“I thought I (ALL CAPS THERE!) was a perfectionist until I met Allie LeBon. If you're thinking "is this worth it?" or "do I really need a planner?" or even, "I can do this all myself." ...you maaaybe can, but if you want your day to be utterly spectacular - hire Allie. I can't stress enough the importance of hiring someone like her. Our entire day was magic because of her and her CityLux team. We started out our journey with a clear goal, but it all felt a bit daunting. Allie was with us from start to finish (top to bottom planning and day-of!) and made every step along the way incredible. She was prompt, professional, honest, and kind. It's hard to find vendors that are as "on their game." There were times that we were completely at a loss for what was next and she always communicated with clarity so we felt comfortable and prepared to make decisions. There were sooooo many details only she could have thought of. Just when you think you have it figured out, there are 3 more things Allie was thinking of. I constantly said, "oh wow.. I didnt even think of that." Like coordinating bus routes and timing that out... no thank you! We felt like it was all under control because of her meticulous documentation, flawless communication with our other vendors, and emergency plans she put in motion behind the scenes. MOST importantly, she makes sure you can focus on your day and nothing else. From the napkins, to the placecards, to our grass wall, to our place settings, to the drink signs, and everything else in between, it was all so complete and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Not to mention, she professionally vetoed some of our ideas, and finding someone who knows what's realistic and what's not is hard to find. I've recommended her to ALL my friends and every time I get rave reviews. Don't go it alone throughout this process. Go with Allie and go with CityLux! PS: The picture you see with our reaction was exactly the moment we saw our vision come to life at the reception. Speechless.”

“THANK YOU DANIELLE! We could not have pulled off the most perfect day without her. I have been recommending her to all of my friends in the wedding planning stage because she so beyond worth it. Me and my husband think so highly of Danielle because she made planning easy, relaxing, and fun, which is not the experience many of my friends have had. Most importantly, she made sure the wedding ran so smoothly that my husband and I could be fully in the moment and enjoy every second of our wedding. We did not have to lift a finger! For the type A people debating if they could relinquish planning to someone else...let this be your sign that you can and should! I typically plan everything (trips into PowerPoints with rain plans, alternate forms of transportation, etc) so I was worried having a planner would be hard for me. I could not have been more wrong. Danielle does so much work behind the scenes and is so proactive that I knew I could fully relax. I am so grateful we hired her. I had complete confidence she had every detail and its plan b planned. She is a great communicator and you can tell she loves what she does. All the vendors at my wedding (photographer, makeup artists, venue coordinator, etc) had commented about how Danielle was so on top of everything, communicated well & early, went above and beyond compared to any other planner they had ever worked with. So this review is both from very happy customers and very happy wedding vendors. Danielle was very easy to connect with and kept it real. If she thought something wasn’t a good idea, not worth it, etc she would tell you and that’s how she quickly built trust and made sure we stayed within budget. On the day of the wedding we had two big issues come up (not her fault) and I did not even bat an eye because I knew Danielle was on it. First issue was the hotel had given one of our suites up for getting ready in. In less than an hour, we had keys to both of the suites we had booked. Our shuttle for the wedding also did not show up. Luckily, guests were able to get to the venue. In the background, Danielle was finding alternative options for transportation. At the end of the night the shuttle showed up and she ensured they not only brought people back to the hotel and after party, but also back from the after party when the bar closed. After the wedding, we was able to get us a refund after HOURS of calling the shuttle company. Danielle is someone who will go to bat for you, has years of experience, and is so good she even had a Type A bride feel totally relaxed on the wedding day. Thank you for everything!”

“Without Beckerman Planning, we would not have had the wedding of our dreams. Garbriella worked around the clock before and during our wedding to ensure EVERYTHING was covered and taken care of. Before the Wedding, Garbriella kept us on track; regularly checking in and suggesting next steps to ensure we stayed ahead of everything wedding planning. Her knowledge was essential in discussing quotes with vendors, making major decisions, and keeping us calm as the big date approached. We were extremely impressed with her professionalism when dealing with vendors, and can’t thank her enough for playing hard ball when the moments got tough and we were too stressed to do so. During the wedding weekend, I cannot stress enough the importance of having the Beckerman Planning team on-site. From setup until breakdown, the team was working non-stop to help us have the perfect wedding. The team was there setting up and ensuring that every vendor brought everything that was contracted and everything was in perfect order. Including staying late the night before to ensure a vendor fixed a major mistake with our seating chart. On the day of the event, it felt like magic how everything was just done before we could even think about it. We were able to relax and truly enjoy our day, not having to worry about ANYTHING. Garbriella even taught all the Groomsmen how to put on their boutonnieres!!! The schedule Garbriella put together was a lifesaver, and even better was her ability to ensure everyone was in the right place at the right time. We could seriously go on all day about the amazing things this team did for us, down to every little detail. Garbriella made sure throughout the day that we were not stressing or worrying. She happily jumped in at a moments notice to any and every request we had without hesitation. Going above and beyond is an understatement to the dedication the Beckerman Planning team brings to your event. We were ecstatic to get back to the Airbnb and find that Garbriella had already been there - with all of our leftover pizza waiting for us for a late night snack. “Working with Enchanted Events was hands down one of the best decisions that we made during our wedding planning process. We wanted our wedding to be small and simple, and initially thought we might be able to handle it without help. However, as we continued planning and more and more details came up, we decided that at the very least we needed a day-of coordinator. Enter Jordan and the entire Enchanted Events crew - TRUE ANGELS!! From our first conversation with Jordan, we knew we had the right team on our side. What Enchanted Events offers is really so much more than day-of coordination services. As soon as we booked with them, they were available to help us with any questions that we had. They told us that we could CC them on emails with vendors or give them a call if we needed an opinion. We can’t explain what a relief it was to have experts on our side once we booked with Enchanted! They are so well connected in the industry, so organized, and so kind and calming as well. Kristen and Tori were our day-of coordinators and WE CANNOT GIVE THEM ENOUGH PRAISE! Leading up to the wedding, they asked all the right questions to make sure that the big day flowed seamlessly. The part of the wedding that we were most nervous about was “flipping the room” - essentially turning it from a ceremony space into a full dinner/dance floor/event space in under an hour. A few guests looked at the room and said there was no way it could happen that fast. Kristen and Tori delivered in ways that left every guest stunned… the room flip was flawlessly executed and looked absolutely stunning with their guidance and expertise! This was just one of dozens of examples of their impact - from Tori joining us to take photos off site and ensure that we stayed on track with our timeline, to Kristen keeping us calm and present as we prepared to walk down the aisle. Once the day was over, we kept talking about how absolutely NOTHING went wrong on our wedding day. We can’t believe how perfect the day was, and Enchanted Events had a massive impact in making that happen. We cannot recommend working with them enough!!”

“How can I even put into words how absolutely incredible Kay and her team are?! My wife and I booked a power planning session with Kay in December 2020, shortly after getting engaged. From just that two hour meeting, we learned more about our budget, priorities, and expectations than we had from years of dreaming of our wedding. Kay was so confident and generous in her knowledge, we clicked immediately and as soon as the call ended, we looked and each other and said: "We HAVE to hire her to plan our wedding." As soon we officially booked with Kay, we jumped into regular meetings, endless email advice, vendor recommendations- the works! She also took over all communication and confirmations the month of our wedding which was an absolute lifesaver. Planning our wedding alongside Kay are memories we will cherish always. She is as kind and easy to work alongside as she is professional and precise. Her attention to detail and dedication to our wedding vision remained steadfast throughout the 15 months of planning. She answered every question, solved every problem, and anticipated every need with what seemed like effortless ease. As for the wedding day, her and her team were invaluable assets. My wife and I did not have to worry about a SINGLE detail all day, because we knew KNE had it all covered. She wore about a million hats that day, from designer to therapist to organizer to dress steamer to I'm sure a million other things we weren't privy to because keeping our energy light and happy was her biggest priority. I could go on forever. My biggest message that I hope is taken away from this review is that wedding planners are not only for the "rich and famous" as the media likes to make it seem. Wedding planners, specifically KNE is an unbelievable investment in your time, happiness, mental load, and more. Hiring KNE was the smartest decision we made and at least twice a week we found ourselves saying, "God, what would we do without Kay?!"”

“We had the pleasure of having Vanessa cater and decorate for our wedding. She did an awesome job! The food was amazing and she decorated our backyard to look absolutely beautiful. I expressed the vision that I had for that special day and Vanessa made sure it was exactly what I wanted. She even went as far as picking up my wedding cake and making sure that I was focused on my special day only and making sure that I was stress free. She is very professional along with her staff. “We hired Sarah for her services roughly a year out from our wedding. From the start, Sarah was extremely responsive and helped answer all my questions. During this time, we had selected a majority of our vendors but we needed Sarah's expertise in organizing our long to-do list, logistics and design ideas. A majority of our guests were traveling to our wedding so the logistics of how the weekend looked was very important to us as a couple. Sarah seamlessly was able to put together a plan to ensure that we were thinking of every detail needed to get our guests from point A to point B and back. During the weekend of the wedding, Sarah and her team were on top of every detail and that allowed myself and my husband to focus on enjoying the celebration. Sarah's ability to remain calm and handle any challenge that comes her way from vendors is truly an asset that anyone will want for their wedding weekend. “We used Madison at Effortless Events for our wedding florals and we couldn't be happier!! Madison was absolutely lovely to work with, she is so kind and was so quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had throughout the planning process. She was great at communicating, worked with my budget and was extremely professional. We sent inspiration photos back and forth to each other to make sure my vision came to life. My wedding florals were absolutely beautiful and were exactly what I wanted!! I loved them so much and am so happy with the way everything turned out. “HIRE CASSIE!!! There are so many reasons to hire Cassie, including that she is absolutely a lovely human being, but it really boils down to she will make your whole wedding better, both from your perspective and your guests’. We were definitely that overly anxious couple who thought about eloping at every other decision. Cassie greatly reduced the stress on our plates by doing all the research so we could actually enjoy making the decisions and envisioning our day. Anything we didn’t absolutely love, Cassie would come back to us with new options, helping to fine tune the vision so the day perfectly fit us. When we were worried we were behind schedule or over budget, Cassie and her phenomenal organizational skills always helped reassure us of the timeline and that we were in fact coming in under budget for our wedding. And she did all of this while we lived in California, planning our Massachusetts wedding. At one point during the process, my partner,Cassie, and I were in three different states, but she always found the time to meet and made sure she was always available for us. The day of the wedding, we got so much feedback from our parents and the bridal party that they have never seen a wedding run so smoothly. Even the hairstylist noted she had never seen a bridal party so relaxed and on schedule. At our wedding, with Cassie handling all the day-of coordination, we were able to simply be guests of honor and enjoy the evening. Our wedding ended up being beyond our wildest dreams and it is really all thanks to Cassie.”
