“Kate was so wonderful to work with. She is thoughtful, creative, and experienced with a wide range of hair types. For my bridal hair, I wanted to incorporate a circlet/headpiece that my mom wore for her wedding. During our trial, Kate masterfully came up with several options for me to choose from— all were so beautiful that I had a hard time deciding until the day of the event! I also was on the fence about hiring a professional makeup artist, and Kate gave me a great referral to her colleague that I ultimately hired (Natural Looks by Victoria). The day of the wedding, Kate also did my mom’s hair, my sister’s, and the groom’s mom. One of them was a bit high maintenance/very concerned about her hair, and Kate handled her questions with grace and patience. She ultimately LOVED how Kate did her hair! Kate went above and beyond. My mom really wanted me to wear a veil (I did not), and she bought one ahead of time. My compromise was to wear it for a single photo— but only if it did not mess up my hairstyle. Kate offered to stay for the beginning of photos (we were doing them before the ceremony) so that she could place the veil and remove it properly. Thank you Kate!”

“Iga & the NVS Bridal were one of the first vendors I booked for my wedding. Her communication was prompt and informative. They were up front about pricing and since they have a huge team, able to book me right away! Carissa did my bridal hair and makeup. She talked me through every step of the trial and was able to recreate everything perfectly on the day of. I felt completely transformed and gorgeous. And a huge perk, my hair and makeup lasted all the way through the after party! Danielle & Carissa also took care of my bridesmaids & my mom and mother in law. I had multiple people at the event tell me the bridesmaids had the best hair anyone had ever seen at the wedding! “I came to your team 6 weeks out from my wedding after a bad experience at a previous hair and makeup trial with another vendor, feeling very sensitive and nervous about how hair and makeup with another team would go. After a perfect trial with Heather and Suzy, I was so relieved and confident about working with them on my wedding day. After the trial, I made a last minute change on my hairstyle for the wedding by deciding I wanted a flower crown, and took a leap of faith in hoping that Suzy would be able to help put it on me during a very tight window as a surprise for the ceremony. I mean it to my core when I say that I could not be more elated about how it all turned out. Suzy absolutely crushed it. Heather completely understood what I was asking for and flawlessly executed it. They both listened to my requests and feedback without judgement and did an amazing job. “Ne'Kea and the Art of Beauty team were impeccable. I needed someone who could do both makeup and hair, and my wedding party had a spectrum of races, skin tones and hair types. This was not a problem at all for Ne'Kea and her team. Contacting her was easy and her responsiveness was prompt and professional. She worked with me to schedule my trial, which could have been a challenge because I live in New York and the wedding was in Baltimore. We ended up doing the trial near me in New Jersey and it couldn't have been more convenient. “Eunice responded to my inquiry right away! She is easy to reach and inquire. Eunice serviced two my bridesmaids, sister in law and did hair for my three flower girls. I was very pleased with her work. Eunice stuck to our timeline, she started early! She came on time and worked right away! She made us look so beautiful and glamorous!! Eunice listened to our visions. Boy, did she listen!!! Hair and make up were all beautiful. I recommend Eunice for all hair and make up needs. “I had a great experience working either PriscillaM Beauty for my wedding. I had both my hair and makeup done as the bride and had my bridesmaids hair done and they did an absolutely fantastic job. My makeup stylist, Giselle, was incredible and make me feel so beautiful and listened to what I wanted from my makeup and made it happen. My hair stylists, Christina and Tiara and they did so wonderful. Christina even stayed late for me to take getting ready photos so she would be able to put my veil in and I felt so special. They were easy to schedule even though I hadn’t thought about hair and makeup until 3 months out and they worked with me on everything. I highly recommend trusting them with your big day - you’ll look back and love how you look.”

“I had an amazing experience with The Stylist Abroad! Ashley, the owner, was absolutely fantastic and was incredibly communicative for the entire process. She answered every single question right away, and gave so much insight! For the trial and on the day of my wedding, my girls and I worked with Kim (hair) and Jenna (makeup), and they were both amazing. So kind, so friendly, and clearly knowledgeable! I was deciding between two hairstyles, and Kim was happy to try both in my trial. I had a couple things I wanted to change with my makeup, and Jenna was more than happy to accommodate! I was incredibly pleased with both looks on my wedding day, and everyone looked incredible!! I was definitely very blessed with the weather on wedding day, so that also helps, but hair and makeup stayed in place fabulously! The cherry on top is that everyone was just so sweet and easy to talk to!! Made the start of the day so pleasant and relaxed, and it seems like all my girls had a great time, too! Would absolutely recommend!!”
