At Latin and Asian Hospitality Group, we believe your wedding menu should be as unique as your love story. Based in Campbell, CA and serving the greater Bay Area — including San Jose, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Redwood City, Los Gatos, and beyond — we are a full-service catering and bar company specializing in bold, beautifully crafted fusion cuisine. Our menus draw from Latin, Asian, Mediterranean, Italian and American culinary traditions, delivering an experience your guests will talk about long after the last dance.

I used Latin & Asian Hospitality Group for my wedding this April because I wanted to mix my and my husband's cultures throughout our wedding day. These were by far the best vendors I worked with for my wedding. From the very beginning, Roddy & his team were so attentive, and lines of communication were always open for any questions I had. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, there was a lot of stress from other vendors, but my calls with Roddy about finalizing details were always so grounding & he worked so intentionally to provide a stress-free process for us. The day of the wedding, the food was absolutely amazing, and they made the day such a lovely experience, not only for us as a couple but also for so many of our family members, going above and beyond to meet their specific dietary needs! 10/10 company & team. Their hearts for giving the best experience will always be something my now-husband & I look back on and cherish about our wedding day!

Kaci Danae Events

I’ve always been inspired by the strong, ambitious women in my life who built successful small businesses in the hospitality industry — from restaurant owners and bakers to caterers and florists. Growing up surrounded by their entrepreneurial spirit, I was motivated to follow my own path and create something meaningful in the world of events. After spending two years working as a Wedding Coordinator at the Westin, the pandemic hit and forced a pause on hotel weddings. That unexpected turn of events only fueled my determination to turn my passion into a full-time business. And so, Kaci Danae Events was born.

Awarded Best of Zola
Kaci was so great to work with at the last wedding I photographed. She had clear communication with all of the vendors, paid attention to the little details, and day-of made things very easy. She was calm, easy going, and worked so effortlessly behind the scenes to make a seamless wedding day happen for the couple. I'd absolutely work with her again on any event. If you're looking for a coordinator to make your event stress free, she is your best pick!

Where do I begin?.. It can be an overwhelming decision when it comes to wedding vendors. When we came across Carlos @ Garciapics we were initially intrigued by his location being that he is in our hometown. Upon meeting him the first time, we were greeted with his enthusiastic personality, he came well prepared with portfolio shoots & pricing details. The fact that he was available & willing to travel to our ceremony location, beach wedding photo shoot and reception venue was a major bonus. There is no doubt in my mind we made the right choice to hire him for our special occasion. I feel so blessed and honored to have come across such an amazing photographer. I am grateful for his continued communication after we decided on hiring his services, he kept in touch regularly and responded promptly to any inquiries we had. I had family and friends videoing parts of our ceremony where he could be seen fluffing and fixing our aisle runner. That really touched our hearts, Carlos, we can’t thank you enough. The pictures were sent earlier than expected and we enjoyed reliving the moments captured. I wish I could attach all the memories but will include a few beautiful shots that he put together for us. We highly recommend his photography business! Thanks to your wife as well. God Bless.

We worked with Yoko from Two Perfect Events, and her team was on top of it every step of the way. Yoko made sure to get to know us and took every step possible over the year we worked together to make sure that we were prepared for the big day. She was in touch with our vendors, and our families and made sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible. We never felt behind schedule or rushed because Yoko and team were so organized and on top of it. They really took care of us throughout the entire process. Something we appreciate is that they anticipated we'd need breaks during the day and scheduled those for us as well, they also made sure we were fed and hydrated throughout! Our families could not stop talking about how efficiently the entire day was managed. 11/10 want to plan another wedding just to hire them again.

Raised in Ukraine, I grew up loving the delectable European cakes my mother would bake from scratch. This experience cultivated my love for sweets and baking, and taught me to appreciate desserts that offer both exceptional flavor and just the right amount of sweetness.

Natasha's Treats was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding cake. From the very first interaction, she was open, responsive, and easy to talk to, making the entire process stress-free. The quality of her work was outstanding - the cakes were not too sweet, but had delicious flavors, and beautifully presented. She even delivered the cake to the venue and ensured it looked perfect. We opted for the Tropical Treat and Very Berry Chocolate flavors, which were both a huge hit with our guests. Natasha's Treats truly contributed to making our special day even more memorable. My name is Trung, the head honcho at this eponymously named company. My name is pronounced “Troon”, which sounds like spoon, so ignore those other letters that make life complicated. I've been a photographer for close to 10 years, photographing things big and small, far and wide. It's pretty incredible how impactful and valuable a split second image of a given time, place, person, or object can mean to a person. Whether it's a photograph of someone you love or a place you'd love to be, photographs spark memories or inspire the pursuit of new ones and that's why I love it.

Trung went above and beyond as our wedding photographer! His photography is not only STUNNING and really captures the emotions of the moment, but he was incredibly organized, fun, and highly adept at problem solving. We wanted some shots by the ocean, but the wind made it a little difficult. Trung was calm in problem solving and his humor also helped make everything feel more relaxed. We can't express enough the difference he made in getting the shots we wanted, but also navigating everything so well! We are so happy to have gotten to work with him and highly recommend Trung!

On the day of the wedding, she was there early and had her set-up process down to a schedule. I have to say, the florals were absolutely stunning and had my guests asking for the name of my florist. We held our wedding reception at Saratoga Springs in the Cathedral Grove region of the venue on a Saturday in October. After visiting them for a walkthrough, we booked this venue about a year and a few months in advance. This was the first venue we visited and we fell in love! We felt a great family-like vibe from the staff, starting with Jennifer who coordinated our initial booking and tour. Throughout our time preparing for this event, Olivia and Sam were extraordinary in their communication, response time, and knowledge of these events. They did a wonderful job in helping us understand what we needed vs. what we wanted and good decisions to make. They never tried to upsell us on more expensive options, always letting us know the best value for what we wanted. Throughout this process, we knew we had made the right choice in terms of staff. Scenically, Saratoga Springs is stunning! An outdoor venue with several different species of large trees like oaks and redwoods, many small creeks that run through and around the venue, and several amenities included such as lights that wrap around the trees, a firepit, and artificial turf that you can actually wear high heels on! We were in love with the scenery immediately because our reception was LOTR/Legend of Zelda themed and this was perfect for us. Throughout the actual event, the Saratoga Springs staff was excellent. They assisted us and our own day of wedding coordinators in running the event and making sure we had everything that they could provide. Our reception was during a brutal heat wave in the Bay Area, but Cathedral Grove had so many large trees that the shade they provided meant the floor never got hot and it felt more like 75 degrees which was SO essential for the comfort of ourselves and our guests. Everything was great, and we give the venue and their staff a 10/10. There was one glaring issue we want to address. The DJ we booked, Paul Dominguez, was a very nice man. He seemed to be on top of it, being in constant communication with us leading up to the event. We felt that he was going to do a great job. Yet, when it came time for the event, he made SEVERAL mistakes in what we asked him to do that we felt the need to address this situation and performance. He is part of the approved vendor list for DJs but we honestly feel Saratoga Springs needs to either reevaluate him or discuss this with him because literally everything else about the night was perfect for us, except him. Again, he is a nice guy and even provided cold sparklers for us for free which we really appreciated, but the lack of attention to detail in several aspects of this night was something we felt we needed to address here. Overall, Saratoga Springs is an excellent venue choice for a big event like a wedding/reception and we are happy to recommend anyone looking for a venue. We had an amazing experience for our reception and we are very satisfied with the staff and scenery of this venue.

Bride’s Perspective Our wedding was a candlelit pizza party in the garden—casual, approachable, and elegant all at once. About 80 guests came. The ceremony was under the tree near the entrance. During cocktail hour, some guests (especially families with kids) enjoyed docent-led tours of the house. For dinner, we seated everyone at two long banquet tables on the bricks. While a lot of us were dancing inside, guests also gathered outside around the heaters under blankets we provided. The venue’s gardens and old trees meant we needed very little décor — we went with some DIY Trader Joe’s flowers & lots of candles. When the sun set, the glow from the candles and string lights provided by LAHM was magical. One highlight was cutting the cake at the end of the tables, looking out at our laughing, candlelit guests. We expected warm October weather, but the forecast dipped into the low 60s. Propane heaters worked perfectly, and combined with candles, lights, and blankets, the night felt intimate and warm. We live close to the venue and got ready at home, which turned out to be ideal—relaxed, convenient, and comfortable. Before planning, I imagined a rustic barn wedding, while my husband wanted something elegant. The museum was the perfect balance — and better than either of us pictured. Working with Lisa was wonderful. She was professional, responsive, and calm from the first walkthrough through the end of the night. I enjoyed checking in with her throughout the event, and everything ran smoothly. We trusted her recommendations and appreciated how she coordinated with all our vendors. We joke that if we ever got married again, we’d do it all the same — same space, same people, same Lisa! Groom’s Perspective We knew our venue search was over when we found the Los Altos History Museum. Lisa, the venue coordinator, not only manages a beautiful space but also brings clarity with straightforward policies and transparent pricing, which gave us freedom to design the day exactly how we wanted. The event moved naturally through the property: ceremony under the trees, cocktails near the house, dinner on the bricks, and dancing inside. It felt private but accessible, and the gardens were perfect for photos. My favorite moment was watching the sun set over dinner as candles and string lights took over. Lisa was fantastic — responsive, flexible, and organized. She met with our vendors in advance and made space to store supplies several days ahead of the wedding. She was the first to arrive and last to leave. She even helped pack our car at the end of the night. A few notes for future couples: there’s limited getting-ready space (we used our home, which worked great), tenting for rain can be tricky and expensive, and there’s no commercial kitchen. None were issues for us, and Lisa explained these points to us early so there were no surprises. The moments you remember most aren’t usually the ones that were planned. My approach is documentary-driven and unhurried, focused on connection, movement, and the quiet in-between moments that tend to mean the most later. I work best with couples who value presence over perfection and want images that feel honest, intimate, and timeless. Whether your day is big or small, traditional or unconventional, my goal is to create space for you to be fully yourselves — and to tell your story as it naturally unfolds.

Sharyce is awesome! She not only has amazing photos, but she also really helped kinda coordinate the day and keep people out when needed, which was much appreciated. She has great energy and ideas. We absolutely loved our wedding photos.

Karyssa Miller Floral Expressions was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, Karyssa was friendly, responsive, and attentive to the vision I had for the flowers and decor. On the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond by bringing some extra flowers for my hair during setup, making an extra delivery just to make sure everything was perfect. The end result was stunning - the bouquets, centerpieces, and other arrangements were all gorgeous and exactly what I had envisioned. Karyssa's attention to detail and her commitment to delivering high-quality work made her an invaluable part of our special day. We Got married at Boulder Ridge two weeks ago and everything was perfect!! The venue itself is gorgeous and has a good amount of space to have a ceremony and reception without feeling too crowded, plus the way it lights up at night is so magical!! The planning and coordination team was communicative during the entire wedding planning process, they were very flexible with their check-in meetings, and during each check-in they would go through the entirety of what we've planned so far and would bullet point TBDs after each meeting. It was a very stress-free planning experience for me, I never felt overwhelmed with my wedding planning. For the wedding day itself, everything went smoothly. Upon arrival to the venue, our coordinator Emily was on her A-game, she fulfilled any requests I had before walking down the aisle (she provided fruit and helped me to the bathroom without the groom seeing me), she helped with fluffing my train and bustling it for the reception, she gave us our specialty drinks after walking down the aisle and stayed close by during the reception in case we needed something. The only minor hiccup we had was the Photo Booth breaking down, but Brianna was right there problem solving to get it to work again. Diego made really good drinks and brought great energy to the bar area. His margaritas are 10000000/10. Overall, I'm really happy that we decided on Boulder Ridge. I would highly recommend them for any brides looking for destination wedding venues and want to skip the hassle of trying to research vendors on their own - Wedgewood has their own internal team and preferred vendors that work well together.
