“Hiring Stephanie Wooding and Best Day Ever was the reason we were able to actually enjoy our wedding day. We met with other planners, but Stephanie stood out right away — she’s warm, grounded, and incredibly organized. From the start, she made the process feel less overwhelming and helped us make smart decisions without pressure. Leading up to the wedding, Stephanie helped us stay focused, keep all the details moving, and feel confident that nothing would fall through the cracks. Then, about a month out, we transitioned to her associate Jenn Anderson as our day-of coordinator. We were a little nervous about switching that close to the wedding, but it ended up being seamless. Stephanie clearly set Jenn up for success, and Jenn was phenomenal — calm, proactive, and completely unflappable. The day itself felt smooth and stress-free, and multiple guests even told us how impressed they were by the coordination. That’s the biggest compliment — because it meant we got to be present, have fun, and soak it all in. We’re so grateful to Stephanie and Jenn, and we would recommend Best Day Ever to anyone who wants their wedding to feel truly taken care of.”

“I used both the wedding coordination and floral services from Breezy Day and both services went above and beyond, making our wedding day perfect. Courtney was our wedding coordinator and she made the process so much easier. I was so stressed about the wedding planning process until I met Courtney, I wonder if we would have even had a wedding if I didn’t meet her to be honest! From the initial phone call, she explained the wedding planning process and reassured me that we could have a great wedding within our limited budget. She had a list of vendors she recommended which I picked all of my vendors from and it made the process of selecting vendors so much easier. Courtney was always able to help answer my questions throughout the whole year of planning and always responded in a timely manner. Then, on the day of the wedding, Courtney made the entire day so smooth and it went just as planned. I cannot recommend Courtney and the wedding day of coordinator services more. I don’t know what I would have done without her! The florals from Breezy Day Weddings were also incredible. They were more beautiful in person then I even expected. I chose the a la carte options from the Shoppe and the florals were so beautiful. Heather was great and very responsive when I asked questions about the process. The florals were seamlessly delivered to the venue on the day of the wedding and Courtney set the centerpieces on the table for me and placed the florals on the cake and it was so stunning. The service from both the day of coordination services and the florals were 10 out of 10! I cannot recommend them enough. They were affordable, professional, efficient, friendly, reassuring, and just amazing all around. If you’re getting married, you need to hire them for your wedding! Even before we officially hired her, she offered to meet me at the venue while I was visiting from out of state, which immediately showed her thoughtfulness and dedication. Her genuineness is what made me confident she was the right person for the job. Before her services officially started, she was always available to answer questions and offer guidance. We purchased the Champagne Package that included 6 weeks of weekly one-on-one meets. She made the meetings fun and something I genuinely looked forward to — thanks to her, I felt excited about the wedding rather than stressed! “Working with Korina was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the first time I met her, I knew she was the right fit for us. She is so warm, relatable, genuine, and easy to talk to, and our styles aligned so well. We chose the partial planning package, but Korina truly went above and beyond for us throughout the entire year. She was there for every question, decision, and detail. “We’ve been raving about how our day felt like us. Zoe was such a big part of this. Throughout the event, Zoe was a constant calm and organized force. She nailed the tablescape and venue decor, going above and beyond with her attention to detail and creativity. I felt that she took the time to know exactly what we wanted. “Planning a wedding from across the country felt overwhelming at times, but working with Olivia Johnson at Amor Atelier made the entire process so much easier. We booked her 90-day coordination package for our wedding at Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made. From our very first consultation, Olivia stood out. She didn’t treat the call like a sales pitch — she took the time to genuinely get to know us, understand our vision, and learn what mattered most to us. We immediately felt like she cared about making our wedding special, even though we were only booking the 90-day package. She also has a fantastic eye for design and quickly understood the overall look and feel I wanted for the wedding. Throughout the planning process, Olivia was incredibly organized, proactive, and responsive. She helped guide us through decisions when we were feeling indecisive or getting close to deadlines. Even though vendor sourcing technically wasn’t part of our package, she still went out of her way to help us find both our florist and my makeup artist. Her recommendations were spot on — especially our florist, who was able to execute our vision beautifully while staying within our budget. On the wedding day, Olivia and her team handled everything seamlessly. She managed the timeline, coordinated vendors, oversaw setup and breakdown, and shielded us from any stress so we could fully enjoy the day. When plans had to change on the spot, she stayed calm, flexible, and kept everything moving smoothly. At one point during the wedding I wasn’t feeling well, and Olivia immediately stepped in to support me and help come up with solutions so the day could continue comfortably. She also helped us make thoughtful decisions in real time — for example, when our photographer and videographer started going over their scheduled time, she clearly explained our options and helped us extend just long enough to capture dancing footage without adding unnecessary costs. By the day of the wedding, I trusted Olivia completely. She and her assistants were always available for whatever we needed, and everything ran incredibly smoothly because of them. She even made sure all of our personal items were carefully packed and brought back to our room after the event. Our venue required us to hire a planner, and initially we planned to choose the least expensive option because we felt confident handling most things ourselves. I’m so glad we didn’t. Olivia filled in so many gaps we didn’t even realize existed and brought creativity, problem-solving, and a calm professionalism that made a huge difference. If you’re considering working with Olivia, I cannot recommend her enough. She was thoughtful, organized, calming, and truly invested in making our wedding day the best it could possibly be. We genuinely could not have done it without her.”

“I can't say enough great things about Miranda and her team! From our first conversation, we immediately connected with her and she already felt like a friend. She quickly understood our vision for our wedding and what was important to us. She encouraged us to make it very personal and unique--she never shot down any weird ideas we might've had but also brought an experienced perspective, while also keeping us on track with all of the little details and scheduling. She was so well-organized and professional while also keeping things stress-free, light, and fun. There were no questions too big, too small, or too personal with all the drama that can come with such a big event. Miranda was easy to reach via text/email, and took the initiative to reach out and schedule check-ins when needed to make sure we stayed on track with the huge to-do list that comes with a wedding. Her vendor recommendations & other suggestions were awesome, but she also respected a couple of the areas where we found our own vendors with no questions asked. She truly helped us get every detail settled, down to the napkins and our catering order details. She took all the stress off once we got to the month of and leading up to the wedding day, confirming with our vendors so we didn't have to worry about it whatsoever. Our wedding day went seamlessly thanks to her--it sounds cliche but it was the most fun and beautiful day ever and we were able to really enjoy it thanks to Miranda. We couldn't have asked for a better planner and I would recommend her to anyone getting married in the SD area! We had a brief call with the owner, Melissa, and we could tell she was very kind and cared a lot about her couples. We chose the Pear Blossom wedding management service and it was perfect for our needs. Our lead planner, Emily C., jumped into action about 3-4 months before the wedding day. Emily wasn't able to attend our tasting but Melissa stepped in to help guide us and it was so much fun! Emily was so professional, kind, attentive and open to helping us whenever we needed. It was so assuring to have her offer to jump on a zoom call when we needed it! We were so thankful for her to make the timeline, offer recommendations on rentals and so much more. She was so incredible and played a big role in making our wedding day feel so perfect. I thought I had most things covered, being type A and a planner, but she really went above and beyond what I thought was needed and made sure all bases were covered. I was not worried about a thing the day of the wedding because I knew she had made sure all boxes were checked and the peace of mind was worth it all and more! “Robyn was a 10/10 photographer for both our wedding photos and our engagement photos. She went above and beyond from start to finish.. Literally she was 8 months pregnant for our engagement photos and we had her chest deep in the ocean getting the shots we wanted-and she absolutely crushed it.. My husband and I are super awkward taking photos and on our wedding day we felt the best we ever had. Both of our families raved about how well she orchestrated all of the family photos so that we could get them done quick. She came with all of the recommendations for poses and photo ideas. “Detailed, organized, friendly, and just an overall wonderful human being. We hired Karen for 2-month coordination and right off the bat, she was such a thoughtful planner and her willingness to guide us through anything and everything was amazing. I love a good spreadsheet and Karen has the best!!! Every meeting with her was so productive and we left each one with clear next steps/homework. The day of the wedding, everything went SO smoothly. Karen and her team took care of setting up all of our decor and they did so beautifully! When I arrived to the venue and saw everything, I was taken aback by how stunning everything looked — we had a mix of florals, candles, and fruit for our decor so getting everything set up was no small feat. Karen’s creative eye flawlessly brought my vision to life and I am so so grateful! Outside of decor, Karen’s organization, vendor communication, and speedy cleanup at the end of night was top-notch. We were able to truly enjoy the night, knowing Karen was there.
