“Possibly the best decision we made during our wedding process (aside from getting married), was choosing this venue. We were able to rent and use 3 locations throughout the weekend (Pavilion, House 3, and Thunder Island), and each was accommodating and gorgeous in its own way. The ease of having everything from welcome night, rehearsal, ceremony, and reception in the same spot made our logistics 10 times easier. Lots of wedding venues are gorgeous, but what sets the Locks apart is their this place is that they are truly flexible and hospitable. They will actually listen and try to make anything work for you! We had 200 guests so we really pushed the capacity, and the team worked flawlessly to make sure we got what we needed. Jeanetta (the manager) offered so much helpful perspective, was easy to reach and communicate with, and went the extra mile, even helping us put up and take down lights, bringing her personal tools. It felt like showing off the PNW to our east coast and Midwest guests. They were blown away, and so were we. If you want a low-stress, high-flexibility, and completely stunning outdoor wedding, this is the spot. Hidden gem for sure.”

She doesn't have a minimum and was happy to do some flowers for us a la carte - we made most of the flowers from paper but I wanted fresh flowers for the bouquet, boutonnieres, floral crowns, etc. Everything was so easy and straightforward and she had helpful feedback for my ideas. She did a gorgeous job - we loved our fresh flowers!”

Unfortunately our other photographer from a different company cancelled on us so she had to work a little harder for us to help fill the role for 2 photographers and she did not dissapoint. “Golden Bell traveled to New Orleans to play my wedding, and they put on the set of our dreams. We skipped all of the expected wedding songs and handed them a playlist of all of our favorite disco and funk songs (with a sprinkling of Phish jams) and they delivered an absolutely mind-blowing set. I pretty much missed the rest of my reception because I was on the dance floor All. Night. Long. (Please see photos below of me LOSING MY MIND).
