“We had such a great experience with Enchanted Celebrations for our wedding! From the beginning, Summer was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive, helpful, and always quick to answer our questions throughout the planning process. Our photographer, Ash, was amazing. He was extremely professional, attentive, and so easy to work with. You can really see how devoted and passionate he is about his work and how much he cares about getting the perfect shots. He had great ideas throughout the day and made us feel completely taken care of. Even some of our friends noticed how great he was and commented on it afterward. Our videographer, Randolph, was also amazing. His enthusiasm and positive energy made us feel so comfortable and confident in front of the camera. He was very attentive throughout the day, and we could tell he genuinely cared about capturing all the important moments. The only thing I would recommend to future couples is that if you choose a specific photographer from their portfolio, ask Enchanted Celebrations to confirm that person’s availability before making your payment. We selected a photographer when we booked about eight months before our wedding, but around two weeks after booking, we were told that photographer wasn’t available. Their contract does state that if your selected photographer isn’t available, they can assign another photographer from those available, but I would have appreciated having the availability confirmed before we booked and paid. That being said, we ended up being extremely happy with Ash and Randolph. They were both wonderful to work with and made us feel like we were in great hands on such an important day. We can’t wait to see everything they captured. Thank you to the entire Enchanted Celebrations team! Her are pictures taken from Ash the photographer for the engagement shoot !”

Knowing nothing about CIP, we decided to work with them due to the affordability of their wedding packages and ample portfolio photos. It was important to us that we found someone who could capture both the sappiness and the goofiness of our relationship, and Paul nailed it. Not only was he personable and entertaining, he also knew exactly what he was doing. He asked us the right questions prior to the big day and made sure we knew what to expect, and he slid very easily into the role of MC, which made the event run so much smoother. “when looking for DJs I wanted to make sure that I had picked someone that was also an MC Matt knocked it out of the park. I had so many people come up to me the day after the wedding and say how awesome it was. He kept everyone on the dance floor like I requested the entire night. We didn’t stop dancing! Matthew did our ceremony cocktail hour and reception, The processional songs and everything that I had picked was played perfectly on time. The flow between the ceremony and cocktail hour was very fluid. As for when the parents and bridal party were introduced, he reviewed everything right before walking out just to be sure it was perfect and it was. There was no standing around wondering what was next for mine and my husband‘s dances, the parent dances everything had a perfect flow. I also wanted to do the table game where the bride and groom run around to each table and try to take photos as fast as we can Matt recommend recommended a song we use and it was PERFECT. As far as my playlist I added, maybe 40 songs and I really just told Matt to go with the vibe and keep people out on the dance floor and pick whatever songs he thought. From Motown to 80s hits to current country to 2010s R&B with such a wide variety of music I didn’t know how it was gonna be, but that dance floor was packed all night and it was because of Matt I couldn’t have gotten a better person to spend this day with us while being overall amazing. He was also so keen on little details to make sure that our day flowed perfectly. I would book him again and again if I could. We also got the Photo Booth add-on, which I think everybody should do. We got so many photos from that night that were so candid but also so many photos of people just enjoying their night.”

“We are very happy with our wedding photos. Our gallery turned out great and our day-of shooter was great to work with. However, the communication between ourselves and Magic Hour was not what we would have liked. Just over a week before our wedding, we met with Robert over zoom, we went over our timeline, shots that we wanted and our expectations for him on our wedding day. On the Monday before our wedding, just 5 days before, we were notified through a perfunctory email who our day of photographer would be. I immediately reached out to Robert who informed me "To address your concerns, Magic Hour Portraits has other talented photographers who provide photography services from time to time based on scheduling". This left us scrambling 5 days before communicating with an entirely new photographer. The change in photographers had not been communicated in any way with us beyond the perfunctory email less than a week before the wedding. While things did work out, and we love the photos we were given, the lack of communication on the photographer change added stress to an already stressful week.”
