    We LOVE Parker Paloma Events

    We are beyond grateful to have had Natasha as our wedding planner. What made the experience truly special is that she's also a personal friend of ours, and somehow, she struck the perfect balance between professional and personable throughout the entire process. That combination made all the difference, especially as we navigated some of the highest-volume planning and decision-making we've ever done. And as a fellow Virgo, she brought that meticulous, detail-oriented energy to every part of the planning. We truly don't think a single detail was missed! She made sure we laughed through it all, she helped us genuinely enjoy the process instead of just surviving it, and we always felt supported, never alone in the chaos. Most importantly, she brought our vision to life exactly as we'd imagined it (and maybe even better). If you want a planner who will treat your wedding with as much care as her own and still keep everything perfectly on track, Parker Paloma is for you.     Review for 5/23/26 weddibg

    Natasha is an exceptional wedding planner, and it was a joy to work with her on a wedding earlier this summer! (I played harp for a ceremony that she coordinated). She and her team are incredibly kind, helpful, and dedicated. She was very supportive of the couple, as well as the other vendors, through the entire process, and she anticipated needs before they arose. From the initial venue walkthrough, to the rehearsal, to the wedding day, Natasha’s attention to detail and thoughtfulness shone through! When any complications came up, Natasha handled them incredibly gracefully. During the venue walkthrough a few weeks before the wedding, I realized that my full sized concert grand harp would not fit through the narrow door to the ceremony site. I’m so glad that Natasha had organized the venue walkthrough so that I discovered this in advance! Natasha facilitated communication between myself, the couple, and the venue, and together we were able to come up with a great solution, a smaller pedal harp that fit into the space but still had the warm sound that the couple was looking for. On the ceremony day, the Parker Paloma team helped me get loaded in with the harp and made sure I had everything I needed for set up (especially shade for the harp in the outdoor courtyard site). Natasha did a fabulous job coordinating the processionals and cueing me for the ceremony songs. The ceremony went seamlessly! Parker Paloma is the perfect blend of professionalism, creativity, and fun! I look forward to working with Natasha and her team again very soon!

    Expert planning with heart and precision

    My partner and I had the privilege of working with Natasha as our wedding planner, and we truly could not have made a better choice. If you’re looking for someone dedicated to curating a wedding that feels like a true reflection of you and your partner, Natasha is your girl. She not only helped bring our vision to life, but was instrumental in handling issues before they ever reached us. She connected us with incredibly talented vendors when we felt stuck, supported our wild ideas, and consistently found ways to make everything we wanted a reality. Natasha was always ten steps ahead, anticipating challenges and thinking through the realities of such a complex day long before we had to. She strikes the perfect balance between "let's make this happen" and "let's think this through." Our wedding day was a massive success because of her!     Amazing from a vendor perspective!

    Natasha goes above and beyond for her couples and fellow vendors! Her communication touch points are top tier, and my favorite thing that she did was send us a video of how to get into the venue and parking before the event. The parking situation for many venues can be stressful but she eased any worry I had. I can't wait to work more weddings with Parker & Paloma Events!

You'll be working directly with me, Natasha, the founder and creative director of Parker & Paloma Events! I intentionally run a boutique studio, which means from our very first consultation to the final hug at the end of your wedding night, I am your dedicated partner and creative guide. For larger events, I bring on trusted, professional assistants to ensure a seamless on-site experience, but your vision, planning, and communication will always be personally handled by me.
Absolutely! We know your engagement and wedding is an expansive universe of events, not just a single day. We love designing and coordinating the entire journey, from a chic bridal shower to a killer welcome party that kicks things off in style or a relaxed farewell brunch to say your goodbyes. We're here to make every single moment of your wedding experience cohesive, fun, and completely stress-free.
The amount of time we spend together is completely tailored to the package you choose and your personal style! With The Parker (Full-Service), you can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like. We handle everything, providing seamless updates so you can focus on the fun parts. With The Paloma (Supportive Planning), we are your creative co-pilots. We’ll have our dedicated monthly check-in meetings to keep us on track, plus plenty of email support in between. With The Zoe (Event Management), our time is focused and efficient in the final 6-8 weeks, with a few key, in-depth meetings to ensure a flawless handoff.
More than okay—it’s our specialty! We love couples who want to ditch the stuffy rules and focus on what actually matters: a vibrant, funky celebration that feels like you. Whether you want a neon-filled dance party or an unconventional venue, we’re here to make it happen flawlessly.
It means we lean into bold color palettes, unique textures, and creative guest experiences. We prioritize high-energy atmospheres and "wow" moments over cookie-cutter decor. Check out our gallery to see how we translate "funky" into sophisticated, high-end design.
No! We consider Portland and Phoenix our "home away from home" markets. If your wedding is in either of those cities, we waive all travel fees. For other destinations, we offer custom travel-inclusive quotes so there are never any hidden surprises.
This is our favorite "extra"! Because we believe design should be cohesive from the first save-the-date to the final thank-you note, Natasha offers custom stationery and website design. For our Parker and Paloma clients, we even offer a 50% discount on stationery design fees. It’s the easiest way to ensure your wedding branding is 100% unique.
