It’s a love story — Steamboat Springs became home in 2019 when I moved to my now-husband’s hometown. Planning weddings for friends sparked a passion for creating meaningful, personalized experiences—from custom graphics to floral design. Mentorship with Alex Mathisen of SoulSpark Events shaped the hands-on, detail-driven approach I bring to Evergold Events Collective. As a former bride and local planner, I focus on intentionality, creativity, and connection, helping couples craft unforgettable celebrations, from mountaintop elopements to full wedding weekends.

We’ll shape your vision, connect you with trusted vendors, review contracts, and build a seamless timeline. As your day approaches, we’ll direct the rehearsal and manage the wedding day so you can feel calm, confident, and fully present.

You’ve planned your day, now let us bring it to life. This service begins at least two months before your celebration, tying together every detail with care. We’ll review vendor contracts, finalize logistics, craft your timeline, and oversee the day itself so everything flows seamlessly.     Best day ever!!! Thank you Evergold Events!!!

    If we could give Evergold Events Collective more than 5 stars we absolutely would! We hired Karina for her partial planning services (Morning Light Package) for our Summer 2026 wedding and it was genuinely one of the best decisions that we made. We weren’t going for “Best Wedding Ever”…. But it turned out to be a strong contender! Seriously, every single one of our guests has told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. It’s been two months, and people still won’t shut up about it hahahaha. Don’t just take our word for it. Here are a few reviews from our guests: “SERIOUSLY, the best wedding ever!!” “Genuinely the most fun I’ve ever had!” “Best weekend ever!!!” “Unforgettable.” We had our wedding at beautiful Midnight Ranch in Clark, Colorado north of Steamboat Springs with about 120 guests. If you know anything about Clark, then you know that it’s in the middle of nowhere. We had a pretty limited budget, we are chill, I’m organized, and we thought for a hot minute that we could get by without a planner. But early into the process, we found that we were in over our heads - realizing that we would need to plan for anything and everything: the tent, tables, chairs, linens, catering, lighting, power, decor, drink stations, transportation… and the list goes on! We quickly realized that we didn’t just need someone to help us plan the wedding, we needed someone who could help us pull off our vision while making sure we could actually enjoy the day ourselves. Enter Karina and the incredible team at Evergold Events Collective! From the moment we started working with Karina, she put us at ease. Her expertise, attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to bring our vision to life were absolutely incredible. She was on top of everything, thought through details we never would have considered, and made what could have been an really stressful process feel manageable. Karina was also amazing at coordinating with all of our vendors. Everyone loved working with her and felt prepared and informed going into the wedding day. Since our venue had no cell service, it was especially important that everyone knew where they needed to be, when they needed to be there, and what to expect well before the weekend began. With so many moving parts and vendors to coordinate at such a remote location, that level of communication and preparation was huge. And then came the wedding day. The day came together beyond anything we could have hoped for. If anything went wrong behind the scenes that day, we genuinely have no idea, because Karina and her team handled it all. There are so many highlights from the day, but some of mine include: - private first look in an old growth aspen grove - hilltop ceremony looking out to the surrounding peaks - grand entrance in a canoe - cocktail hour under the sunset - my sister performing an aerial routine on the dance floor - the best/wildest dance party of the decade It’s hard to put into words just how wonderful the wedding was - there was just something in the air that day, and Karina and her team helped make that magic happen. We got to be fully present, celebrate with our favorite people, and soak up every second of a day that we’ll remember for the rest of our lives. Thank you x a million, Karina and team!!!!

Before booking, we’ll begin with a kickoff consultation to explore your wedding vision and planning scope, and to outline how we’ll collaborate throughout the process. Once you book, you’ll have immediate access to communication and support. Each package includes a set number of consultations. Of course, we can always add additional meetings or services if you’d like more hands-on support, but most couples find this structure leaves them feeling calm, confident, and fully prepared by wedding day. And rest assured we’re always just a text or email away for quick questions or advice whenever you need it.
Yes! We love being part of your full celebration. Engagement parties, showers, rehearsal dinners, welcome gatherings, and farewell brunches can all be added to any package. Many of our full-service couples choose to make their wedding a full weekend experience, and we have extensive experience planning multi-day celebrations that flow seamlessly from start to finish.
Lucky for you, we’ve been planning weddings for years—even before formally launching Evergold Events Collective. From intimate elopements and backyard celebrations to full-scale tented ranch weddings, we’ve curated a range of meaningful, beautifully executed events across Steamboat Springs and beyond. We’re also fortunate to be mentored by a seasoned, decade-strong planning business, gaining hands-on experience, guidance, and insider expertise that continually refines our craft.
You’ll work directly with Karina, Evergold’s founder and lead planner, throughout your entire planning journey. She’ll be your main point of contact—handling every detail, guiding decisions, and ensuring your vision comes to life seamlessly. If your wedding day execution requires extra hands, Evergold’s team of experienced coordinators will be on-site to provide dedicated support and ensure everything flows effortlessly from start to finish.
