“It was so nice to have day of coordination so we didn’t have to worry about setting up/taking down decorations or overall logistics for the day. The cost was reasonable and well worth it. We had the option to rent items which was helpful since we were traveling from out of state. We worked with David leading up to the wedding. He was easy to work with. I enjoyed using the Coda program he had in place because it kept everyone on the same page and organized, but I feel like some things still got overlooked. Candy led our wedding rehearsal and helped during the day of our wedding. She was absolutely fantastic! Everything was set up exactly as discussed and she handled everything with no questions asked. We didn’t use a videographer so she took a video of the ceremony speech for us. It meant so much to have that and look back on! I was a little disappointed after she left for the evening though. Two other coordinators were left in charge and they didn’t really seem to know what was going on. We had a photobooth being brought in and the man came up to me asking questions about where to set up. The coordinators were nowhere to be found. I had to knock on the door to have them find the map layout, but they couldn’t find it. We had delegated my mother as the go to person if there were questions yet one of the coordinators still came up to me asking a question later which I thought was inappropriate. The cherry on top was the decor being put away incorrectly. There was a missing candle and we had bought a portable podium stand that was not broken down and put back in the box. Overall, decent service. If you use certain venues, they have 1928 built in so maybe see if you can request certain coordinators. I would definitely recommend day of wedding coordination services so there is less to worry about on your special day.”

“Connie & Justine were so incredibly helpful. In the beginning, I was crazy enough to think I may not need a DOC until I had my first phone call with Connie. You think you have everything together but they TRULY do. They do not miss a detail. From the beginning, they schedule your meetings together and give you an outline of what to work on and guide you on the goal timeframe to have certain things done. They give great recommendations when you feel lost or overwhelmed. We had a rehearsal the day before our wedding to set up decor and do a mock ceremony. They were there before us, already setting up decor and getting everything organized. They did great directing everyone & keeping the focus of a large wedding party. I also can’t say how amazing it is that they have decor you can rent for booking with them. That is UNHEARD of with all of the coordinators I looked at. Even the night before the wedding they were able to get last minute details that I had forgotten. The day of, Justine did amazing. She made sure to let you enjoy your day but also check in to make sure everything was running smoothly. I truly did not have a single thing go wrong the day of the wedding. And if something did, I’m sure Justine took care of it without me ever knowing. I also have to say that Connie worked closely with me even while her husband was battling a severe illness in the hospital. That type of dedication is truly admirable and there is no question that I could have had such a great day without them. Thank you ladies!! P.S. I donated these centerpieces to their collection so if you would like them for your wedding you should book with them!”

“Jennifer and her team were involved with our pre-wedding planning and handled coordination day-of, and I’m so glad we chose her for our special day. Jennifer was responsive, attentive, and wonderful to work with overall. We had over 170 guests with a large number of vendors, and just 8 months to plan everything. I’ll be honest, this event would not have been possible without her. She helped keep planning organized and on time, lead the charge on creating the timeline and coordinating scheduling with all the vendors, and was always there to answer questions, give recommendations, and handle last minute changes as they arose. On the day of the wedding, she and her team did a wonderful job setting up, coordinating with the venue/vendors, taking care of us and our guests, and keeping the event running smoothly and on time.
