Black-owned open floor studio with large windows and original exposed brick. The large windows allow a hefty amount of natural sunlight to fill the room. Good for photo shoots, exercise classes, small banquets, birthday parties, baby showers, launch parties, and meeting space. There is a kitchenette with access to counters and sink however, no refrigerator access will be permitted. Elevator access from the street to allow easy loading and unloading. This is your premier and intimate event studio.

The Sanctuary Hall is a stunning, historical landmark in the heart of Portland's Art District. Oaks Pioneer Chapel is an intimate, historic and affordable wedding venue in Portland, accommodating up to 75 guests for a ceremony with close friends and family. Built in 1851, it is the oldest original structure church in the state of Oregon and by design, its warm wood interior not only reflects the true Pacific NW style, it also creates exceptional acoustics, fostering a truly shared and intimate experience. Non-profit community-owned and operated, OPC offers a year round rate of $1250 for a three-hour booking, including a one-hour rehearsal. We offer convenient packages as well as micro-receptions in our gardens during fair weather months from June-October. After twelve wonderful and unforgettable years, the time has come for a new chapter. Gray Gables Estate will officially close its doors on December 31, 2026. While our venue will be closing, our passion for creating memorable events will continue. Gray Gables Events will remain in operation, offering event coordination, select off-site catering, and, potentially, a new venue location in the future. This transition also allows us the opportunity to spend more time with our family while continuing to do what we love. As we reflect on the past twelve years, our hearts are full of gratitude.
