I think she opened at least 10 water bottles for me just to make sure I was actually drinking water! “We worked with Kara from Camellia Co. Events for our wedding, and she was honestly amazing. We hired her as our “month-of” coordinator. “Oh boy. Where do I begin? Katie is incredible. I knew from day one she was the perfect fit. She instantly made me feel heard and supported. When my wife's maid of honor accidentally left the wedding veil at the hotel, Traci's assistant sprang into action, getting an Uber and rushing the veil to the church, delaying the ceremony by only 11 minutes. “Veronica is truly the best wedding coordinator out there. She and her team went above and beyond and my wedding day was absolutely perfect!! Veronica was involved with the wedding planning months beforehand (unlike most wedding coordinators I spoke to!) and she was so detailed and organized that she truly put my type-A personality at ease!!! “Blair and her team, Elly and Neva, were lifesavers for our wedding! We met her team during an open house for The Brix, the venue where we had our reception. We found out that my cousin was also working with her for his wedding and he had the most amazing things to say so we knew we were in good hands! Blair is easy to talk to and work with, professional, kind, understanding, and extremely organized! She helped us stick to our budget, coordinate with other vendors, and gave us so many recommendations and options for high quality vendors. Blair is extremely responsive! We loved how quickly she was responding to any questions we had and I also really appreciated the nudges on deadlines! We have extremely busy schedules and we travel often, so the frequent reminders and check-ins were crucial. We were grateful that there were scheduled talks intermittently throughout the planning process. It really helped us manage the timeline and logistics. “Grace from SEG was such a pleasure to work with! Crazy to think we only met her twice in person. She was super helpful in communicating with vendors, sending over final floor plans and guest lists, and ensuring our vendors had everything they needed, as well as ensuring our actual wedding day went smoothly.
