My style is natural, clean, and timeless, with beautiful portraits and plenty of candid moments. I was born in the Dominican Republic, raised in Puerto Rico, and speak English and Spanish. I’m also a wife, a mom of two, and someone who will always say yes to dessert! Family means so much to me, and photographing a day when all your favorite people come together is one of the things I love most about this work.

My passion for photography grew when my daughter, Lotus, was born in 2004 and I began documenting her childhood with an eye toward catching each irreplaceable moment. Soon, friends and then friends of friends asked me to photograph their children and families. Before long, I was documenting the lives and milestones of people all over the DMV area. I realized how happy I was connecting with people and capturing special moments, and so I launched Lotus Photography in 2012 - named for my first muse. I captured my first wedding in 2016 and I was instantly in love with being a wedding photographer!
