“I felt my head spinning the weeks leading up to the wedding. Luckily Jessica remained so calm and collected the entire time. She was reassuring, and followed up multiple times just to check in. She had a natural touch for decor that made my wedding visions come true. She was vocal when necessary (I can sometimes be looked over when trying to give instructions - but Jessica did the work for me). I was on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator because of our tight budget but I was advised more often than not that a DOC is NECESSARY. I'm so glad we went ahead with one because I felt like I relaxed the whole day thanks to Jessica. She was a boss, incredibly professional, and yet still so friendly.”

Any confusion or ambiguity during the planning process was immediately addressed or resolved. She handled every question, issue, or idea right away, and without judgement! That is what drew me to this team in the first place. From the very first conversation that I had with Lety, I could tell that she cared about our day and us as a couple. “Magdalena and Olivia made sure to help us have a smooth and enjoyable wedding from getting ready in the morning to the reception time. Maggie even stopped by my house the day before to pick up some diy things for the reception. Maggie also let us use gold table numbers for our reception instead of using the table numbers the venue offered and she had her own “reserved” signs for the ceremony (these are things I had not considered!)They are both professional, friendly and supportive. I honestly had zero worries because I knew we were in good hands. When issues came up I whole heartedly trusted Maggie and Olivia. I know there was some issues with our seating/table layout and I’m so grateful they were able to figure it out without our input. The groom had some issues with his suit before the ceremony and Maggie was ready with safety pins and was able to help him. During the reception Maggie ensured we were having a good time and brought drinks from the bar to us. She also took some lovely photos, which I appreciate so much because as you know it will be a little while to get our pics from the photographer. All my friends and family also told me how well organized the reception was and they noticed how hands on Maggie and Olivia were. Thank you! “if you’re anything like i was and you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, take this as your sign. i was very adamant that a wedding planner did not fit into our budget. i had been stalking cylee’s social medias and was so jealous that i couldn’t have her. since im stubborn, i began to attempt to plan the wedding by myself. i remember thinking to myself “how hard could this be?” my question was quickly answered when i had 37 vendors emailing me the next morning. we ended up hiring cylee, thinking she would “just be a wedding planner.” we were quickly proved wrong. cylee has turned into a friend. she has seen me at my best, my worst, and everything inbetween that. the amount of mental breakdowns she talked me through while we attempted to fix my flowers, make my seating chart, guest drama, etc. cylee sat with me for 8 hours…yes you read that right!!! she sat with me for EIGHT HOURS building my arch florals, welcome sign florals, and fixing my bouquets. cylee hand made everything from my save the dates, invites, seating chart, bar signs, everything!!! she even helped my maid of honor with my wedding shower. i have told everyone in my life, and now i’ll tell all of you who are stalking her page and reading her reviews, cylee is the best decision i made throughout the process of getting married (besides my husband, of course). she knew what i wanted before i did, she knew what vendors to say no to, what vendors to show me, and even had special insights and relationships with each vendor. fitting her into our budget actually ended up saving us money due to her expertise in being able to make every dream i had come true. she is a true gift to the wedding industry and to this world. our wedding night was more perfect than we ever imagined, and none of it would have been possible without cylee.”

“I reached out to so many planners/coordinators for my wedding and so many were either slow to respond or did not respond at all. Chelsea was prompt and excited to help, despite my wedding being quite the undertaking. I did my own (faux) flowers, which meant on top of regular day-of duties, she was putting up full floral arrangements, lighting hundreds of candles, and putting together tons of other small details and finishing touches. I can't emphasize this enough - our day would not have come together in the way that it did without her. She was on top of everything and truly made my vision come to life. She was helpful in dealing with other vendors as well, and did everything with a smile on her face. When I came to her days before my wedding with a crazy new surprise, she was down to help. My husband agrees that Chelsea was worth her weight in gold - I would hire her again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Chelsea for everything you did to make our wedding day go so smoothly.”

“Jojo is wonderful to work with, she listens to your input doesn’t force you to do things that will increase your budget. The day of the wedding, Jojo had full control of everything and did not worry me with vendor issues. Jojo made my wedding a successful wedding because of how smooth everything went. “We had the absolute pleasure of working with Michelle (Bustle & Lace) as our wedding coordinator at Sarabande Chicago, and I can't imagine our day without her support. Our wedding was a bit complex, it included a Hindu ceremony in the morning, followed by a break, then a traditional American-style cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. Michelle handled every piece with grace and precision. Having had an Indian-fusion wedding herself, she was especially knowledgeable about many of the cultural details involved, which made us feel even more confident and understood throughout the process. My husband and I knew that we wanted to stay very involved in the decision-making that went into wedding planning, and her package was the perfect fit for that.
