“We selected Wilder Mind Events has our planners for our January 2026 wedding at Hotel Haya. Prior to this, I had been a quiet observer of their instagram account for nearly 5 years after sitting next to someone on a flight that recommended them. When my time finally came to plan a wedding, I knew without a question I wanted to go with Wilder Mind Events because I was constantly impressed with each wedding they shared on their account. After we finalized our venue and wedding date, I reached out and was elated they were available for our wedding date. For my review, (which is nothing but glowing) I’ll separate it into two parts: the first the pre-wedding and second the day of wedding. Pre-wedding: Having never planned a major event or wedding, I had no clue where to begin. We opted for the “Wilder” service which was the perfect amount of support we needed. Demi walked me through many check lists and helped me tailor my focus to bite size tasks to accomplish each month. As someone who easily gets overwhelmed, I appreciated having someone tell me what to prioritize. Another thing I found incredibly helpful was their creative vision. I could tell them bits and pieces of things I liked and didn’t like and they would steer me in a direction or help me narrow down options. When it came time to select the place settings, I was all over the place and terrified I would pick things that looked chaotic together and not have a cohesive look. Demi would thoughtfully lay options for me so I could get a sense of different options. It really helped me see things come together. Demi also helped us to maximize our budget, telling us that certain things weren’t necessary. For example, we didn’t need a fancy plate and a charger, but rather just the charger since we were having a plated meal. She had foresight of different things to think of that I would have never of known to do. They work with the best of the best and I knew if they were recommending a certain vendor, I knew they would be reliable, trustworthy, and also experts. Demi and Delaney were both enjoyable to work with and gave me a piece of mind and sense of ease throughout the entire planning process. I could not have done this without their support! Day of Wedding: My wedding day was absolutely perfect and this is largely because of Demi and the other assistants supporting her day of. The entire day went incredibly smooth from my perspective, but Demi was doing major behind the scenes work to coordinate a flawless execution. She dealt with our venue who only gave us 60 minutes to set up the entire event. Demi is very solution-oriented, so when she encountered setbacks, it never really seemed like a huge issue from my perspective. I appreciated this as I mentioned I tend to get overwhelmed. Some of my favorite details were: I always had a drink in my hand at the reception, my shoes and lipgloss were perfectly placed at our sweetheart table (I have no idea how they got them, but it was just the sweetest little thing that made me feel like a queen), they packed up all the personal items from the reception and had them stored in our room, and they even laid out flower petals on our bed for when we came back after the after party. They truly took care of every little detail. My wedding day was simply the best day of my life and while I don’t plan to get married again, if I would, I’d choose Wilder Mind Events again in a heart beat.”

We went back and forth on whether to use the planner recommended by our venue or hire an outside planner, and after talking with Brittany, it became so clear that she was the person we wanted in our corner. From the very beginning, she made us feel like she was genuinely rooting for us and had our best interests at heart. Brittany brought a sense of calm into our lives that we had been desperately looking for throughout the wedding planning process. My mom and I are cut from the same cloth, which means we love each other fiercely but can also fight like sisters. Brittany somehow knew how to navigate both of our personalities, keep us grounded, and remind us what really mattered. She was so much more than our wedding planner. She was our team captain, our therapist at times, our biggest cheerleader when things went right, and the person who fought for us when things felt like they were falling apart. Never did it feel like a vendor. My only regret is not hiring her sooner. If you are a bride who feels like you have everything under control and think you only need a day of coordinator, please consider hiring Brittany at least a few months before your wedding. Having someone in your corner who can take things off your plate, advocate for you, navigate the hard conversations (SO MANY I NEVER EXPECTED!!), and genuinely care about how everything turns out will change your entire experience. Brittany gave me the ability to enjoy being a bride, and I will forever be grateful for that. If you are considering Brittanys Brides, do yourself a favor and book her. For context, I booked them for day-of coordination for my April 11th wedding in Ybor City. From our initial consultation call, I already knew they were incredible industry experts in this field; they're extremely professional, great communicators, and confident in their knowledge base. They knew all the right questions to ask and details to confirm. I had planned most of the wedding details/logistics by that time, but I loved having their expertise to confirm that everything was a good plan and would seem to work well logistically. I really needed assistance with executing plans, personal items, and decor placement, which were within their scope. I DIY'd a lot of my decor, but in order to fully enjoy the day, my family needed help and guidance on that front to get everything placed. They truly went above and beyond. The day before, they did a great job of ensuring our rehearsal went smoothly and that the ceremony would look the way I had envisioned. On wedding day, they literally came to our house to pick up & drive our U-Haul of decor to the venue - then, unloaded it and placed all of our decor, while also still perfectly managing vendors and our bridal party. Everything on our timeline went perfectly. They did an incredible job of managing our large bridal party and family members to ensure everyone was where they needed to be at the right time. They even made sure we had drinks from the bar once we arrived at cocktail hour. They reminded us when to go have our private dinner so we wouldn't miss our chance to eat and have that moment alone together. To make our sunset pictures at the right time, they helped us move a couple of things around, and that went flawlessly. I'm sure several things went wrong that day, but I wouldn't know because everything was taken care of. They're just superheroes, to be honest. My husband and I truly were able to have the BEST day of our lives and we owe it all to them!”

“We can’t suggest Laci and her team enough! We’d originally planned to DIY our wedding, but when our venue required a day-of-coordinator, we searched for a coordinator, and we couldn’t have found a better match in Enchanted Events! Laci was abundantly more than just a day-of-coordinator. For the five months before our wedding, Laci was hands-on with each planning element: food, decor, vendors, the venue, seating arrangements, and beyond! We especially loved Laci’s no-contact policy for the last month of planning. Laci became the primary point of contact for all our vendors, allowing us to fully experience and enjoy the weeks leading up to our wedding. “the best day ever because of her. From ensuring the DJ played the right songs at the right parts to the timeline, to the cocktail hour and reception, and sparkler exit and much much more, like signature drinks and memorial pieces. Every detail was perfect and executed amazingly!!! Did I mention we planned all this in about a week!? Rachel worked non-stop for us to ensure we had the best day ever. We texted and spoke daily and she responded so promptly whenever a thought popped in my head. P.S. my officiant was also my good friend and this was his first wedding. We had no idea the parts of the wedding or the ceremony and Rachel helped me keep him on track and even provided a template and reviewed our draft of the ceremony days before.
