Description	This package is for couples who want every detail managed from start to finish. Heartwork handles research, booking, vendor communication, coordination, and on-site logistics so you can enjoy the planning process without stress. All vendor fees are paid directly by you, while we oversee quotes, confirmations, and execution to ensure everything runs seamlessly.	Designed for clients who have already booked their venue and secured some vendors, this package covers up to three additional vendors along with coordination and logistics management. We guide you through the remaining details, provide a full walkthrough and rehearsal, and make sure your wedding day flows smoothly.	If you’ve already planned every detail but want a professional to ensure it all goes according to plan, this package is for you. Heartwork steps in as your point of contact on the wedding day, overseeing vendors, timelines, and logistics so you can focus on celebrating.

I honestly couldn’t have imagined my wedding day without my amazing coordinator! From the very beginning, Stephanie made us feel supported, heard, and completely at ease, allowing us to truly enjoy every moment of our special day. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and we are so grateful for all the time, care, and love she put into making our dream wedding come to life. Amazing experience!!!
Working with Stephanie was an absolute delight. Her attention to detail, thoroughness, and incredibly focused yet calming presence were such a gift throughout the entire process. I always felt very tended to and taken care of, especially in the few weeks leading up to the event, when there were so many moving pieces. Stephanie was also truly able to take my vision and execute it into reality on the day of. She was so on top of communicating updates, information, and timeline details, and throughout the evening I was able to fully sink in and enjoy the moments because I had complete confidence in her ability to handle the decision-making and anything that came up behind the scenes. The evening was truly so magical and went off without any craziness — and I think so much of that is a testament to having someone as capable, organized, thoughtful, and steady as Stephanie managing the day. She created such a sense of ease and allowed me to actually be present and enjoy the celebration, which was invaluable. I cannot recommend Stephanie highly enough. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I will wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone I speak to along the way!

Beyond our Expectations !
We cannot say enough amazing things about our wedding planner! She made planning our destination wedding in Cabo completely stress-free and brought our vision to life beautifully. She was incredibly organized, responsive, attentive to every detail, and truly went above and beyond for us. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and we were able to relax and enjoy every moment knowing everything was in the best hands. Amazing experience!
Amazing experience from start to finish! I decided to get married pretty last minute and gave Stephanie only three weeks to plan my wedding. She listened to everything I wanted, understood my vision, and somehow brought it all to life in such a short amount of time. The end result was absolutely beautiful and everything came together better than I could have imagined. I’m so grateful for her hard work and would definitely recommend Stephanie to anyone planning their wedding!
