“I used both the wedding coordination and floral services from Breezy Day and both services went above and beyond, making our wedding day perfect. Courtney was our wedding coordinator and she made the process so much easier. I was so stressed about the wedding planning process until I met Courtney, I wonder if we would have even had a wedding if I didn’t meet her to be honest! From the initial phone call, she explained the wedding planning process and reassured me that we could have a great wedding within our limited budget. She had a list of vendors she recommended which I picked all of my vendors from and it made the process of selecting vendors so much easier. Courtney was always able to help answer my questions throughout the whole year of planning and always responded in a timely manner. Then, on the day of the wedding, Courtney made the entire day so smooth and it went just as planned. I cannot recommend Courtney and the wedding day of coordinator services more. I don’t know what I would have done without her! The florals from Breezy Day Weddings were also incredible. They were more beautiful in person then I even expected. I chose the a la carte options from the Shoppe and the florals were so beautiful. Heather was great and very responsive when I asked questions about the process. The florals were seamlessly delivered to the venue on the day of the wedding and Courtney set the centerpieces on the table for me and placed the florals on the cake and it was so stunning. The service from both the day of coordination services and the florals were 10 out of 10! I cannot recommend them enough. They were affordable, professional, efficient, friendly, reassuring, and just amazing all around. If you’re getting married, you need to hire them for your wedding! “Carolyn was a god send for us in so many ways. We recently had a very DIY wedding with 120 guests, so as you can imagine there was a TON of work involved. Carolyn was with us every step of the way, from booking vendors, negotiating contracts, to-do lists, timeline and floorplans, you name it. But where she really shined is once we were there with her on the property. We had a million little details to think about and Carolyn was on top of it all. Many times before I even had to ask. She gave us the capability to actually relax and enjoy ourselves in the days leading up to the wedding, which we expected we would have had to be working the whole time. From the moment we booked with them, I felt completely supported, cared for, and confident that our wedding was in good hands. The planning process: Stephanie is very professional, organized, and knowledgeable. She was always one step ahead and made what could have been an overwhelming planning process feel manageable and enjoyable. One of the biggest advantages of working with her is how well-connected she is within the San Diego wedding industry. Her package included monthly check-ins and access to Aisle Planner, which kept us organized and on track throughout the entire planning process. Her packages also include using decor in her inventory which was another huge perk! The wedding day: Jenn and Steven were amazing to work with. I DIY'ed all my florals, and I greatly appreciated their help in executing this (i.e. efficiently transporting 100 floral arrangements from my hotel to the venue the morning of the wedding as well as arranging them at the venue). I also want to highlight Jenn's calm presence and exceptional problem-solving skills. A few unexpected issues came up involving our vows and my dress, but Jenn quickly stepped in with thoughtful solutions. I can confidently say she saved the day multiple times. Stephanie and her team truly went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. Their dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care for their couples were evident in every interaction. I am so thankful for everything they did to make our wedding day feel seamless, beautiful, and unforgettable.”

“We’ve been raving about how our day felt like us. Zoe was such a big part of this. Throughout the event, Zoe was a constant calm and organized force. She nailed the tablescape and venue decor, going above and beyond with her attention to detail and creativity. I felt that she took the time to know exactly what we wanted. There were multiple moments where I felt she went above and beyond. I knew I could turn to her if I needed anything knowing that the event was in good hands as the evening progressed. Since we hired multiple vendors independently, the group needed organization and direction - Zoe was the guiding leader for our night. We had some unexpected challenges, she managed it all so well and prevented us from having any stress with a completely level headed and professional demeanor. We booked her 90-day coordination package for our wedding at Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made. From our very first consultation, Olivia stood out. She didn’t treat the call like a sales pitch — she took the time to genuinely get to know us, understand our vision, and learn what mattered most to us. We immediately felt like she cared about making our wedding special, even though we were only booking the 90-day package. She also has a fantastic eye for design and quickly understood the overall look and feel I wanted for the wedding. Throughout the planning process, Olivia was incredibly organized, proactive, and responsive. She helped guide us through decisions when we were feeling indecisive or getting close to deadlines. Even though vendor sourcing technically wasn’t part of our package, she still went out of her way to help us find both our florist and my makeup artist. Her recommendations were spot on — especially our florist, who was able to execute our vision beautifully while staying within our budget. On the wedding day, Olivia and her team handled everything seamlessly. She managed the timeline, coordinated vendors, oversaw setup and breakdown, and shielded us from any stress so we could fully enjoy the day. When plans had to change on the spot, she stayed calm, flexible, and kept everything moving smoothly. At one point during the wedding I wasn’t feeling well, and Olivia immediately stepped in to support me and help come up with solutions so the day could continue comfortably. She also helped us make thoughtful decisions in real time — for example, when our photographer and videographer started going over their scheduled time, she clearly explained our options and helped us extend just long enough to capture dancing footage without adding unnecessary costs. By the day of the wedding, I trusted Olivia completely. She and her assistants were always available for whatever we needed, and everything ran incredibly smoothly because of them. She even made sure all of our personal items were carefully packed and brought back to our room after the event. Our venue required us to hire a planner, and initially we planned to choose the least expensive option because we felt confident handling most things ourselves. I’m so glad we didn’t. Olivia filled in so many gaps we didn’t even realize existed and brought creativity, problem-solving, and a calm professionalism that made a huge difference. If you’re considering working with Olivia, I cannot recommend her enough. She was thoughtful, organized, calming, and truly invested in making our wedding day the best it could possibly be. Amanda and her team were incredibly helpful, ultra communicative, consistent, and dependable throughout the entire planning process. Her attention to detail and clear communication style made our wedding day a low-stress experience. Amanda was SO attentive to guests, answered their questions, and managed vendor communications seamlessly. We also were able to have multiple meetings before the day, as well as for the rehearsal. She provided us with a list of amazing vendors and even lent us some additional items we could borrow on the day. It also felt very comforting that she not only got married at our venue (Scripps Seaside Forum), but also knew almost all of our vendors intimately from past weddings/events. Having access to AislePlanner and a venue planning site was such a game changer and helped us feel like we had a strong hold on the planning process. We truly received so many compliments from our guests about how smoothly everything ran. “Corinne went above and beyond. From our first phone call we felt comfortable and confident. I let her know that I had family that is not fluent in English & she said that she would find a way & I trusted that. She asked if she could being her friend Alma to help her with translating & they both made everything work very naturally. We are so grateful for the two of them. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and it truly was. We can’t thank them enough for all that they did. They did more than we could imagine and thought of the things that we had never thought or considered. They were such a calm and confident presence on our special day, it really allowed us to soak it all in. We are so glad that we had them on our side, we didn’t worry about a thing and they made our day feel so easy and enjoyable. They helped with rehearsal, setting up decor, moving decor, putting away decor, timeline, communicating with vendors, & I am sure there was a lot more going on behind scenes that we are so grateful for. They made sure we stayed on top of all the things we wanted to do: sunset photos, speeches, first dances, money dance, the “culebra” just everything!! Our families were very happy as well! Corinne is awesome, we are eternally thankful, it was truly the best day ever! We can’t recommend her enough.”

“I can't say enough great things about Miranda and her team! From our first conversation, we immediately connected with her and she already felt like a friend. She quickly understood our vision for our wedding and what was important to us. She encouraged us to make it very personal and unique--she never shot down any weird ideas we might've had but also brought an experienced perspective, while also keeping us on track with all of the little details and scheduling. She was so well-organized and professional while also keeping things stress-free, light, and fun. There were no questions too big, too small, or too personal with all the drama that can come with such a big event. Miranda was easy to reach via text/email, and took the initiative to reach out and schedule check-ins when needed to make sure we stayed on track with the huge to-do list that comes with a wedding. Her vendor recommendations & other suggestions were awesome, but she also respected a couple of the areas where we found our own vendors with no questions asked. She truly helped us get every detail settled, down to the napkins and our catering order details. She took all the stress off once we got to the month of and leading up to the wedding day, confirming with our vendors so we didn't have to worry about it whatsoever. Our wedding day went seamlessly thanks to her--it sounds cliche but it was the most fun and beautiful day ever and we were able to really enjoy it thanks to Miranda. We couldn't have asked for a better planner and I would recommend her to anyone getting married in the SD area! She also helped us with signage for the day-of and did a beautiful job at a super reasonable price.”

“If I could give Dre and her team 6/5 stars I would. I cannot recommend Heart & Sol Events enough!! She was one of the first vendors I rushed to secure because I saw firsthand what an incredible job she did for 3 of my friend's weddings. Her professionalism, communication, follow-through and knowledge is unmatched. We weren't even aware of the hiccups that happened at our wedding until after it was done because she quickly resolved every issue without being asked. We're forever grateful for everything she did for us. It was challenging not living locally working very demanding jobs to get everything planned, but we never felt the stress because of Dre. She stepped in to help with vendors, recommendations and whatever we needed. Nothing scares or intimidates this woman, and no ask was too big. You'll be so happy you went with Heart & Sol!!”

“My husband and I didn’t know when we first started wedding planning that we would end up needing to change venues and find a wedding coordinator last minute, after already booking all our other vendors and planning a majority of the details. Karen was an answered prayer and thankfully was available to help us out with a 2 months Day-of Coordination package. Once she hopped on and worked with us two months out, we instantly felt relief & confidence that our special day was in good hands. Communication was great, her organization, her attention to detail and quick problem solving is unmatched. And she only works with the best - her assistant was just as amazing. Karen has a true eye for talent AND she genuinely cares! She has a special way of connecting with everyone and making you laugh and feel at ease even when the unexpected comes up. The wedding day came and everything went smoothly and beautifully! Karen was the glue between us, the guests, the vendors and our venue. We’re still waiting for our photography and videography to come back but from what friends and family have shared, they did an amazing job putting together the decor and all the details! My husband and I were in complete bliss and don’t think we ever had a worry during the day. It was funny because post-wedding, my husband and I were talking about how we should’ve hired a content creator because we were feeling so impatient with waiting for our photographer and videographer edits. Only to log onto Instagram moments later to see some beautiful stories from Karen and her assistant! AMAZING There is not enough money or reviews to thank Karen and her team enough. Karen is absolutely the best. In the words of my husband, she is the GOAT. He literally told me “You can give her all our money.” and honestly if we could start over, we would have hired and paid her for the Full Planning package for her expertise from beginning to end!”
