate he is about his work and how much he cares about getting the perfect shots. He had great ideas throughout the day and made us feel completely taken care of. Even some of our friends noticed how great he was and commented on it afterward.
Our videographer, Randolph, was also amazing. His enthusiasm and positive energy made us feel so comfortable and confident in front of the camera. He was very attentive throughout the day, and we could tell he genuinely cared about capturing all the important moments.
The only thing I would recommend to future couples is that if you choose a specific photographer from their portfolio, ask Enchanted Celebrations to confirm that person’s availability before making your payment. We selected a photographer when we booked about eight months before our wedding, but around two weeks after booking, we were told that photographer wasn’t available. Their contract does state that if your selected photographer isn’t available, they can assign another photographer from those available, but I would have appreciated having the availability confirmed before we booked and paid.
That being said, we ended up being extremely happy with Ash and Randolph. They were both wonderful to work with and made us feel like we were in great hands on such an important day. We can’t wait to see everything they captured. Thank you to the entire Enchanted Celebrations team!
