Rooted in more than 15 years of hospitality and event experience, our approach considers not only how an event looks, but how it feels to experience. From thoughtful logistics and guest flow to incredible food, design and a packed dance floor, we manage every detail so our couples can be fully present and enjoy the celebration.

Our approach is rooted in hospitality and an incredibly hands-on, personal level of service. We become our clients’ right hand throughout the planning process—highly available, deeply involved and always there to problem-solve. Our full-service planning is a highly personalized, hands-on partnership from start to finish. We guide every element of the process—from budgeting and vendor selection to logistics, guest experience and event production—becoming a trusted right hand throughout planning so our clients can enjoy the experience and be fully present when the celebration arrives.

From finding the perfect destination and venue to building an incredible weekend of events, we manage every detail from afar and on the ground. We oversee guest communications, accommodations, transportation, local partners and logistics, ensuring guests feel informed and cared for from the moment they book their travel through the final event.

    Best planning team!

    Elizabeth and the team at Emlan events was nothing short of sensational from start to finish. Elizabeth's organization, expertise, attention to detail, and communication allowed us to enjoy the wedding planning process and the weekend of events with no stress. Elizabeth was SO available for all of our questions, ideas, and needs day of, and all through the year of planning. Emlan curated the perfect vendor team to make our dreams come to life. We got to enjoy the best day of our lives without worrying about a single thing. Pure perfection! Thank you!!!!!

    Amazing experience with Emlan Events!

    We worked with Elizabeth and her team for an at-home wedding near Cape Cod for around 190 people in September of 2025. Elizabeth and Emlan Events were amazing to work with and I cannot recommend them enough - particularly for an at-home wedding that requires finding, vetting, negotiating with & managing multiple vendors ( tents, toilets, caterers, rentals, transportation, hotels, etc.). Elizabeth took our vision and our budget and brought our wedding to life -- we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. She's very adept at simplifying asks and cutting to the bottom line of what needs to be addressed / decided by you ( the couple) to proceed -- which was incredibly valuable to save time on decisions, and eliminate unnecessary, impractical or undesirable options. She and her team had a complete handle on everything, and we didn't worry about a thing in the weeks leading up to and during the wedding. She's thorough, thoughtful and proactive at every stage -- from sharing the master tracking document and deadlines for all aspects, to working through details and potential hitches with vendors behind the scenes to get to the best place possible so you don't have to. We wanted to add our own personal touches, and she gave us that freedom / helped us bring those moments to life as well (as tricky logistically as they might have been - it was not a problem!). She's highly organized, responsive, and extremely capable at managing all the moving pieces (expected and unexpected ) with an at-home wedding.

    I worked with Elizabeth in 2024 to plan an at-home wedding. She was a patient and calm presence throughout the year we worked together and she executed a magical day flawlessly. She's extremely collaborative and easy to work with (every person in my family loved her) and she becomes a listening ear, friend and cheerleader beyond what is required of a wedding planner.

    Elizabeth is highly organized, has great business partners she recommends, stays within a budget (helping the bride to as well!). What we so appreciated was her calmness leading up the the wedding and her full control day of, which allowed us, the parents of the bride, to be "guests at our own daughter's wedding!"

Yes! While we’re based in New York City, we plan weddings wherever our clients take us. We’ve worked throughout the Northeast, South Florida and beyond, and love the opportunity to create an incredible celebration in a new destination.
Absolutely. Private homes, tented weddings and non-traditional venues are a specialty of ours. We love building celebrations from the ground up and managing the complex logistics required to make an unconventional space feel effortless.
