“I could not be more thrilled to recommend Kate at Timeless Ties! As someone who was on the fence between a traditional wedding and eloping, Timeless Ties helped me envision and craft an immensely beautiful and special wedding. It encapsulated every bit of love and the joy of sharing the beginning of a lifetime together with our dearest friends. Leading up to the wedding, Kate was intentional about connecting with my fiance and I multiple times to help us plan through all relevant details for preparation. She walked me through her comprehensive wedding planning documents and to develop a wedding timeline. The planning documents included details regarding important contacts, space to assign wedding tasks, and so much more. She connected with wedding vendors, and was especially helpful in connecting with and working with the wedding venue. Timeless Ties even referred us to our dream photographer! On the day of the wedding rehearsal, Kate came for several hours. She helped map out all of the important placement and transitional elements, directed the rehearsal, worked with our DJ, and helped with so many other details. I was unaware of many things that came up in the last minute because Kate handled them all graciously and independently, giving me space to truly be present with family and friends at our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, and on our wedding the following day. On the wedding day, Kate and her assistant coordinator arrived earlier than I did. Kate is the kind of person who leads by example and hard work; she spent hours setting up chairs, tables, placements, and arranging DIY decor. She worked well with our vendors and was the main point of contact for them the entire day. Kate was the maestro for our timeline and kept everything running according to schedule. During cocktail hour, she and a small team that she led completely changed the main grassy area from a ceremony set up to dinner set up. I wouldn't have changed a thing! If there were any snags in the day, I never knew about them as Kate handled everything. Kate is not only deeply competent, organized, and professional, but an absolute joy to work with. She cared deeply about the vision and priorities my fiance and I had in our wedding, really listened to understand what mattered to us, and spent the time to talk through any potential logistic conflicts to help us have a true understanding of the situation and all of the options available to us. Kate remained a calming presence throughout the wedding day, even as she managed so many details, which truly helped me stay present and able to soak in the day as well. Kate is kind, so positive, and connected with my family and friends. “I cannot say enough amazing things about Meagan! She was a complete dream to work with. “Planning a wedding from across the country felt overwhelming at times, but working with Olivia Johnson at Amor Atelier made the entire process so much easier. We booked her 90-day coordination package for our wedding at Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made. From our very first consultation, Olivia stood out. She didn’t treat the call like a sales pitch — she took the time to genuinely get to know us, understand our vision, and learn what mattered most to us. We immediately felt like she cared about making our wedding special, even though we were only booking the 90-day package. She also has a fantastic eye for design and quickly understood the overall look and feel I wanted for the wedding. Throughout the planning process, Olivia was incredibly organized, proactive, and responsive. She helped guide us through decisions when we were feeling indecisive or getting close to deadlines. Even though vendor sourcing technically wasn’t part of our package, she still went out of her way to help us find both our florist and my makeup artist. Her recommendations were spot on — especially our florist, who was able to execute our vision beautifully while staying within our budget. On the wedding day, Olivia and her team handled everything seamlessly. She managed the timeline, coordinated vendors, oversaw setup and breakdown, and shielded us from any stress so we could fully enjoy the day. When plans had to change on the spot, she stayed calm, flexible, and kept everything moving smoothly. At one point during the wedding I wasn’t feeling well, and Olivia immediately stepped in to support me and help come up with solutions so the day could continue comfortably. She also helped us make thoughtful decisions in real time — for example, when our photographer and videographer started going over their scheduled time, she clearly explained our options and helped us extend just long enough to capture dancing footage without adding unnecessary costs. By the day of the wedding, I trusted Olivia completely. She and her assistants were always available for whatever we needed, and everything ran incredibly smoothly because of them. She even made sure all of our personal items were carefully packed and brought back to our room after the event. Our venue required us to hire a planner, and initially we planned to choose the least expensive option because we felt confident handling most things ourselves. I’m so glad we didn’t. Olivia filled in so many gaps we didn’t even realize existed and brought creativity, problem-solving, and a calm professionalism that made a huge difference. If you’re considering working with Olivia, I cannot recommend her enough. She was thoughtful, organized, calming, and truly invested in making our wedding day the best it could possibly be. “Rachel is a lifesaver! She's there for you from day one. We booked her for partial planning and I am so glad we had her through the whole process. Rachel is honestly more than just a coordinator. She got to know us and befriend us; I even got the cutest dinosaur plushie gift from her when I told her I was a paleontologist! She's on top of everything; she'll send payment reminders, reach out to vendors, give great advice, help you through rehearsal, and make you feel taken care of. “Miranda was absolutely amazing. We worked with her for a year to plan for our Sonoma wedding. She was recommended from a friend whose wedding she also planned and it was stunning. Even though she was not from the Sonoma area, she did an amazing job finding everything from the venue, to the vendors, photographer, and DJ. She has great attention to detail and really makes you feel at ease in the planning process. We had absolutely no idea what we wanted or what we were doing, but she made both me and my husband way less stressed on every matter. We even had a last minute DJ issue and she found us a new one right away. She helped set up food tastings and made sure we were on track for the big day in terms of seating charts and other small details. The wedding was perfect and she did a fantastic job telling us exactly what to do and where to be. She even helped my brother, the officiant, with what he was suppose to say during the ceremony, as this was his first time officiating. She did the signage, decor, literally everything and alleviated all the stress and jitters on our day. I couldn’t recommend her enough to plan and help on your day. I’d hire her again ten times over! “We had the absolute best experience with Sweet Blossoms, and especially with Emily as our wedding planner. From the very beginning, she was thoughtful, organized, and truly cared about making our day exactly what we envisioned. In the months leading up to the wedding, Emily went above and beyond—coordinating with all of our vendors and setting up multiple check-in meetings with us to walk through timelines, seating, and every detail. That level of organization and communication made such a difference and gave me so much confidence going into the day knowing everything would be taken care of. On the wedding day, everything was seamless, largely because of Emily and her team. What really stood out was how they handled an unexpected curveball: it started raining during our reception. Within what felt like minutes, they moved everything indoors and completely transformed the space. It was incredible to watch how quickly and calmly they pulled everything together, and the new setup was still so beautiful. Despite the weather, our night didn’t feel disrupted at all—it was just as special, fun, and memorable as we had hoped. Emily made sure everything kept flowing and that we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. I can’t recommend Emily and the Sweet Blossoms team enough. “I am SO glad I found Dre and her team for our wedding! I am very type A and planned 90% of our wedding but as I got closer to the date, I started to feel overwhelmed and needed an extra hand. I spoke with Dre and immediately felt more at ease. Dre worked with us from the very beginning to make sure all the details I was most worried about were ironed out and taken care of. Dre assigned Lisa as our day-of coordinator and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED LISA! Although Lisa was our main point of contact, Dre was involved every step of the way so it really felt like I had the dream team making sure our wedding went as planned.... & it did!! I can probably go on and on about how amazing Lisa was on the day of! She was professional, SO DETAILED, quick, had amazing energy, and had the best attitude. A handful of my guests even made comments after the wedding about how hard Lisa was working to make sure everyone was taken care of. I had such a great time at my wedding and everything went smoothly (& if it didn't, there is no way I would've known because Lisa was killing it). I cannot thank Lisa and Dre enough for making all my wedding dreams come true!! If I could go back and do it all again, I would book Dre & her team even sooner!!!”

“My husband and I didn’t know when we first started wedding planning that we would end up needing to change venues and find a wedding coordinator last minute, after already booking all our other vendors and planning a majority of the details. Karen was an answered prayer and thankfully was available to help us out with a 2 months Day-of Coordination package. Once she hopped on and worked with us two months out, we instantly felt relief & confidence that our special day was in good hands. Communication was great, her organization, her attention to detail and quick problem solving is unmatched. And she only works with the best - her assistant was just as amazing. Karen has a true eye for talent AND she genuinely cares! She has a special way of connecting with everyone and making you laugh and feel at ease even when the unexpected comes up. The wedding day came and everything went smoothly and beautifully! Karen was the glue between us, the guests, the vendors and our venue. We’re still waiting for our photography and videography to come back but from what friends and family have shared, they did an amazing job putting together the decor and all the details! My husband and I were in complete bliss and don’t think we ever had a worry during the day. It was funny because post-wedding, my husband and I were talking about how we should’ve hired a content creator because we were feeling so impatient with waiting for our photographer and videographer edits. Only to log onto Instagram moments later to see some beautiful stories from Karen and her assistant! AMAZING There is not enough money or reviews to thank Karen and her team enough. Karen is absolutely the best. In the words of my husband, she is the GOAT. He literally told me “You can give her all our money.” and honestly if we could start over, we would have hired and paid her for the Full Planning package for her expertise from beginning to end!”
