“Althea Floral Design & Julian were an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the moment we first spoke with Julian, we were impressed by his thoughtful and excited approach. It is clear that he is doing what he loves. The quality of their work was truly stunning - the flowers they provided for our rehearsal dinner were beautiful, and when I mentioned a couple of (very in-season and popular) flowers I wasn't crazy about, Julian immediately pulled them and pivoted with no issues. On the wedding day, the flowers could not have been more perfect. I was obsessed with the wall of windows covered with flowers and candles. Also the welcome sign and the two floral displays at the alter were gorgeous. Julian was so easy to work with and did an amazing job putting the whole space together. “When I was looking for floral vendors for my July 2024 wedding in Block Island, I came across Ayla’s Instagram, and I knew immediately I had to work with her. I fell in love with the whimsical, natural, English-garden vibe of her florals, and I just thought she was the coolest person. From the first conversation we had, it felt like she “got” me, suggesting flowers, designs, and concepts better than I could possibly articulate myself. She was incredibly thoughtful putting together multiple proposals that fit our vision and our budget. The entire planning process couldn’t have been easier because of how sweet, communicative, and easy Ayla was to work with. Cut to the wedding day, and I was honestly speechless seeing her work come to life in our tent. Ayla is an ARTIST. She created a gorgeous 65 ft table runner for our head table that was so dreamy I still think about it. The bouquets were exactly what I was looking for - natural and simple but packed a stunning punch. Then there was the tent entrance installation, which was so beautiful on its own but also so thoughtfully designed to enhance the view and setting of our venue. Multiple guests came up to me on the wedding day (and even in the weeks afterwards) commenting on how the florals were some of the most unique and beautiful they had seen. I truly could go on and on. Ayla and her amazing team at shade studio exceeded every expectation a million times over. Hands down, Ayla is the best and I couldn’t recommend her more.”

“When I started planning my wedding, I had a general vision that I was going for, but did not have exact ideas on wedding florals. I knew was that I wanted my wedding to look timeless, sophisticated and organic. From my first meeting with Naomi, I knew she understood my vision. When I received the proposal, I was blown away that she took my ideas and made them even better than I imagined. She was creative with my vibe and budget, suggesting things like tall organic vessels around the ceremony versus a traditional arch and instead of just white flowers, suggested sophisticated neutrals. The day was that much more stunning because of Naomi's florals. They were truly art and my guests were raving about the design. I couldn't recommend N&V enough. Thank you so much again Naomi!”

“Bupp Woodworks & Designs - Flower Preservation was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the moment I reached out, their communication was quick, professional, and incredibly personable. Tina responded so quickly to my last-minute request for flower preservation, which I had completely forgotten about until the day of the wedding. She immediately put my mind at ease and assured me she could take care of it. The quality of their work was simply beautiful - the flowers were preserved so well and the final product was high-quality and so detailed. I was always kept in the loop on the status of my order and when to expect the next step. Bupp Woodworks & Designs truly went above and beyond to make sure a piece of our special day will be preserved. I highly recommend them to any couple looking for a great flower preservation vendor.”

“Ashley did such an amazing job with my wedding flowers. She was also very responsive, helpful and friendly. I was so thrilled with my personal bouquet and all the bridesmaids, as well as all the center pieces. I didn’t have very good direction for her (I simply said I liked simple, whites and greens) and when she sent me what she was thinking, she put time and thought into it and the results were stunning. On my wedding day, I absolutely loved the end results, and all this while staying within my budget. I would so highly recommend Ashley and Dazy Florist!”
