Getting to have our wedding at The Evergreen was a dream. It is updated and chic but maintains its industrial old town vibe and has thoughtful amenities to keep guests comfortable and having a good time. The space is inviting, warm, and easy to tailor to your aesthetic. Shannon and Yvonne are absolutely wonderful to work with and made the (sometimes stressful) decisions easy to make with their expertise. I would get married again and again just to be at The Evergreen, I love it that much. Take this as me shaking your shoulders and asking, "What are you waiting for?!"

This space has room for VIP’s, Kitchen, DJ’s and more. There are elevators to take you to the second floor or a stairway that leads up with no issues. The hosts are just as kind. and professional. Communication is always returned within a reasonable time frame. I have also witnessed the host help setup for an event when the coordinators were late. Sanctuary Hall was the venue for our June wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. The interior and exterior are both gorgeous and is very close to multiple parking garages and lots, so parking was no problem for our guests. There is a park across the street so in addition to our photos inside we had an outdoor option! In the extreme heat it was still cool inside which was a big bonus for us. The staff and coordinator Steve were very helpful and accommodating! They let us use their tables and chairs for free and even set them up for us. On the day of, they helped problem solve and work with us to create a beautiful day. The organ sounded AMAZING! The sanctuary was beautiful and the video they took for us of the ceremony turned out great. The downstairs reception hall could have seated 150 I believe but we had 115 and it was great, even room for a dance floor! With all the extra spaces and rooms they had available we never had to move anybody or anything during the reception, but there was room for the caterers, for guest book and photo booth, in addition to the bridal suite and grooms room. Another thing I loved was that the coordinator of the church was very reachable. He answered my messages and texts quickly and was very helpful answering questions and sharing knowledge. Overall, it was fantastic and I could go on for ages on how great it all turned out. Can’t recommend enough!!

My husband and I got married at the Portland Yacht Club last month and we were thrilled with our choice of venue. The staff were friendly, responsive, and was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. They communicated promptly about details and last minute changes, which we really appreciated during such a hectic time. The location right on the water was beautiful and made for a romantic backdrop. Our guests raved about the delicious meal and many said it was one of the best wedding dinners they had enjoyed. The space itself was elegant yet comfortable, with large windows to showcase the views and a great dance floor. We felt it all came together seamlessly on our big day thanks to Asia, the Events and Sales Manager and her attention to detail.
